- daniellejM1397ZS (4/5): Food Poisoning - Me and my boyfriend visited this hotel in Sept 2025, the day we arrived someone else who was staying at the hotel warned us about the food as her partner had suffered from food poisoning. By the Thursday evening, both myself and my boyfriend also had food poisoning. Most certainly not a good experience.
- WarrenP (10/5): Our favourite Kleopatra beach hotel highly recommended 💗🇹🇷 - We loved our stay at the excellent Kleopatra Life hotel on the stunning Kleopatra beach.
The hotels location cannot be any better facing the best beach in the Antalya area.
The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a stunning sea view room..The staff are very welcoming, friendly and hospitable especially the wonderful family who run the hotel.. You can tell they actually care about their guests holiday experience.
For a small boutique type hotel the food and beverage offering is more than adequate. We especially loved the fresh salads and Turkish cuisine. You will always find something delicious to eat and drink.
We have tried many hotels in the Antalya and Alanya area and Kleopatra Life is definitely one of our favourites. We would return in a heart beat and highly recommend this excellent beach front hotel.
I cannot understand the bad reviews on here they must have visited another hotel. Go and try it for yourself you will not regret it.
The hotel constantly wins the prestigious TripAdvisor travellers choice award every year.
Thank you to all the wonderful Kleopatra Life team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Kilic (9/5): Immer wieder gerne - Super Lage
- bigleeleeds (10/5): Solo English traveller - Stayed the first wk in November don't belive all the moaning about staff there great all. Of them. They work really hard the rooms are clean you get a kettle and fridge she both room was a little bit small but I'm 6ft and. Large frame towels were changed regular the all Inc drinks were vodka whiskey gin and white rum wine larger and tea coffee soft drinks there was always something to eat (the only minor fault I could comment on would bethe food could be a bit warmer I met some very nice people while there from all over Europe your on holiday make friends!!!!! 8/10 for the room 7.5/10 food 9/10 staff would I stay at the kleopatra again most definitely 👍🏻 the walk to the main shops was about 10 min stroll there's a mmgros supermarket 2 street away for bits n bobs like milk for a cuppa in your room you have to provide your own tea / coffee etc but it wasnt a problem Read hotel discription before moaning looking forward to going back in 2026
- laurengQ4224OL (6/5): Average Holiday. - Just returned home today after 10 days here. The waiting staff and a couple of the reception staff were really friendly but I did find that some of the staff could be rude. Housekeeping in particular.
We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The receptionist rung the maid and the maid came and said that she had cleaned the room. There were still makeup stains on the bedding which we did the first day we got there!
The food was ok. You won’t go hungry but there could be more choice as the salad bar is huge, but the main meal choices are quite limited.
Me and my friend also suffered from D&V a couple of days after arriving at the hotel. There were also several other parties who were unwell at the same time.
All in all, it was an ok holiday, but I won’t be returning.
- 489sukhib (10/5): Holiday - Third time here and first time solo. I love this hotel. All staff are wonderful and attentive. The beach is across the road which is a massive plus. Not a big hotel which I prefer. It’s been a peaceful holiday
- kirstenhF2336HP (4/5): Food poisoning - 14 of us stayed at kleopatra life hotel. The only good thing was the location. Some of the staff were rude. To make things worse 10 people out of our group got food poisoning from the food
- 737xenam (6/5): Disappointing Experience – Lovely Location, But That’s About It - After a grueling 13-hour journey to reach the hotel, we were met with anything but a warm welcome. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling us to wait another hour before we could check in — not the greeting you'd hope for after such a long trip. We were a family of 14, and the poor service was immediately noticeable.
The rooms were very small, with paper-thin walls. We could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms through the bathroom vent, which offered no privacy at all. The bathrooms were extremely cramped — the shower was so tiny you could barely turn around.
There was a kettle in the room, but no cups or complimentary tea and coffee facilities, which felt like a very basic thing to overlook. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby — and even there, it was very intermittent and unreliable. In today's world, this just isn't acceptable.
The food was repetitive and lacking variety. Worse still, six of us became sick with vomiting and diarrhea and were stuck in bed for two days — a major low point of the trip and a serious concern.
That said, the one saving grace was the location. The hotel itself was in a quiet, peaceful area just a short walk from the town centre and right across the road from a beautiful beach. It had the potential to be a relaxing getaway, but sadly, the poor service and conditions made it a disappointment overall.
