The nicest staff, waiters, cleaning lady and everyone makes the place TOP experience. The food is amazing, everyday cleaning, receptionists always there to help you. Easy access to the beach, and bus stop to go to the city centre. Nearby local shops. Turkish people are one of a kind, treating everyone and everything -including stray dogs and cats- with such friendliness. Best vacations are always spent here, even though we've been to a lot of places.

Made me feel like I visited my mum for a weekend . • Gachette (6/5): it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. - I had an all-inclusive stay at this hotel and was truly impressed. The meals were exceptional — always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. I only dined outside a few times, as the hotel’s cuisine exceeded my expectations. The private beach was a pleasant 7-minute walk away, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team provided outstanding service every day. The staff at the restaurant and reception were consistently professional, kind, and attentive. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. My stay was both comfortable and memorable, and I look forward to returning soon. Many thanks to the entire team for a wonderful experience. The bathroom door handle was damp and moldy, and it needs to be replaced. The rooms could also benefit from some refreshing and updates.

• Laure (7/5): I travelled alone and fell safe at Esperanza! It will be my hotel to go when I next visit Antalya! - Took half board breakfast and dinner and was happy with the variety of the food! Hotel well located 15mn from the Airport, 3mn walk to find lots of buses towards the City Center and is 5-7mn walk from the beach! The swimming pool is a plus and if you don’t want to swim, the long chairs and tables around the pool will help you to relax! Very polite and attentive staff! The only down side is, when showering, the water in the bathroom takes a bit of time to evacuate!

Считаю что это фиаско.Я жил тут 6 дней и это было ужасно, в соседнем номере постоянно орали, слышимость каласальная, душ за шторкой туалете когда принимаешь заливает все вместе с туалетом.

• William (7/5): An extremely friendly staffed hotel with certain limitations. - Easy access to the local private beach. The rooms we stayed in were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate but the variation was limited, no facility for toast, lack of fruit yoghurts and choice of cereals extremely sparse. We were on an all inclusive deal (no alcohol) and we felt the choice at lunch and dinner was lacking. Also although tea and coffee were in free flow the choice of soft cold drinks was limited to water and two types of almost flavourless squash, coke, lemonade or iced tea was not included. The bed in out first room was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs which were actually painful and we had to ask to move rooms. the staff accommodated this and the next mattress was better but not what we would describe as comfortable.

• Zee (1/5): An Absolutely Horrifying Experience — read for details - I genuinely do not know how this hotel is operating under the name “all inclusive” or even calling itself hospitality. My stay here in Antalya was nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. A Shocking Check-In and an Even Worse Reception Experience Before booking, I called the hotel days in advance to confirm whether we could have lunch on the first day instead of the checkout day, since we had an early flight. They clearly said “yes, no problem.” When we arrived, I confirmed again, and once again they said “yes.” So far, maybe a misunderstanding. Maybe language issues. Fine. But what followed was unbelievable. When we went down for lunch—exactly as instructed—the receptionist (one of the grumpiest, rudest people I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry) suddenly ran towards us and practically barked at us that we were “not allowed to be in the kitchen area.” The tone and hostility were shocking. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and have NEVER seen such disrespect. Instead of calmly clarifying anything, he raised his voice, acted aggressively, and spoke to us like we were doing something wrong. I was on holiday, not in a battlefield. No guest deserves this kind of treatment. We left and had lunch outside just to avoid further humiliation. When we came back, the same receptionist told me that “his boss wants to speak to me” and asked me to wait 5 minutes. I waited over 15 minutes and no one showed up. More disrespect. And while I waited, the aggressive receptionist started yelling at the other (very kind) receptionist, blaming him loudly for everything. I could hear their argument from across the lobby. Completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. Then he even tried to convince me not to leave a negative review. That alone says a lot. A Complete Scam: “All Inclusive” That Includes Nothing Their so-called “all inclusive” is a joke. No buffet. No menu. No buffet. No menu. You are simply handed a plate of whatever they decide to cook for you—no choice, no variety, nothing remotely resembling all-inclusive service. The food was mediocre at best, though at that point I was too upset from being yelled at to even enjoy it. Also, not even water is included. I stayed in four hotels in Turkey during this trip—every single one gave mineral water daily. But at this “all inclusive” place, the receptionist told me water is not included. Instead, they offer a disgusting, smelly fountain water source that I would never drink. Empty, Heavy Atmosphere There were barely four families in the entire hotel. We were the ONLY check-in that day. The place feels empty, heavy, depressing—more like an abandoned building than a resort. Breakfast was absolutely awful. Terrible Location Let me emphasize this: the location is a disaster. Save yourself the stress. Stay in the old town and simply drive or take a taxi to beaches. You will have MUCH better options for a lower price and without being treated disrespectfully. Poor Room Condition The room was not clean. The toilet smelled terribly and was uncomfortable to use. The fridge made loud noises all night. The heating/cooling system was a struggle to manage. Deeply Disrespectful and Damaging to Antalya’s Hospitality Image To management: I honestly feel sorry that staff like this are damaging the reputation of your hotel—and frankly, the reputation of Turkish hospitality, which is usually warm and welcoming. This level of disrespect and mismanagement is unacceptable. Final Warning: Do Not Trust the Reviews They actively try to convince guests not to write bad reviews, and clearly some people fall for it. Do NOT trust the ratings. Respect yourself and choose a different place. I travel all around the world, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Horribly disrespectful, chaotic, and absolutely not worth a single euro. Also, no airport shuttle!!!

