- John (8/5): - It was good, very good breakfast bar. The only thing I would change is, all rooms would be equipped with a handicap height bathroom stool. Any senior would applaud that without the necessity of getting a full handicap accessible room.
- Anonymous (9/5): I got some much needed rest. - I always like the staff because they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We has the room for disabled people. very spacious room but there was no chairs except for a rolling desk chair and a stool. The shower was nice but there was not enough barrier to keep the rest of the floor dry. The sign outside blocked the view out the window so the lights was kind of annoying at night.

- Sharen (9/5): Superb - Complimentary breakfast was very nice (and very good). Convenient location for our needs. Maid service graciously worked around our schedule and was very accommodating. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Microwave is too low. Not good for bad backs, and too difficult to read numbers and options. Hooks in bathroom are WAY too high. Hand soap dispenser would be better on adjoining wall. Soap/shampoo dispensers in shower would be better on back wall at end of tub rather than in the middle. Shower head too high, and an additional grab bar at back end of tub would be helpful. Lighting was dim. Either brighter bulbs or an additional lamp would help.

I had two room booked and confirmed on the Expedia app. When I arrived, they only had one room confirmed and the hotel was sold out. Luckily the front desk manager was able to quickly get a room cleaned and ready.

Disliked the comfort of the pillows as we had a difficult time getting comfortable, and the hot breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs were always rubbery or something; they just weren’t right. Hotel is near a busy highway that is very loud. All things considered we would stay here again.

Room was dirty when we checked in at 3pm. Soda all over the wall by the bed, the staff did jump right on it and get it cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable I could feel the springs by the second night out of 7nights. Breakfast was subpar. Ice and snack vending machines were down on 3rd floor and the snack one on the second floor also did not work. For the price paid (almost a full months rent) it was not what I was hoping it would be. The pool is also super small.3 people swimming makes it cramped.

- Valerie (1/5): It was gross and disappointing. - Not having to pay for breakfast, but it wasn’t great. The best option was the waffles. Our room had a horrible bathroom with grout that was coming apart and it didn’t look clean. I believe there were fingernail clippings on the floor behind the toilet. We did not want to shower. Our room was hot and the a/c didn’t work well.

The usb connectors only drained our devices instead of charging them. Of all the hotels I booked on this trip, this Hampton Inn in Pulaski was the worst, not to mention the most expensive.
- Jeannie (5/5): Our stay was mediocre at best. - Clean, comfortable and quiet. If we didn’t have our “do not disturb” off the door by 9am, our room wasn’t cleaned. We spent 4 nights here and never had cleaning service. Each morning we had to go ask for towels. The final day, there wasn’t anyone on the floor to get them from. The phone didn’t work so it wasn’t possible to call the desk. On the last evening our toilet was clogged. There was no one to help with that.