- glencM2903DF (6/5): Great resort no so great hotel - First impressions were good then we realised you had to pay extra for WiFi and only selected drinks were available at the bar the food was very tasty but could of done with a bit more variety the rooms were small but very clean balconies are tiny and struggled to sit both of us on location is great and Alana resort is stunning with shops and restaurants just up the road my only concern and biggest problem was we walked through the restaurant one afternoon to see all the food was put out for dinner wich was four hours away and none of it was covered little did I know but after dinner that evening I ate something that made me violently sick luckily I was going home the next day and am still suffering now after three days of being home it’s a shame because we really enjoyed our time in alanya and will definitely be back but certainly won’t be Back to this hotel
- 96bertd (10/5): First time in Alanya but not the last time for sure - What a great experience ! Not like a big resort but a nice and cosy hotel. Food is really great and fresh, rooms pretty clean and personel.... outstanding !! Please say a warm "Hi" from the Netherlands to these (photo) 2 hero's from Azerbeidzjan. Looking forward to see you all. We recommend Kleopatra Life & Spa when you like a relaxed holiday
- Aigerim (8/5): Номера после ремонта , в целом отель понравился - Цена в соотношений место расположения очень удобен Завтрак скудный , но обратно же за такую цену нор
- S9929TZchloes (2/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not a 4 Star Standard - When we arrived on Saturday evening, we were immediately met with disappointment, as the hotel was not at all what had been advertised on LoveHolidays and other booking websites. Facilities that were promised simply did not exist – there was no snack bar, no table tennis, and no darts (despite a sign pointing to one). Staff confirmed that these facilities had never been available, apart from darts which were removed some time ago. Entertainment was also advertised as nightly but was in fact only twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday.
When we tried to raise our concerns with the manager, we were treated appallingly. Reception staff (particularly Ikbal) were extremely rude, and the hotel director avoided us all day despite our repeated attempts to speak with him. When he eventually agreed, he and his staff laughed at us, made rude gestures, rolled their eyes, and accused us of lying. For the rest of our stay, the director continued to watch us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The food was far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Options were extremely limited, repetitive, and clearly made from leftovers between lunch and dinner. Food was left uncovered for hours, which felt very unhygienic. Drinks were also disappointing – the only water available was warm from a fountain inside the restaurant, and the “fruit juices” were just flavoured water.
The entertainment, which was supposed to be a highlight, was nearly identical on both nights: a belly dance, a fashion show to promote jackets, and a raffle. One night lasted just 42 minutes, the other only 25 minutes – hardly what we had paid for or expected.
Staff at the pool bar and restaurant were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. They often ignored us, took drinks and plates before we had finished, and made no effort to communicate. It was clear the hotel catered heavily towards European guests (speaking Russian, Dutch, and German), while we as the only British guests felt completely outcast.
The only positive we can mention is that the rooms were kept clean, and the cleaners made some effort to communicate with us.
Overall, this holiday was supposed to be a relaxing and peaceful break before our baby arrives, but instead it was filled with frustration and disappointment. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating and nowhere near worth the amount of money we paid.
Avoid if you are expecting a genuine 4-star experience.
- steveh804 (6/5): Felt disappointed with this hotel - We travelled as a couple for a week here, after reading the reviews decided to book it, this is my honest opinion of the hotel.
Rooms
Our room was on the 5th floor with a sea view, room was clean and tidy, although the room was small, it felt cozy, bed was ok but my partner felt the mattress was not comfy, you have to pay to use the safe, we had a small fridge with 2 cartons of water in it, but found fridge didn’t cook drinks maybe because when you take your key card out the electric goes off, but it didn’t seem to cool down once key card reinserted.
tea or coffee making facilities was just a kettle with no cups, coffee sachets tea bag’s or complimentary biscuits.
The tv was useless, I couldn’t get a clear channel, I don’t really watch tv while on holiday but like to catch up with what is happening in the world on news channels before sleep.
The air con was great and worked perfectly.
Shower and wc are small but shower was good.
Location and beach
Good location, just over road from beautiful beach, not much close by, a few shops but within easy reach of centre or more shops etc.
You have to pay for a sunbed (450tl per day) which I find wrong, if you staying in a 4 star hotel you’d expect this to be included.
The sea was lovely but it was sometimes difficult to get in and out of due to the rocky floor as you get in as this hotel had beach 2, walk up to beach 5 for easier access to the sea.
