- Iryna (1/5): - Nichts, denn wir sind nicht eingezogen Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt; in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft war angegeben, dass der Check-in bis 00:00 Uhr möglich sei. Wir kamen um 23:30 Uhr an und teilten dies in einer Nachricht mit. Wir erhielten keinen elektronischen Zimmerschlüssel, der sich im Automaten befinden sollte, da der Automat nicht auf die Bestätigungsnummer reagierte. Auf unsere wiederholten Anrufe unter den Telefonnummern des Hotels hat niemand reagiert. Wir waren gezwungen, mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel für die Übernachtung zu suchen. Auf unsere Anfrage bezüglich einer Rückerstattung hat bisher niemand geantwortet. Das ist unverantwortlich. Wir können dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Trotz der guten Lage war es angenehm ruhig und die guten Betten ermöglichten zusätzlich eine erholsame Nacht. Das Zimmer war peinlich sauber, das self check-in klappte problemlos. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann die Pension wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Nichts

Widać że obsługa się stara. Plastikowe kubki. Byliśmy w dwie pary - dostaliśmy pokoje numerami obok siebie ale odległościowo na dwóch krańcach przestronnego piętra. Niby nic ale rezerwując pokoje w tym samym czasie liczę na to że będą w pobliżu.

Niby była klimatyzacja, ale za dopłatą i wydaje mi się, że nie działała. Śniadanie kiepskie ( surowe jajka serwowane przez starszego Pana niby po ugotowaniu w jajowarze ). Dobra lokalizacja, jednak w pokoju dość głośno od ruchu samochodów.

- Tibor (5/5): It was the worse accomodation experience of my life, if you can, stay elsewhere. - The breakfast was okay. Nothing else comes to my mind. TL;DR broken things, different room than on pictures, small, cheap, busy street, TV is a joke, thin walls The automatic check in failed, because the 1 on the keypad did not work (even if pressed hard). The staff was not nice, when we wrote to them that we cannot get in, they responded they are in the "breakfast room". Which we had no idea where is it. They came out after some time to let us in. The room we got was much smaller than the pictures of the one we booked (it also looked much cheaper. The host said because we booked last, we got the smallest room - don't know how many rooms look like the pictures tho). The bathroom was so small that while sitting on the toilet, you touched both the wall and the curtain with your shoulder. Both the floor and the bed creaked when we were on the, the latter made it very hard to sleep. The window opened to a busy street, so even tough it was very hot inside, we could not sleep with it being opened. The TV was above the door, so it would have been a neckbreaking experience to watch it. The walls and the door are so thin, I heard everything from the neighbouring rooms. It was the worse accomodation experience of my life, if you can, stay elsewhere.