Я приехала в отель в в районе 20:00. Мой номер был оплачен уже на этот день. Однако администратор сказал, что есть проблема и меня не могу заселить именно сейчас в мой номер. Какая проблема - он не говорил. Мне пообещали, что меня заселят завтра утром, в 9:00 утра. На ночь меня заселяют в отель "Каприз", который находился неподалёку. Отмечу, проживание за сутки в этом отеле стоит дешевле, чем в забронированном мною. Переночевала, пришла в 9 утра заселяться и у нас опять неизвестная проблема! Заселить меня могут только в 14:00, при этом из "Каприза" я уже выселилась, стояла со своими вещами и не понимала, что мне делать. Пришлось оставить вещи и идти гулять. По сути я просто потеряла сутки проживания. Похожую ситуацию за неделю увидела ещё у трёх туристов. Всех на сутки из-за переселения в Эсперанзе селили в этот "Каприз", при этом честно причину не называли. Что это за подход к работе? Нет мест - не селите! Зачем портить людям отдых в самом начале? Сильно разочарована в этот отеле.

• Olga (6/5): Fake discounted price - the hotel is well located. it doesn’t have its own beach, but provides tickets for sunbeds at the beach restaurant Amoor (3&4 rows only). Different restaurants available in the area, at the same time the neighborhood is quite quiet. The staff doesn’t seem to care about their job, no extra mile to be expected. There is no elevator in the hotel!! And no one to help carry your luggage! Breakfast is below average. I am glad we didn’t take half board or all inclusive! The rooms need renovation. The barthroom is tiny, look closely on the pictures. There is no separate shower corner, just curtain, the shower head is pouring water on the floor next to the toilet and sync. The balcony is not safe for small kids! There is a huge hole in the fence, my baby could easily fit into it - attaching photo. They give you only 1 key, and they attached the room card to it so it cannot be separated. So you cannot switch on the AC and cool down the room while you away. You have to sit right in front of the AC and let it blow directly on you when you’re in the room. The room is tiny so there is no other way. And the main concern I had - the “discounted” price is fake. In reality this property cannot cost more, so they intentionally put a high price originally and then imitate a discount. Don’t be fooled, you will get exactly what you pay for, a rather tired and average hotel.