Entertainment
This was a 1 star as it was non existent, absolutely shocking, during our week here all we saw was some chap singing and on guitar, all other nights nothing.
Pool
A small pool with a few sunbeds, no chance of getting one of them, the pool was a nice temperature though, this hotels pool area is not good for sunbathing, as the pool area is in shade during afternoon.
All inclusive
All inclusive option that we paid for was not worth it, only local beers, spirits, local wine and soft drinks are included 10am-11pm.
So no cocktails or decent spirits were included, all this from a supposedly 4 star hotel!
The snacks offered were a joke, most all inclusive hotels I have been to offer a selection of hot and cold snacks during day , yet we only saw a few plates of dried bread dishes and stale cakes in the afternoon, a big let down.
Food
Like most all inclusive hotels, the food here was repetitive, breakfast in my opinion was awful, fried eggs and a few other hot items offered, the usual salad and cheese etc, cereals, selected fruit and toast making facilities was a small 4 slice toaster that took an age to toast, so a couple of times had to wait a while for toaster.
Lunch
Salads, pasta etc, your normal selection of food plus a couple of hot items offered.
Dinner
Very much like lunch not much different to lunch
Drinks
Coffee machine for lattes etc which was nice, no catering fo uk as no English tea options, just mint tea bags, earl grey and fruit tea bags.
The orange juice machine was horrible with what tasted like sugary water.
Bar
Friendly staff but not much of a choice unless you pay.
Summery
To summarise, this hotel in our opinion failed to deliver for an amazing holiday, it doesn’t cater for uk holiday makers more for the Eastern Europeans.
I felt let down , although we still had a great holiday, this place lacked the wow factor on many fronts.
Would I return, no unfortunately not.
- 371eminaa (10/5): Best hotel - We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and just like last year, everything was wonderful. We have such beautiful memories connected to this hotel and to Alanya. It truly feels like home every time we come.
The hygiene is very good, the food is varied and delicious, and the hotel is located close to the city center and many interesting places. The beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
The staff is always smiling and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Special greetings to Mr.Aydın who works at the pool bar – thank you for your kindness!
Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina.❤️
- lindabE6261SL (6/5): ould like to say staff were really nice and did there best to make our holiday one to remember but after the 3 day was - I would like to say staff were really nice and did there best to make our holiday one to remember but after the 3 day was disappointed on the food as nothing was changing apart from a different sauce through the food from night before and everyone of us 4 had diarrhea we went out for dinner after we got better as we got we were afraid to eat at hotel .got at hotel at 1.30 am in morning there was supposed to be tea facilities in room as all we wanted was a tea or coffee there was just a kettle when phoned down to as for the facilities I got tea and coffee close at 11.00pm..then came to door with a pill of herbal tea no cups and said I am being good to u there is some tea and left sorry but after doing a 14 hour journey all I wanted was what thay say thay provide in the room a kettle is not facilities sorry but would not recommend the h8otel to anyone .the only thing i would say was the young staff that wait on u were very friendly and did there best to help u .so to me this is not a 4 ⭐️m hotel maybe a 3 at a push
- kitg2025 (6/5): Food quality - The hotel, its location, and the staff were all truly excellent. My friends and I had a wonderful time exploring the area and were very comfortable during our stay. We all agree the service was top-notch and the accommodations were lovely. However, we were incredibly let down by the food. On our third day, we all became sick with diarrhea. I have been traveling for 15 years and have a very strong stomach, and this is the first time I have ever had such an experience. While everything else was fantastic, the food quality was a serious issue that unfortunately impacted our trip.
- leylak757 (10/5): So cutie - Dear Kleopatra life, Thank you for a wonderful vacation🥹❤️ The hotel staff is real professionals. I'm in love with every hotel employee. I wish you prosperity and endless inspiration! I really hope to come back to your hotel someday🥰
- Z9212ENbrianm (8/5): Amazing hotel and staff. - Great hotel, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you shout out to Halit on the bar such a nice friendly young man, always happy to accommodate, very clean hotel and rooms spotless. Food was spot on lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 709patrycjar (10/5): An unforgettable time♥️ - I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! ♥️ intimate which makes it unique😍
the hotel is clean, well-kept and by a beautiful beach.
another plus is the delicious and varied cuisine, everyone will find something for themselves 😁 but what I will remember for a long time are the people who work there 🥹 and that they organized a beautiful birthday dinner for me and my cousin♥️
all the staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. The atmosphere was so nice that we felt like at home. it was a great vacation and i already miss Alanya 🫶
- D3351NWreginad (10/5): Best hotel in Alanya - We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, close to all the main attractions. The food is truly amazing — so tasty and with plenty of choices — and everything is spotless and well kept. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to help and make us feel at home. We’ve stayed here multiple times and we’ll certainly come back again in the future!
