• Roswitha (6/5): - Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch caffe und ein Süßes Teilchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad frisch renoviert. Das Fenster neben dem Bett ist vergittert, was wir bei der Ankunft durch die vorgezogenen Vorhänge nicht gleich bemerkt hatten. Wir sind uns wie im Gefängnis vorgekommen. Beim Empfang wurde gleich erklärt , dass wir wenn es uns gefallen hat eine 10 geben sollen, denn das ist sehr wichtig. Einer 10 hat das Zimmer auf keinen Fall entsprochen.

• Pasqualino (10/5): Piacevole sorpresa - Trovato per caso in quanto in cerca di alloggio per concorso su Osti, che dire il caso ci ha dato un ottima soluzione, titolare gentilissimo e disponibile, camere pulite ed arredate con gusto, dotate di ogni comfort, WIFI, parcheggio e colazione inclusa al bar sottostante. Eventuale servizio navetta da e per la sede del concorso, servizio non da poco per ragazzi che viaggiano da soli. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato

Ristorante proprio a fianco dell’entrata, quindi buona cena e’ completamente bella nottata in camera. Nulla, colazione compresa nel prezzo al bar sottostante

• Antonella (10/5): Quando capiterà di dover rialloggiare ad Ostia sapremo già chi contattare!!! - Eccellente pulizia e profumata, l’host è gentilissimo ci ha anche offerto la colazione per 3gg al bar che si trova sotto gli appartamenti, camera davvero carina accogliente e di nuova costruzione. Ha un comodissimo parcheggio privato recintato che dopo le 23 viene chiuso ma che ti da comunque la possibilità di entrare ed uscire tramite un codice.

Matteo è stato super disponibile inviandoci tutti i dettagli per accedere in autonomia al b&b. Entrando nella camera però la cosa che più lascia piacevolmente sorpresi é l’odore di pulito. Io sono molto pretenziosa e giuro non c’era neanche un granello di polvere. É stato piacevole usare asciugamani e lenzuola che odoravano di bucato ben lavato e igienizzato! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary parking made traveling by car a breeze. Just below the hotel there’s a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Matteo, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and attentive—he went out of his way to make our family feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rome/Lido di Ostia area!

• Kathy (10/5): - Property managers were very accessible and communicated in English very well via WhatsApp. Property was super clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is limited transportation. Although it is not the owners fault it is something to consider when booking - if you don't rent a car the bus stops are a bit of a walk and uber/taxi were 40-75 Euros to get to Rome city attractions. It is a 20 min walk to nearest grocery store and 10 min to a few restaurants.
• Poorzargar (8/5): It was good in overall. - The guest house was excellent overall. The staff was very welcoming, and the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily, which exceeded my expectations. The facilities in the unit were more than sufficient for the duration of our stay. Additionally, the owner provided a complimentary Italian breakfast, which was also beyond our expectations. The entrance door to the building was always open, allowing anyone to enter, which made me feel that the security of the building was not very high. Additionally, there was no emergency contact number available in the unit. In the event of an emergency, we didnt e know what to do or who to contact. Upon our arrival, the owner initially offered us a unit with very limited privacy. The layout was such that, when the unit door was opened, the owner's office was in direct view, and we could easily hear people talking. There was little to no privacy in that unit. Moreover, the towels wardrobe were just outside the unit, and every time the housekeeper accessed the wardrobe, we could hear noises. Overall, the first unit offered lacked privacy. After raising our concerns, the owner offered us a different unit but only if we paid extra. We had no choice but to accept this offer. After paying the additional charges, we were given a larger unit, which was in excellent condition and provided much more privacy. Additionally, the owner requested that we pay a city tax upon arrival. I had thought that the entire fee was paid online, so I was surprised to be asked for additional payment for the tax.
• Marian (9/5): Superb - The room was nice and clean and relatively close to the airport when you have own car. It was a bit tricky to find out how the gate to private parking works. But owner was very helpful and accessible in such a situation.
• Samantha (9/5): Perfect for one night to rest in piece. - The cleaness and the fact that it was confort. Temperature management easy and all essential close by. All good.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - The guesthouse has a number of rooms upstairs from the adjacent but not owned restaurant. The room was renovated with new furniture and fittings. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Excellent wifi and AC. There is secure parking in the carpark if needed. The room was good motel style room. There is a small communal kitchen as you enter which is also available. Very handy. It is a little distant from the beach so you need to drive but as an overnight stay it was an excellent choice.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent, every thing, we arrived late in the evening, everything perfect, clean - We booked this while we were travelling in pisa from phone, we were blown away with the attention to detail, although we didn't meet the host, he sent us all the info on WhatsApp including helpful videos about picking up keys, car parking, we tried to book a extra night as my fiance loved it, the place was super clean, fresh, sets a very high bar for the money we paid, the host helped us with bus route in to Rome, also found us another excellent room just up the road which also was high end for the money, we can't say enough good things about the experience, 10+++

Easy to get to the Rome center, bus station right around the corner. Market close to the appartment, which came in handy 😊 Thank you for a lovely stay and delicious breakfast as well! 😊

• Fahd (9/5): Superb - The room is good. It is close to the airport and it is far away from the city if you need a peice of mind. Also there an open beach near the property. It is an apartment that has 4 rooms with sharing kitchen. When other guests come at night, you will hear their talks and sounds in the kitchen. I took it because it is colse to the airport but the traffic in the morning was high and it took us more than 40 minutes to arrive to the airport.
• Sean (10/5): Nice room, convenient restaurant and parking - Not far from the city, great restaurant down stairs and the guest room was comfortable. Possible to stream Netflix to the TV. Car park was easy access and convenient.

• Isa (10/5): Exceptional - Alot of local restaurants around you and cafe with great meals and value, people are friendly. Not suitable if you don't have your own car and you are here as tourist because its 14km far from beaches or 60km far from downtown, only public transport is a bus and it too crowded
• Tom (9/5): Superb - When I arrived I parked my car across the street. Later that evening I could park in front af the guest house. Check-in went smooth. I was supprised about the size of the room. Also the shared kitchen makes it easy to keep your food and drinks fresh. Wifi worked well. There were some kinds playing soccer outside (there was a birthday dinergoing on in the restaurant) and they could be heard very well. But this doesn't happend every night of course.

• Joan (10/5): Just what we were looking for for night before flight! - Spacious, clean, convenient to the airport. There’s a great restaurant on bottom floor and the owner gives you breakfast tickets to cafe in the morning. Definitely don’t judge a book by the cover! Some may have an issue with no elevator but we did not. Very secure doors also!
• Piojda-stefanczyk (10/5): Perfect Accomodations - Twenty minutes from the Rome Airport. Easy location to find. Hosts were kind, gracious and helpful. Breakfast times we're flexible. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and looks newly remodeled. Parking was on site. Two restaurant choices on main level with excellent food. Even the restaurant staff were friendly. Bed and furniture was comfortable. We stayed in the apartment which is highly recommended. Bottled water was offered, explanation of keys, Wifi, and orientation of the accomodations were provided by the hosts. We would stay again, longer than one night due to its perfect location and cleanliness. Perfect! I wish our time allowed us to stay additional days.

• Kaneshiia (9/5): Comfortable and quiet place to stay if wanting to visit the cities nearby but not sleep in the crowd - The place definitely exceeded our expectation. I did not know what to expect for the price, location, and since this was our FIRST Air B&B, but everything was excellent. We would not mind returning if we are going to be in the area. The shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned because the hard water makes the water pressure was not great, but it was still an okay situation for our one night of being there. I would return and recommend the location.
