Manque de couteaux et de fourchettes pourtant qui devaient être inclus. 1 Rond de poêle qui ne fonctionne pas.

I was given an alternative address at 6755 Harding, which is not near where I wanted to be. The parking was very expensive. Do not book room. 811 as there was no television reception during my entire stay.

• LOUISE (10/5): Ensemble satisfaisant. - Une très bonne proximité entre les transports, la plage, les magasins de courses au quotidien ou pour les touristes. Côté équipement, il n'y avait que deux couteaux, deux fourchettes, deux assiettes plates, deux bols, deux verres, deux casseroles une poêle. Il manquait vraiment de la vaisselle comme un saladier une passoire. J'ai trouvé la literie un peu trop souple à mon goût. La piscine est assez grande et elle est équipée de ballons gonflables pour les enfants ou adultes. Je suis très contente de mon séjour. Si je dois revenir, je pourrais choisir le même établissement. Personnel réactif à la demande. J'ai utilisé ok Google traduction, le personnel et a l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue. J'ai moins apprécié la literie trop molle. Les murs sont un peu fins selon les personnes qui louent au-dessus de vous. Il manquait une petite ligne de quoi étendre le linge. La fenêtre donnait face à un mur la luminosité était faible. Il vaut mieux signaler son choix de luminosité.
• Ashley (2/5): Très mauvaise experience dans cet hôtel. - La piscine et la proximité avec la plage. Le prix est clairement abusé pour la qualité des prestations. Seules les photos de la devanture me paraissent honnêtes, car c’est la seule chose vraiment entretenue de ce que j’ai vu, contrairement aux chambres. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels de meilleure qualité pour moins cher ou prix similaire, donc forcément la comparaison choque. La proximité avec la plage ne suffit pas à justifier un tel prix si les services derrière ne suivent pas. Ménage non fait à l’arrivée, balai donné en compensation en attendant un passage prévu tous les 3 jours (et encore, ménage très superficiel, même l’aspirateur n’est pas passé). Évier bouché du début à la fin du séjour, avec le système laissé démonté sur le lavabo et des cheveux dessus, clim impossible à régler (trop chaud ou trop froid, jamais confortable), écran de télé cassé, mobilier globalement non entretenu, dessus de lit sales, moisissures dans la salle de bain… Ces problèmes ont été remontés à l’hôtel via Booking, mais aucun changement n’a eu lieu au cours du séjour, tout est resté en l’état. Aucune réelle prise en compte, et au check-out, une impression de devoir rendre des comptes. Franchement, trop de problèmes pour le prix. 1050€ (avec offres Booking) + 90€ de caution, c’est clairement injustifié. Merci quand même à Booking d’avoir accordé un crédit, inférieur au prix d’une nuit, mais qui nous a permis de passer une nuit dans un hôtel bien plus agréable pour le même prix. Je passe par Booking pour être sûr du minimum, et là clairement on n’y est pas, donc le geste fait un peu léger.

Todo estaba sucio, ya no tiene lavadora, la cortina del baño rota, la llave del baño desprendido y goteaba toda la noche, había mucho olor a orines, la loza sucia la cafetera toco lavarla, la nevera llena de escarcha, las toallas viejas no tenia mesa de noche sino una mesa de centro acomodada, internet deficiente aparte que no hay parqueadero la y el público es muy costoso... me fui sin terminar la reserva y no me devuelven dinero

• Ilenia (5/5): - Pulizia L’indicazione ad un parcheggio gratuito al pubblico h24 garantito dalla reception con segnalazione della posizione su Google Maps, con successivo ritiro dell’auto con il carroattrezzi e poca disponibilità dopo l accaduto dello staff. Posizione scomodissima per chi vuole stare in centro a vivere Miami. Per andare al mare a piedi ci vogliono circa 20-25 minuti. In macchina dovrai spostarti e avere la consapevolezza di pagare dai 25$ in su ogni volta che deciderai di spostarti e parcheggiare la tua auto.

• Виктория (4/5): Качественно убирать номер , смена постельного белья, доброжелательная атмосфера от персонала - Расположение хорошие , если учитывать тот момент что нас поселили в другом здании , рядом магазины, пешая доступность к пляжу всего 5 минут ходьбы ! На территории бассейн . За 10 ночей прибывания номер ни разу не убрали , постель была грязной по приезду, номер грязный, шкаф поломанный, текла вода с крана в душевой, матрас на кровати был мокрый ! Нам пришлось обратиться к администратору отеля что бы поменять номер - на это все пришлось потратить более 3 часов своего времени! Полотенца просили менять у персонала , постельное белье не менялось так же! Персонал не разговаривает на Английском, только испанский язык! Куча пыли , песка и грязных волос в раковине от предыдущих гостей ! Кондиционер старый и шумный! Мало кухонных предметов ( хотя мини кухня есть) !

The waterside provides convenient location at a reasonable price. - This was my second stay at the waterside, being located in North Beach is practical, close to quieter beaches and the hotel is near a grocery store if you wish to cook/keep snacks. It is also close to a laundromat if needed. The restaurants nearby close late as well. I do prefer the north/surfside of Miami but you have around the corner transit options that can easily take you to south beach and Aventura. The pool was being repaired the week I was there, unfortunate timing. The rooms are basic, pretty certain my bedframe was broken, the wifi is slow at certain times and doesnt reach well in all the room. Not ideal if youre working remotely.