- U3623YZlaura (10/5): Excellent hotel! - We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location. The food is absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and everything is spotless — the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always make us feel welcome. We’ve stayed here many times and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
- lisacQ2496BX (10/5): ❤️another wonderful holiday - We are just finishing our holiday again at this beautiful hotel run by Tolga Orkan and his absolutely lovely staff, the rooms are so clean and the staff are always helpful and extremely friendly as also the maids. The reception staff always greet us with a lovely smile as we arrive , and the restaurant staff do a fantastic job. We never like to leave this hotel but look forward to returning again .
thank you again for your kindness

- Meander265075 (6/5): Modest - Very good location, beach directly across the road. Beach chairs are available for a fee: 7eur per person. Small and narrow room. It was dark in the evening because there was no ceiling lamp. There was lighting, but it was more for coziness. Toilet and shower room together, very narrow. A larger person would not be able to sit on the toilet, very uncomfortable layout. Neighbors' conversation could be heard through the ventilation hole into the room. There was a kettle in the room, but no mugs, cups or glasses! Wifi is available for a fee on the hotel premises. The food was delicious. There was very little local fruit, no strawberries, bananas, morels, kiwis, etc. Only apples, pears and sometimes watermelon. The coffee machine was constantly empty.
It was quiet in the evenings, only 1 dance performance a week. There was something exciting going on at the neighboring hotel every night, people enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace. The hotel here seemed deserted.
The rooms were cleaned every day, very well.
- rosiek466 (4/5): Decent location, but hotel disappointing overall - We stayed at the Kleopatra Life Hotel in Alanya for 5 nights as a couple. The location was definitely a plus — not right in the centre but close enough to walk there easily. The beach just across the road was lovely, clear water with very cheap sun loungers, which made up for the small hotel pool that although not too busy, didn’t have many loungers available. It was nice that drinks were served in glasses rather than plastic cups.
The area and hotel itself is dated, and the photos on the website are definitely misleading. It’s old and tired, not at all contemporary, bright and new as the pics suggest. That said, the rooms and hotel were kept clean. The air conditioning and shower worked well, which was positive.
Staff were polite, though not particularly interactive. Room cleaning was very inconsistent — our room was only cleaned once during our 5-night stay which was really frustrating. We kept the service light on and mentioned this to the hotel but the housekeeping staff just turned the light off whilst we were out and left it.
There are also quite a few hidden extras. Despite being all-inclusive, most drinks besides beer and wine weren’t included. We had to pay for WiFi, although we occasionally picked up a signal from a nearby hotel. There was also no luggage room, so our bags were left out in the open after checkout, which didn’t feel very secure.
The food was a huge letdown: repetitive, low in quality, and not very suitable for UK guests. Around 75% of it was the same every day, and it was obvious that some leftovers were reused between meals. There was a sign for a snack bar, but we never saw one. No hotel entertainment was provided, so evenings were pretty dull unless you went out. One Love reggae bar down the road was great.
In short, it worked okay as a base, mainly because of the location and the beach. But overall, it could have been a lot better — and we wouldn’t choose to return.
- E3169GEmagdalenab (10/5): Kleopatra Life Hotel for life❤️☀️ - I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 12 unforgettable days. From the very moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was exceptional. I truly cannot praise this place enough! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was impeccable. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It really felt like being part of a big, warm-hearted family.
Ahhh let’s not forget about the food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Well done chef! My entire stay was filled with relaxation, joy, and beautiful memories. I’m already counting down the days to my next holiday because there’s no doubt in my mind – I will absolutely be returning to Kleopatra Life Hotel next year! (Or sooner;)
See you again soon !🌞💕
- 920natalijab (10/5): Paradise Place❤ - Great hotel!!!! Perfect location!!!!All the staff are very caring and attentive.Food just jummy
made with soul and all the heart!!
oh my god this place drove me crazy!