The hotel and its equipements are in avaragely good conditions, as well as the location.. But good staff, good quality food (even in November it felt like homemade!) makes it all feel very nice. Приветливый персонал. Достаточно вкусная кухня. За депозит можно взять полотенца на пляж. Удовлетворили нашу просьбу о двуспальной совместной кровати и детской кроватке. Отсутствие шторы в душе, из-за чего был мокрый унитаз и пол везде в ванной - можно было легко подскользнуться. Также крышка унитаза была сломана. Мы просили прийти починить ещё в первый день, но никто за неделю нашего пребывания не отреагировал.
• Alexey (3/5): Паршиво и дорого. - Чистая вода, хороший вид. Есть свой пляж. Есть бесплатный WiFi. Есть завтрак. Паршивый отель. Сарайчики, как у бабушек в Адлере: дорого и бестолково., разве что внутри почище и нормальная мебель. Высокий ценник. Бесплатной воды нет. Завтрак слабоват. На самом деле у них не пляж, а деревянный настил на ржавых подпорках с лежаками. Ресепшен не найти, и указателей нет. Есть звонок, в который нужно звонить и потом долго ждать, гадая, появится кто-то или нет.

• Marianna (8/5): Nice a cozy hotel near to the beach with good food for attractive price - This hotel is the most beautiful in this area, 7 min walk from the beach. Nice and comfortable atmosphere but of course the hotel area is quite limited. You can reach the old town by bus (40 min drive), the bus stop is 3 min walk. The food was nice. We had a low price and maybe due to this the view from the balcony was not nice. The room was small and quite old. The bathroom was extremely small. The beach area was not the best. We didn’t find anything attractive around, where you can walk in the evening.

I booked three rooms here, but on the day of our arrival, two of them weren't ready (even though we'd paid in advance), so we were transferred to another hotel and they promised to check us in the next morning. When we arrived for breakfast the next morning, the hotel manager told us, that we couldn't check in into our rooms until 2 PM. The food wasn't great, even though they call it all-inclusive; the selection was rather limited and repetitive. When the kids wanted an extra dessert, the staff was quite rude. Access to the beach required special passes, but I can't say the beach staff was particularly welcoming. I don't know if this is always the case in Turkey in October (the end of the holiday season), but I can't recommend this hotel. Thanks and have only a great holidays xx.

• peter (5/5): Not terrible but not good - It was close to the airport, the food as it was, was tasty and good quality (Turkish) and I speak as someone who's had the pleasure of my Turkish mother-in-laws cooking for the last 25 years. Note that not a baked bean in sight so if you are expecting traditional English fare then you would be disappointed. The restaurant area and swimming pool area were well presented. Kitchen/cleaning staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and at 6ft3 I don't mind my feet dangling over the edge. The TV worked. Note that the smaller beach is only 8 mins away. Out of the hotel, go down, across the park and head to the sea. Public beach areas on either side of the beach restaurants. The deal with Amoor is good in that you won't have to pay for a sunbed/parasol. Beach was clean enough and water not too shallow/deep. It was on the flight path and so noisy, particularly when landing beyond 2pm. Noise from other rooms and from the landing. We switched rooms but a screaming baby meant we quickly switched back. As a veggie I didn't go hungry but the hot selection was limited. Breakfast cereal selection not great, just coco-pops after day 6, and dessert was limited to fruit and helva/semolina cake. A few flies were annoying but they seemed to avoid the food in preference to people. Drinks (free) limited to some nondescript juices, tea, and disgusting coffee from a machine. Anything else you had to pay over the odds for. The room was small, more than one suitcase it would have been a problem. The balcony door was off its hinge and difficult to open/close. The shower/toilet room was 1.3 x 1.2m which included the toilet, basin and shower. Basically a wet room. Luckily no shower curtain as that would have got in the way but the room would have benefited from something to clean the floor. You had to pay for the safe but we didn't bother. The hotel is for adults or those with babies. No real life around and if you child is used to eating chips/pizza/beans/ice-cream from a buffet then they will be disappointed. It is in a residential area with a small strip of shops/restaurants within a few minutes walk. Head up to Havaalani Cd. for more life (shops/restaurants). We never made it to Lara beach but ended up at the smaller beach directly south of the hotel (8mins) making use of the deal they have with Amoor beach restaurant to use their sunbeds/parasols. The really don't want you to bring food/drink but not much pressure to buy stuff. The beach is OK, not blue flag with golden sand. More darker sand with shingle in parts (not pebbles). The sea was clean. Public parts on either side though.

