Guest Reviews

- Vildana (10/5): - Very clean Nice location
- Daniel (10/5): - Veľmi útulne ubytovanie blízko Vatikánu. V kuchynke sme si našli kávu a iné dobroty, čím sme si mohli spríjemniť raňajky. Pani majiteľka bola ústretová a vždy odpovedala promptne na každú našu správu v prospech nás.
- David (6/5): Bien situado - Ubicación y comunicación con lineas de transporte Comodidad de las camas
- Dimitar (10/5): - Great staff, clean room, good location, highly recommend
- Paola (10/5): Da ritornare - Appartamento funzionale e buona posizione
- Biljana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is at the perfect spot, you can stroll down Rome , take the metro, bus... Literally at the best spot in Rome. And in a quiet neighborhood... Just across the Vatican. Perfectly clean. The bed is super cozy, just as pillows (and believe me this is unusual). Full recommendation, I just hope that I will have the opportunity to come back soon.
- Lidiia (7/5): Pleasant - The room was spacious, the bed was large, the location (bus station and metro station was near) The room was not sound proof, we heard the noises of the street and the neighbours
- Leen (7/5): Nice stay - It's a good location to reach the centre of the city by metro and bus and to visit Vatican City by foot. There are many places nearby to do groceries and to eat out. We can recommend Pizzarium Bonci Gabriele for take-away pizza and iVegan for vegan groceries. It was very kind of the owner to let us store the luggage on the day of our departure. The street is noisy with constant traffic, and it's dangerous to walk on the sidewalks when you take bus 46.
- Vicky (3/5): Poor - . I do not recommend, I paid in advance for a private apartment with a private kitchen and a balcony (I always choose this because my partner smokes), on the first day we arrived, the owner wrote a message that we would not get our room with a balcony for the next two days because someone else was occupying this room , it turned out that the cleaning person there gave the wrong keys to other guests, so we had to spend two days in a much smaller room for almost the same price as the apartment, the owner gave us only €50 back, and the price difference on the website between these two rooms is more than £50 for two nights. Changing rooms in between our stay just caused us waste of our planned time of the day to spend visiting Rome. The cleanliness of the rooms was ok, considering that in one of the rooms we found garbage in the corners of the bedroom from previous guests.
- Reyna (10/5): Excellent accomadation - The cleanliness and location. Difficult to gain access code.
- Victoria (8/5): Very good -
- Mihai (10/5): Reccomended for a successful stay în Rome - Everything was perfect. Clean room and just a few meters from the bus station to city centre. Nothing to mention
- Marijana (10/5): Local experience in local building 😊 - Clean, neat, always has fresh coffee, good communication with host, very big and spacious. Location, we didn't take the subway, even tho there is one few min from there. Kinda long walk by the Vatican wall, but it was no big deal.
- Zara (7/5): Good apartments, but with their own nuances - Clean and comfortable apartments, nice location close to the Vatican and subway station. On the night of our arrival, we could not get into the apartment for a long time, since to enter the building you need to pass the fence and the entrance door to the building itself. There was no one at the reception, and the owner did not leave his contact information in the letter. I had to be nervous, but in the end I managed to call the owner and get into the apartment. But once we got to the apartment, another disappointment awaited us - there was no hot water in the apartment. Fortunately, it appeared the next day, but still, after the road, this is not what you expect.. In my opinion, the biggest disadvantage is the thin walls, you can hear everything, even the slightest noise. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper.
- Razvan (8/5): Very good -
- Damián (9/5): Superb -
- Zdenek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stjepan (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean apartment. It is located cca 10 mins of walking from the St. Peter's square. There is cca 10 minutes of walking to the metro but the bus station is just in front of the entrance of the building. You can go by bus (no. 46) directly to the center of the Rome.
- Georgi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcin (9/5): Nice place to stay - Clean and comfortable apartment for a couple. Good located and well equipped. Our stay was nice and relaxing. Nothing.