I love hotel terraces!! This is the best place for evening gatherings with cocktails or beer. Nice atmosphere, quiet music will allow you to relax after a hot day on the beach or after a yacht trip.I highly recommend this hotel.Thank you very much for your service, and for the time I spent here.
- valentinakX3381SP (10/5): Nice! - Me and my friends liked the hotel, everything was very good, rooms are clean, hotel is small and cozy, have sea view. There was always enough food, staff and receptionists are friendly and attentive, good service. Hotel is near to beach and beautiful promenade and there are lots of shops and restaurants also on the street. We had very good experience and wonderful vacation, thank you!
- Heather (6/5): Average quality and do not pay big money very dark and outdated - The location was a good location & WiFi was free and reached the room The bathrooms were so old and the shower was like a caravan bathroom, not been updated for a while, no water in the pool, no blankets on beds just a towel like cover & the were not cups on room for coffee until asked, one small flat pillow on beds.
- PegoeLtd (10/5): A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Alanya - This was the fouth or fifths time I had the pleasure to be in this hotel. Isn't it the best recommendation for the hotel to visit it ? So many tmes in the same place. There are reasons: 1) very well located, just few meters from Kleopatra beach at Alanya. 2) superfnatastic personnel, very friendly, always smiling. Great professionalism 3) Great Chef = very tasty food. 4) Alanya is a populated city, still if you want o feel like a tourist - you will find everything what is necessary for a tourist. If you need to go to the city - well, the city is already there.
- 914marysiak (10/5): Great hotel - I was in this hotel last week. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. When I had problems with the internet or my room card, the lady at the reception desk helped me right away. The food at breakfast was really tasty and everyone found something for themselves. The ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice, they follow the signs in the rooms (whether we want a cleaner or not). Leaving the hotel there is a direct entrance to the Kleopatra beach, it is a bit to the center of Alanya, but it is a nice walk on a straight road. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel
- paulinabQ6456TU (10/5): Perfect relax - It was my first time in Alanya and choosing Kleopatra Life Hotel turned out to be the best decision. I found there everything I needed and even more... :)
The location is perfect. Near the beautiful beach, not far from the city center, but far enough to find peace and relax.
The food was really delicious, varied and fresh.
The hospitality of the crew is priceless. Everyone was nice and helpful. There was nothing to complain about. My vacation at Kleopatra Life was a pure pleasure :) I definitely recommend staying there :)
- 101violettas (10/5): Hotel Kleopatra Life - the only choice... - Staying at this hotel has become a regular fixture in our calendar! From our first visit, we knew we had found a place we’d return to. Every time we come here, we feel right at home, and the hospitality of the staff is truly exceptional – you arrive as a tourist and leave as a friend...
Staying at this hotel is pure pleasure, which is why we come back year after year! The cleanliness and attention to every detail in the rooms is a standard that never fails to impress us – the rooms are always impeccably maintained, fresh, and full of cozy touches that make us feel comfortable right away. The staff makes sure every day starts in a beautiful, tidy environment, allowing us to fully relax from the first moments of our stay.
Another important thing is the food - delicious, varied and prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Every meal here is a feast - from the delicious breakfasts to the nightly soup, which can be enjoyed with loved ones. The chefs make sure that everyone, regardless of culinary preferences, will find something for themselves here.
And the location? Simply perfect! The hotel is located right next to a beautiful, wide beach, ideal for both leisurely strolls and relaxation.
The hotel offers an atmosphere that allows you to completely relax. We can't wait to return here again and continue our little tradition. If one is looking for a place that will become a ,,second home” over time, this is the perfect choice!
P.S. Tolga - answering try harder;)
- cibors2024 (10/5): Best hotel ever☺️ - The hotel was impeccable, we had a great time. The rooms were clean, the pool was also nice and clean, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The food was divine, both the breakfasts and dinners. I can’t say anything negative about the accommodation.☺️☺️
- Adrian (9/5): Superb -
- Ülle (7/5): Good -
- Oleg (4/5): Disappointing - wifi on reception 200kbit/s and it not allow to connect a laptop to free hotel wifi
& no free wifi in the room
- Muhammed Zahid (8/5): - Güleryüzlü hizmet,Murat Bey'e teşekkürler.
- Erkan (2/5): - Not very good hotel. Receptionist was rude, rooms were dirty, they dont change towels daily.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotell nära stranden, dålig service,dåliga rum, dålig mat.