• Alexey (4/5): Средняя гостиница - Близость к аэропорту. Чистота в номере. Есть холодильник. Есть бесплатный wifi. Очень недружелюбный персонал, на стойке регистрации и в столовой. Это обман, это не система «все включено». Включен завтрак, обед и ужин и все напитки, кроме воды и чая - платные. Ужин был вкусный, а завтрак - так себе, на обед я не успел и, когда приехал голодный, мне даже не дали несколько кусочков хлеба, в виде компенсации за пропущенный обед. Во время приема пищи, сотрудник столовой стоял недалеко и с большим интересом наблюдал что и сколько ты ешь. Очень неприятно. Отель не стоит своих денег (я платил 45€)

До пляжа идти минут 5-10, до центра регулярно ездят автобусы, маршрутов много. В отеле чистый бассейн, уютная территория, мало номеров и поэтому очень уютно, так как нет суеты. Кормят изумительно, разнообразно. Мясо, птица, рыба. На ужин гриль; утром горячие панкейки, гезлеме и яичница; всегда свежие овощи, зелень и фрукты. Спасибо большое 🌸

Wir konnten endlich mal richtig abschalten. Es ist alles sehr sauber, alle sind freundlich, das Buffet ist super lecker und frisch. Es wird jeden Abend gegrillt. Wir hatten Halbpension. Unser Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Blick zum Hotelpool. Alles ist abends und nachts herrlich beleuchtet. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einen kleinen Privatstrand. Super Angebot, alles schmeckt lecker dort. Die Bedienung auch super freundlich. Wir können das Esperanza sehr empfehlen und werden garantiert noch einmal dort Gäste sein.🤗💐🍀🍀🍀 Ganz ehrlich. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. All unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt🤗💐🍀🍀🍀
• Алексей (1/5): Не рекомендую этот отель из-за попытки обмана и неудовлетворительного состояния номеров. - Единственные плюсы - неплохая кухня и ухоженный бассейн, которым, правда, не воспользовались. При бронировании через Booking.com за месяц, по прибытии столкнулись с попыткой обмана. Сотрудник отеля утверждал, что нет свободных номеров, и настойчиво предлагал переселиться в другой отель, "Каприз". Только после длительного спора и звонка, якобы, владельцу - дяде, нам предоставили забронированный номер. Попытку заселения в другой отель считаю подозрительной. Состояние номера ужасное: протекающий душ, из-за которого вся ванная комната превращалась в бассейн, разбухшая от влаги мебель. При выезде не вернули сдачу в размере 70 лир.

• Jannis (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Essen ist lecker und die Auswahl für Vegetarier gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es gibt kostenlose Liegen am Strand für Hotelgäste. Das Essen variiert nicht, es gibt immer das gleiche. Für einen Badeurlaub ist die Lage gut, um in die Altstadt zu gelangen ist man mit dem Bus jedoch ca 45 min unterwegs. Haltestellen sind in der Nähe. Die Getränkeauswahl besteht lediglich aus Kaffee (nur zum Frühstück), schwarzem Tee, zwei Sirup-Getränken und Wasser.

До пляжа пешком примерно 10 минут, но если лень идти, то на автобусе три остановки. Определенно вернулась бы сюда. Тесновато в душе и отсутствие лифта.

The bathroom was tiny. Location wasn’t good at all. There was damp on the wall under air conditioning unit. The tv had no English channels apart from 1 news channel.

Das Personal war nicht kompetent, die Dame an der Rezeption sprach kaum Englisch und war mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Die Mahlzeiten sind sehr einfach und es gibt nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Es gibt keine Flexibilität. einfache frühstück , Abend essen gut, einfach aber nicht viel varianten
