Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen – die Empfehlungen der Eigentümerin waren außergewöhnlich. Our room was warm, well prepared, and ready for our arrival. The lodge and grounds were beautifully maintained, and the buffet-style breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

- Milan (10/5): Simply Wonderful ! - Beautiful property , the lounge and the stairwell have wonderful South African paintings , log burners and a warm cosy feel . The room is spacious , beautiful arranged , clean . The bed was the best in the world !! I have travelled the world and stayed in 5 * hotels but this bed was simply the best . I was blown away ! . Clean white sheets , fresh smell and the bed has electric blanket under the mattress and the my feet needed warming in the cold South African Autumn. The Staff were so welcoming, helpful and Smiling and Marie ( owner ) was quick with her responses to my emails and bookings and even managed to enter an extra person last minute . Breakfast was lovely with a spread of cakes , breads , cereals, juices , yogurts , teas , hot chocolates and coffee . Late night they have an honesty self help bar . Cooked breakfast was so well done and presented with a different personal message on each plate by the staff which I have not seen in any 5 * hotels I have stayed in . At the back they had a small pool , barbecue area and deck of chairs to relax as was in the front of the property . Very reasonable cost too . Would I recommend this place ? Yes , yes , yes 100 % absolutely!! Would I come back ? Yes of course and I would stay longer !! Nothing really was a problem

Lang wachten, keiharde niet Afrikaanse live muziek. Maar voor een ander kan het leuk zijn. Is persoonlijk. Iets gedateerd.

Grote badkamer. Taste restaurant naast de lodge en Marylin's zijn 2 prima gelegenheden waar je goed en goedkoop kunt eten in een leuke aparte ambiance. Enige minpuntje was dat de douchedeur niet dicht kon (kamer 9). En misschien kan er nog wat meer aan de sfeerverlichting gedaan kunnen worden.

- Rahel (10/5): - Leider kam es bei unserer Buchung zu einer Doppelbelegung, sodass wir nicht wie geplant in der ursprünglichen Unterkunft einchecken konnten. Das war im ersten Moment natürlich ärgerlich. Umso positiver hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Gastgeberin: Sie hat sich direkt am Morgen proaktiv bei uns gemeldet, die Situation transparent erklärt und sich sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert. Ohne unser Zutun hat sie ein alternatives Hotel ganz in der Nähe für uns organisiert, in dem wir problemlos übernachten konnten. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass wir trotzdem das Frühstück in der ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft einnehmen durften – eine sehr nette Geste. Zur eigentlichen Unterkunft können wir daher leider nicht viel sagen, aber die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bedanken. All of the staff feature in the information provided for guests and the owners consider their team as ‘family’. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast superb. A wonderful stay. There’s simply nothing to dislike.

- Thomas (8/5): Nette Unterkunft in der Nähe von Storms River Mouth. Tolles Frühstück, Personal sehr aufmerksam. - Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. Schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Das Waschbecken war etwas hoch angebracht, aber kein echtes Problem.

- Julie (10/5): - Le petit déj compris dans la nuitée et le petit frigo dans la chambre. La piscine aurait pu être plus propre (eau un peu trouble) mais cela ne nous a pas gêné pour piquer une tête dedans

- Forest (10/5): Cannot wait to stay there again - I loved the staff. Everyone so friendly and helpful. The location was "in the middle of everything". Breakfast was excellent! Sitting outside around the fire was so special. Nothing - all our expectations were exceeded.

The beautifully spacious bathroom, and the quaint heavenly scented rooms. We were safe at all hours of the day and night. I loved it. The pool that was forever being cleaned... didn't get enough time in it.

- Andrea (10/5): Sehr gemütliches und liebevoll geführte Lodge - Es hat sich ein bisschen angefühlt wie heimkommen. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem großen Bad. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und man konnte es sich dort gemütlich machen und den abends vor einem Lagerfeuer den Tag ausklingen lassen. Man hatte den ganzen Tag die Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee aus einem Vollautomaten zuzubereiten oder vom Kühlschrank zwischen alkoholischen oder nichtalkoholischen Getränken was mit nach draußen oder aufs Zimmer zu nehmen. Die Größe der gesamten Unterkunft war ideal, nicht zu klein aber auch nicht zu groß . Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an Eierspeisen , Kuchen und Obst an. Alles top. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!
- Ana (9/5): Uma estadia muito agradável, com atendimento acolhedor, ótima localização e um ambiente encantador. - Gostei muito da acolhida da anfitriã Maria e da simpatia de toda a equipe. O café da manhã é excelente, com ótimas opções preparadas na hora. A localização é muito conveniente, perto de restaurantes, e o ambiente é muito agradável, com um jardim bonito e uma lareira aconchegante à noite. O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais iluminado, pois achei o ambiente um pouco escuro.
- Klaus Werner (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft zum Besuch des Tsitsikamma-Nationalparks. - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer im Erdgeschoß mit Terrasse (Nr. 1). Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut zu erreichen (ca. 5 min.). Besonders gefallen hat uns die unmittelbare Nähe zum Eingang des Tsitsikamma-Nationalparks. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, aber etwas in die Jahre.gekommen.
