- Jolene (5/5): Great For Groups, Disappointing Upkeep - the 3-bedroom suite is spacious and offers good value for money, especially for larger groups (can fit up to 9 people). the design and interior match the photos provided. reception staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and when giving directions. basic toiletries and complimentary mineral water were provided. cleanliness was a major concern. pillowcases had old stains and hair, the floor felt sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell as if the unit hadn’t been aired properly. cabinets in the bedrooms and kitchen were dusty and dirty, suggesting housekeeping was not done thoroughly. amenities were lacking, no shampoo or hand wash was provided. wifi was unusable as it could not connect at all. the toilet basin had visible cracks. despite being on the 17th floor, there was no mountain view. the water heater was inconvenient, requiring about 45 minutes to heat up and only lasting 30–60 minutes, which made it difficult for a large group to take turns showering.

- Kristian (3/5): nice to look out, bad to look in. - location is decent. you're basically sleeping in the clouds. there's mini mart close by so dont worry about food and stuff. the worst part: the noise from upstairs neighbors. you can hear very loudly when they take a shower, and everything water related. bathroom is wet, glass door is creaking like crazy, so we decided not to move it afraid to break it. navigating from lobby - parking - room can be very tricky, you will get lost at least once. even the worker i asked was wrong.

- Elisabet (1/5): Nice location but wouldn't recommend staging here unless all other accommodations are fully booked. - The staff were helpful, kind and polite The apartment was very dirty and had cockroaches all in the bathroom. The hotel rooms and reception are in different buildings and then the carpark is in another building again. So to go from carpark to hotel room is three different buildings and three different lifts which for confusing and long distance. The rooms were filthy with stains everywhere, itchy beds, our towels had stains on them and the toilet had a constant bad smell.the room also had a cigarette smell the whole time.

- otakn (6/5): Will not repeat again. Not worth the money - Confusing area, there was several towers, signage not clearly signed to show the lobby. Check in process was smooth. But the parking and room tower was different, have to go up, cross the bridge and then take another lift to theroom. The room was not cleaned properly, lots of hair on the carpet. This is not ideal when u carry a baby with u, to leave, u need to repeat the step again, before that have to go to lobby to validate your tng or parking ticket. And they only allow 20 min for u to do this. So i wont repeat considering all this hassle

- Hesham (3/5): أسوأ تجربه فى حياتى - لاشئ والمطاعم القريبه كلها جنك تمت سرقة ذهب اشتريته لزوجتى وبناتى بمبلغ عشرة الاف دولار مع 5 جوازات سفر من داخل الخزنه بالغرفه وعند حضور المحقق تم ادخاله لغرفة الكمرات ومنعى من الدخول ولف القضيه وعدت لبلدي بخفى حنين
- tirad (5/5): يوجد بدائل افضل - سكنت فيه سابقا وكان رائع ولاكن اختلفت الاداره وختلف كل شي . تم اسنقبالي من شخص عبوس اسيوي قمت بحجز غرفه توئم وجناح مكون من غرفتين وطلبت ان تكون قريبه من بعض وعند الوصول وجدت الشخص المذكور وحيث ان المبلغ مدفوع قام باعطائي اسوء وحدتين ممكن تتاخيلها وكل وحده في مبنى مختلف . وعند طلب تغير الغرفه قال لايوجد غيرها وعند اصراري على عدم قولها اضطريت لدفع مبلع 1500 رنت تقريبا حتى اغير الغرفه الى جناح بجانبي

- Shiningnet (2/5): Worst hotel to stay - The hotel is not good at all, everything about the hotel is horrible. The room we got was extremely dirty. We changed the room then the sink was leaking in the new room. The bathrooms all smell bad. The rooms are all dirty, the furniture is worn out. Even after housekeeping makes up the room, it is still so dirty. The rooms wont be made up till you tell them over the phone, we turned on the make my room switch but apparently they didn’t clean it till we called them on the phone. They do not provide anything in rooms , it is a hotel i would never recommend to anyone.

Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no issues about it. the towers is just confusing at times. hahaha we always forget where to go and which way to go. :) all the staffs are accomodating and helpful. except for the man we asked outside upon our arrival (our arrival on the lobby near big panas express) i cannot remember which tower is that.(the place usually where the pick up point of the shuttle) we are asking him where is the lobby or reception of the grand ion delemen and instead of helping us, he just asked me to find the contact number of the hotel and with a high pitch voice asked me to call the hotel! haaays. hopefully next time should not be like that anyways. overall super okay!

The room had cleanliness issues — the couches were dirty and partly unhinged, with visible stains and dust in corners. One major drawback was that the unit only had one bathroom, which was inconvenient for a group stay. Another disappointment was the swimming pool being under maintenance for two days, which was then extended for another two days without any prior notice or communication from the hotel staff. Breakfast was also below par — the food was cold and lacked variety. Overall, the hotel has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and service communication need serious improvement.

The road going to the place was narrow, in bad condition and full of garbage. The parking was awfully tight and hard to drive around. Very confusing to find the check-in counter. Kettle didn't work. Electrical sockets didn't work. TV remote battery died. Bathroom stinks. View from the balcony is facing the next building's staircase. Swimming pool was dirty and full of floating moss and other disgusting things. This place used to be nice and great, stayed here twice before. Now it seems run down and poorly maintained. This will definitely be my last stay here.
