• SuperCats (2/5): This was a terrible experience. - First of all, the room does not match the description or the photos at all. There is no desk, and the size of the room would not allow one to be placed there anyway. The room is about 7 square meters, and the bathroom is about 4 square meters. That makes 11 in total, not 17 as stated in the description. I needed to work, so I went to reception and asked for a room with a desk, as shown in the photos. No one speaks English, but I explained the issue using Google Translate. After looking at the photos, the man just shrugged and suggested that I sit and work on an unheated veranda. I had an important call and no other choice. However, it turned out that the internet did not work at all. I connected my laptop to my own phone using very expensive roaming internet. Later, a staff member came and offered to connect me to his phone. That was very kind… but after 5 minutes he forgot about me and walked away with his phone out of range, leaving me without a connection in the middle of an important call. I had to reconnect using my own phone again. Soon I got cold on the veranda, and my laptop battery died because there is no power outlet there. I went into the lobby and sat on a sofa, trying to continue the call. But the staff were very noisy and smoking (!) around me. It felt like they were doing it on purpose. There is no minibar in the room and not even drinking water. The wardrobe does not even have a door. The bed linen is clean, but very worn out. The window overlooks a cemetery and faces a busy street, and the window frame does not close tightly, so the noise from passing cars makes it very hard to sleep. It felt like I was the only guest in the hotel. At least, I did not see any other guests during my stay. Breakfast is strictly vegetarian. However, it generally matches the photos.

• Yavuz (1/5): Korku filmi gibi kabus bir gece geçirdim - Begenilecek hiçbir şey yok berbat 203 nolu odada kaldım gece kaşıntı ile uyandım yatagin içine baktığımda yüzlerce tahta kutusu vardı resepsiyona inip durumu anlattım bizi 206 nolu verdiler orda da böcek çıktı sonra 210 odaya geçtim fakat yatağa girdikten yarım saat sonra tekrar tahta kuruları çıktı bu sefer ikinci katta bir problem olabileceğini ama diğer katların temiz olduğunu tedbiren müdürün odasında kalmamı sabahleyin hal çaresine bakacaklarını söylediler ancak müdürün odasında da tahtakuruları çıkınca sabah dörtte derhal oteli terk Edip başka otele yerleştim maalesef bütün tahta kuruları sarmış. Daha da ilginç olanı ertesi sabah otele gidip paramızı geri İstediğimizde tahta kurularını bizim getirmediğimizi nereden bileceklerini söylediler bizim getirdiğimizi iddia ettiler büyük tartışmalar sonucunda paramızı geri iade ettiler sakın bu otelde kalmayın bence kapatılması gerek aşağıda videoda da görüntüleri koyacağım

• CLIVE HOWARD (6/5): Could do better. - Very so-so. Disappointed that there are no laundry facilities despite the claim on the property details, as I was hoping to wash my cycling gear before continuing. Also found the receptionist rather churlish and abrupt, though he did find a safe place for the bike. All in all could do a lot better. He really needs to learn how to treat people pleasantly.

• Peter (6/5): Cheapest accomodation far from Istanbul - Reception servis was very friendly and helpfull. No problem of check-in in midnight. Very simply breakfast with bred, butter, jam or honey, some vegetable and salamy. Plus black tea. Great ratio between prices and service. From my of point of view, typical oldest Balkan hotel with everything what do you need of one night. In the rooms are alowed smoking☹️

Hotel has seen better days many years ago though it met our needs for 2 evenings. 100 metre walk to main street facilities but was quiet with windows closed. Good air-conditioning, comfortable bed iand everything worked sometimes with encouragement. Helpful staff with all requests and eager to assist in need.

• Pamela (5/5): Mixup with booking. - Nice breakfast and friendly staff. On arrival there had been a mistake made with my booking and the hotel was overbooked. As I'd had a long day cycling and had already paid it was understandably unhappy. The receptionist offered me a small room which I accepted. The room was ok but with little natural light and could have been cleaner.

No air condition despite it being listed on Booking. Not possible to sleep before the traffic dies down at night. Very run down room, you get what you pay for. Staff doesnt speak english

• Christ (8/5): - We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en onze fietsen konden binnen staan. De beheerder gaf ons nog wat tips betreffende restaurants waar we ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Op dit moment was er geen ontbijt service. De kamer zag er prima uit. Hotel ligt op rustige locatie en toch dicht bij het centrum.
• Esra (8/5): - Fiyatına göre aslında güzel bir oteldi, resepsiyon nazik ve ilgiliydi. Temizlik konusunda genel olarak sorun yoktu fakat bir kaç noktaya daha dikkat edilirse güzel olur. Örneğin odaya güzel kokması için sprey sıkıldığını düşünüyoruz. Evet güzel kokuyordu ama ailede astım hastaları olduğu için rahatsız oldular ve pencereyi açıp havalandırmak istedik fakat pencerede sineklik yoktu ve içeri bir çok sinek girdi ne yazık ki. İkinci olarak perdelerin daha sık yıkanmasını öneririm, perdeler çok toz tuttuğu için yine toza hassasiyeti olanlarda rahatsızlığa yol açabilir. Üçüncü olarak, tekli yatakta kullanılmak üzere ayrılmış olduğunu düşündüğümüz yorgan, kapaksız dolabın en alt kısmında duruyordu ve bu da toz ve hijyen açısından pek uygun değil. Bu nedenle annem üzerini örtmeden uyudu mesela. Bunlar küçük ve biraz daha özenle halledilebilecek sorunlar. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık, teşekkürler.

Room 205 was cool and comfortable. Wifi was fine. Drinks and snacks available in the foyer. No complaints.