- Braam (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Marija (8/5): Very good -
- Ozcan (10/5): Exceptional - Great and clean rooms 😌
- Cristian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hoda (5/5): Clean but far - The property was clean and cozy. The location is far from any train station or bus stop, it is up the hill so be prepared to walk 20 minutes to Ottaviano or climb many stairs to cipro. There is bo flexibility to do an early check in. Cleaner may knock on your room despite the do not disturb sign on the door, and may even enter the room. The owner of the property respond so slow to any messages sent.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Goupille (9/5): Superb - Proximity with Vatican and Ancient Rome. The aircond was not working properly.
- Péter (8/5): Very good - Woke up at 7am to the sound of cleaners in the room next door
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Would definitely stay here again if wanting to be in this area -
- Dejan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really good.
It is clean and comfortable.
There is a coffee machine, and complementary croissants (for standard italian mornings). A bit far from city center if you want to go by foot, but it is not that bad, since metro station is like 6-7 minutes away, and there is a bus line less then minute away.
- Fred (8/5): Very good -
- Danijela (9/5): Good value for the money - Our room was clean, our sheets and towels were changed during our stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is good for the travellers who want to focus their visit on Vatican. The closest metro station - Ottaviano was about 1km away from the apartment whereas the closest supermarket was about 900m away. For us it was not a big issue as we like to walk. However, if you are not healthy and fit be ware of this. The internet was not available but the host offered to cover our additional costs due to this. In general, good value for the money.
- Kiya (9/5): Great stay in Rome - Room was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you need for a great stay. The staff was always available if you needed anything. They also provided water, milk, tea and some snacks in the main dining area Unfortunately during our stay, there was an internet outage in the area that wasn't fixed. Hopefully it can be fixed soon for the next guest.
- Casey (10/5): Fabulous Location and Room! - Instructions to get in were great and very easy to follow. The location was awesome being right next to the Vatican, and the room was phenomenal. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable bathroom. Nothing
- Arun (9/5): Superb -
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - the location extremely good. 2 mns straight walk to the museum of Vatican and Piaza di san Pietro , 5 mns Away from Bambino Gesu Hospital.
also very clean -my white socks remaind white, the heating was on , the internet was functioning, i was able to connect the tv to the internet So my son can watch whatever he wished. we also had water in the fridge , coffe and something for italian breakfast on the table .
- Petar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Remus (10/5): Great location - Great location, close to the Vatican, good value for money. The host was accommodating and the room was really great. If you are a light sleeper, the studio has a window facing the street, and it is a bit loud. It wasn't an issue for us though.
- Kimberley (8/5): ok - It was a very nice apartment with a private kitchen. Good quality air-con. The staff are very friendly and helpful. i have given a high score as the points i made below are personal preferences but I think you better pay attention to them if you want a some peace and are not very fit. Hundreds of steps to navigate even to get to a nearest coffee shop, very busy and noisy road with non-stop traffic from very early morning to very late night. The next door apartment has a kitchen right in a hallway which is a communal area and not divided with any wall. It could be noisy if your neighbours getting up earlier than you are or like having a drink when you are in bed.
- Pál (10/5): very good - Very clean, friendly.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely, Quiet, Clean, Spacious - Extremely comfortable, very kind and responsive staff, bus stop across the street, plenty of parking.
The shower was fantastic, plenty of space and several shower heads.
The bed was legit super comfy with plenty of great pillows. Really great a/c.
The room was much larger than I expected. A friend assumed I'd spend twice as much on it as I had.
Perfect if you want access to all thr sightseeing without being crammed into something closer to Centro Storico. Honestly, I loved the place. Kind of a pain to get back to the room from the Cipro station; a long and somewhat daunting climb up steps–if mobility is an issue, you'll need taxis or the bus.
Breakfast was more a snack to get you going, but that's basically breakfast in Italy. Thin walls, but also basically standard in Rome.
An in-room fridge would be nice, but I was fine without it.
If these are deal breakers for you, heads up, but I loved the place.
- Aleksa (10/5): Exceptional -
