• Edmar (9/5): AGRADABALE - Además de la amabilidad del personal de recepción, el ambiente fresco y agradable, las habitaciones limpias y el personal atento y educado, la arquitectura y la ubicación son perfectas. No tengo nada de qué quejarme, solo elogios, ¡especialmente para los chicos de recepción!

• Kate (3/5): Rubbish. - Location is pretty good, I wish I had booked something in the old town though. Allowed a slightly earlier check in. Beds were clean. Bar is kinda a fun hangout. Checkout is easy. Where do I even start. So for the price this place is such a rip off, I was walking the Camino with friends and this was the most expensive place we stayed and was at the bottom for quality. They don't provide towels but you can hire them for €5!! The rooms are fine but the beds don't have curtains which just feels sooo easy to provide for the price! Our room had a bathroom that was right next to my bed so when someone went to the loo in the night you could hear everything, PLUS there was no lock on the bathroom door!! WTF. I used the bathroom outside our room as it was quieter and seemed safer. I would strongly recommend people don't stay here unless you don't have a choice. Don't be fooled by the hostel entrance that feels modern and nice, that's just to get you in.

La camera era un pò sporca e per 12 letti c’era solo una sedia, generalmente occupata dai vestiti e borse di chi aveva il letto vicino. Chi dorme sopra non si può mettere le scarpe . Troppo caro per quello che offre.

• Negah (9/5): Positiv überrascht - Ich war positive überrascht, richtig sauber, sehr gute Lage , die Bettwäschen waren sehr sauber Es war keine Steckdose am Bett nur 5 Steckdosen in eine 8 Bett Zimmer, die Betten hatten keinen Vorhang sodass man weniger Privatsphäre hatte und aller Wichtigste war, dass der Abstand zwischen Matratze von unteren Bett zu decke von dem anderen Bett sehr niedrig war und Man könnte nicht bequem auf dem Bett sitzen 😓

• Miriam (7/5): Ça passe - L'emplacement est génial, le personnel très accueillant et poli donc top. Pas de rideaux autour des lits mais les lits sont placés de sorte qu'on est en face de personnes. Les autres voyageuses étaient aussi très sympa. La cuisine collective est pas mal. Il n'y a quasiment pas de prise dans les chambres (chambre de 12 femmes) 3 prises dont deux dans les salles de bain. Salle de bain dans la chambre, mais pas de raclettes ou de serpillères pour pouvoir essuyer l'eau, sachant que le rideau de douche en tissu vous colle en plus de ça. Ça aurait été mieux une porte vitrée pour éviter l'eau et ce désagrément.

In meinem zugeordneten Bett lag bereits ein Mann , der angeblich letzte Nacht schon alle Betten nacheinander belegt hat lt. den Leuten im Zimmer. Bekam Bettzeug von nem anderen Bett, nach kurzem liegen im Bett merkte ich dass die Matratze durch und durch nass war, so genau möchte ich garnicht wissen was das war . Man wollte mir nur neues Laken geben ....es war mega eklig .

The WiFi wasn’t great, I had to use my mobile data the whole time. There was only 1 bathroom between 14 people which wasn’t ideal.

Staff were hardly at the desk, check out and so on. Had flashing disco lights going all night in the glass house. Far from the bus station.

Valitin vastaanottoon, joka vain pahoitteli asiaa. Sen luokan moka, että en voi antaa anteeksi. Mielestäni se pitäisi hyvittää jotenkin.

Achei a internet falha, e faltou uma lâmpada para quem chega depois acender sem incomodar os outros que ja estavam dormindo Além do excelente atendimentos de meninos da recepção, a atenção dada, as indicações, a cama tem um bom colchão. Pode melhorar a questao da intenert que falhava muito. Porém, a simpatia e atendimentos dos meninos foram impecáveis.

• Charles (5/5): Over priced given the shoddy charging and lighting facilities for each bunk. - Location was great and it had a cafe attached. Good laundry machine, shower was good in our dorm. To be picky, the charging facilities were dire and we had to rely on plugs at the end of the dormitory room. Also, I was on the bottom bunk bed and kept bashing my head on the bottom of the upper one.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lack of common areas to meet people was very disappointing. The kitchen was also lacking the facilities to be able to cook meals for ourselves. Also, the lack of plugs near each bed was a little annoying.

• Małgorzata (7/5): OK hostel in perfect location - Perfect location in the center and near Guggenheim. Towels in the triple room provided. Average clean, the facilities and overall wear of the hostel is visible,but still not bad. We could leave our luggage after checkout for free. Staff was OK, not too friendly, but ok. Check-in was a bit complicated, first I needed to find the door code back in the Booking message when I made the booking months ago. A reminder on the day of the arrival would be nice. No option to online check-in, we tried with self-service kiosks in the reception but they had issues with our documents scanned. Fortunately, someone helped us and manually put in the data. Room was quite small, the worst was the bathroom where the toilet was facing the sink so that you basically needed to use it sitting sideways. Also, whoever put the metal shelf with the light right next to the pillow was not following any health and safety rules...

• Antoinette (6/5): Alles prima behalve de schoonmaak - Locatie en hoe het er uit ziet Er mag wel wat meer aandacht zijn voor schoonmaak van de ruimtes. Badkamer was echt niet schoon en de slaapzaal was ook stoffig. Gelukkig is het beddengoed wel schoon!

La colazione e il ristorante sono adiacenti. La risposta alla prenotazione, dove mi si dice a che non era possibile soddisfare la mia richiesta di due posti in basso nel letto a castello, quando poi c'è n'erano almeno un paio inutilizzati per entrambe le due notti trascorse nell'ostello.

• Schaeffer (7/5): - Hostel is very secure as only people with cards or booking code can enter the premises. Common area is pretty big and has sockets for work. Bathrooms for dorms are ensuite! and the size is quite proper Check out procedure is seamless - you dont even have to put bed sheets off. Having a hostel room with AC surprisingly warms the room (from the outside breeze!) The power socket in the room was USB type A (usual spanish power socket available but only 2 shared by 8 beds). USB A poses data theft risks. Locker size can be bigger as they didnt fit a suitcase. They charged us for towels €5/person - which is expensive. The bed sheets seem not proper for its size. I had a hard time fitting the bed sheet into the bed.