Cuando llegue me dicen que tenian habitaciones disponibles en un edificio a 1 milla. No me dijeron esto cuando reserve. De haberlo sabido iba a otro lugar. Me estafaron

• Kelsey (1/5): Buyer Beware! - The hotel has a cold pool. Buyer beware! The staff is extremely unhelpful and aggressive with guests should you complain or raise concern that there is not enough communication or support moving to the secondary hotel location. You do not get to choose which hotel location you will stay at and may end up having to pay for a taxi to move to the secondary location. Persons with mobility issues should NOT stay at this hotel, complaint with ADA has been filed.

• fabiana (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Struttura a residence,stanze molto ampie,bagno grande con asciugamani e bagnoschiuma Personale cordiale,vicino a bara e negozi raggiungibile a piedi,insonorizzato.la TV non funziona. Siamo stati spostati in struttura a ca 1 km da quella scelta;troppa umidità nella camera i vestiti era umidi;non c'è controllo e non è presente personale se hai necessità,non è proprio un hotel ma un residence con tante camere e senza un cancello che delimita dalla strada.Non c'è posto auto e quello adiacente o di fronte a pagamento di giorno,di notte dalle 20 alle 8 è gratuito.

• Ashley (1/5): Dump with NO AMENITIES. - Nothing. Resort fee charged for ZERO amenities. The pool was out of order our entire stay. We had a kitchenette that could not be used because of no cips, plates, utensils, etc. We requested these on the first and second days and they didn't come. The second day I requested bath towels and they didn't come. Dirty rag left in our room, sheets laying around in common areas for days, same as garbage. Housekeeping didn't come once in four days and garbage was not taken out once. Broken down AC core right at the bottom of our stairs the whole time. This place is an absolute dump and the staff do not care at all, to the point that I wrote both South Beach Hotels group and reviewed on Google.

• Juan (7/5): - The building was nice (although there were some parts under maintenance). The room was nice and comfortable. The pool seemed nice and clean. The surroundings are calm and quiet. The location was not as advertised, but like 6 blocks away. The room lacked dishes and glasses to eat and drink. There is no cheap parking nearby our location, we had to park the car several blocks away. There was a parking lot right in front of the building but they charged 10 usd an hour.

Easy to get picked up & dropped off via uber. Got a studio room with facilities to cook. There was no stovetop as mentioned in the description, no cutlery or bowls/plates/cup etc were provided. The staff were rude to the customers in front of me when checking in.

І через це важко дихати. Номер в який мене поселили візуально був гарний! Але був жахливий запах. ОСНОВНЕ ПРИ ВИБОРІ ЦЬОГО ГОТЕЛЮ ЗНАЙТЕ ЩО ВИ ВИ НЕ БУДЕТЕ ЖИТИ ЗА АДРЕСОЮ ЯКА НАПИСАНА НА БУКІНГУ!!!! Виявляється там є два приміщення готелю!!! Я вибирав готель за однією адресою, щоб мені було ближче до місць які я планував відвідувати кожен день! В результаті мене поселили в зовсім інший готель з іншою локацією!!! Це неприпустимо. Мій відпочинок перетворився в безкінечну ходьбу до потрібного мені місця! Це неприпустимо!!! Люди будьте уважні будь ласка!!!! Локація готелю може не відповідати дійсності! Майте це на увазі

• max (9/5): - L'hôtel a deux bâtiments.15 min à pied.le deuxième n'a pas de réception.ce n'est pas mentionné dans les détails de réservation .c' est frustrant au début.
• STUART (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing Staff have not dealt with my issues at all just kept saying they will investigate and get back to me . I'm disabled in a wheelchair and couldn't stay at the hotel because of steps into the room although I booked a disabled room . Shame on them and I wouldn't stay ever again

Brudną klejącą podłoga!Pomimo sprzątania co 3 dzień nadal brudne klejące podłogi ponieważ były tylko zamiatane suchym mopem .przeciekajacy kran na blat w łazience co powodowało ciągłe mokre kosmetyki . Brak wyposażenia w kuchni. Trzeba było się o wszytko upomnieć . Lodówka zepsuta bo nie chłodziła ale zamrażała jedzenie . Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja.

• uds10808 (3/5): Con muy poco podría ser un lugar descente, ahora parece un aguantadero. - Es increible que se desentiendan del tema del parkeo. No hay donde parar, hay que parar a 3 cuadras o te llevan el auto. Frente al hotel, el de la 6755 Harding av (la otra opción) hay un parking que te cobran 10 dolares la hora, mas caro que la hora en Manhattan. UNOS CARADURAS LOS DEL PARKING, a 3 cuadras frente a ningun hotel hay parking municipal, pero ni te avisan y cuesta 1,5 la hora y pagas de 8-23hs todos los días, menos el domingo. Mucho olor a humedad, producto de que nunca limpian los aires acondicionados y un sistema de ventanas que es muy dificil de abrir. Pero apenas cerras y pones el aire, el olor horrible vuelve
• Diana (1/5): The worst hotel ever - The bed and the télévision The room was dirty, they tax my card for the deposit twice, the person at the reception was rude, I ask to change the room they say no, the noise was awful all night , you hear the pool motor and the AC motors to all room, can’t even sleep I have video to prove it. I ask to talk with the manager they say he wasn’t there..I ask a refond still don’t get an answer.Run away
