• Verónica Pumar de León (1/5): Nefasta experiencia - La dirección es malisima,nuestro vuelo llegó en la noche ,esperamos taxi 1hora porque había cola,después de 2horas de buscar el hotel ( la gente de locales cercanos No lo conoce) llegamos teníamos maletas y nos pedían pagar el ascensor ,estábamos diciéndole qué no es un hotel a la recepcionista,salió un sr en ropa íntima y nos dijo que quería dormir,ya eran casi 01:00 la recepcionista nunca nos entendió ni hizo por entender,YA ESTABA PAGO EL HOTEL la gente tiene que saber que no es hotel,y no está muy bien visto Nos fuimos y terminamos pagando otro Malisima experiencia
• Adriana (10/5): Un lugar hermoso y cómodo. - El lugar es hermoso, un antiguo palacete protegido, una maravilla. Todo perfecto y limpio, al lado del centro histórico de Nápoles. Serena nos atendió maravillosamente, muy simpática y amable, nos dió un mapa con todas las indicaciones. Nada, todo muy bien.

• Froogh (10/5): Das Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt in Neapel total aufgewertet. - Der Service war wirklich eine 10 von 10. Wir haben uns spontan dazu entschieden einen Tag früher nach Neapel zu reisen. Auf die Frage, ob man einen Tag eher noch ein Zimmer kriegt im Hotel war Serena absolut lieb und hilfsbereit und hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Der Kontakt war absolut nett und reibungslos. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, schön zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Einrichtung war äußerst geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück war toll und sehr lecker. Man konnte am Vorabend auf einem Zettel ankreuzen was man möchte und dies wurde zu der ausgesuchten Uhrzeit in das Zimmer geliefert. Sollten wir Neapel wieder besuchen werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
• Alida (9/5): Good stay for one night - Very nice host, she arrived at 2 pm to do the check in and explains everything including tips on what to see, we only stayed one night. Once you go into the building it looks gloomy but the room we had was very clean and comfortable, no complaints for a one night stay. Breakfast was great! Small lift and you had to pay to use.

• Vincent (10/5): Excellent City Centre Hotel - would stay again on a return to Naples. - The location is excellent for looking around "old Naples". The hotel is a little difficult to find at first as it is in a courtyard behind some large wooden doors. That means that despite being city centre once in the courtyard and also within the hotel there is no city centre noise! The receptionist was excellent, marking up a map of local attractions and restaurants before showing us to our room. The room was comfortable with a coffee maker as well as a kettle to make drinks. Tea and coffee was supplied. Breakfast is also brought to your room from the cafe next door. You fill out an order form with a time on it and it is delivered! Directions to the hotel need to be more precise as it is "hidden" behind some hefty wooden doors that block access tot he courtyard in front of the hotel. These provide excellent security and sound control however!

• Henna (9/5): It was a perfect holiday week - The location of the hotel was just perfect! It was super easy to walk around and even the hotel was on a very busy street, it was very quiet. The hotel was small, only six rooms and it was located in old historical building. The receptionist was very friendly and took good care of us. Breakfast was brought straight to your room in the time of your own liking. You just had to fill a form of what you wanted to have. One morning we left early for activities in Amalfi and when she found out, she went to get us a small snack bag so we wouldn’t have to leave without eating anything. The hotel had air conditioning and the room was very clean. We stayed for a week and the room was cleaned every day. It was super pleasant to return to the hotel and always find it so clean. As a bonus there was this very nice coffee place downstairs on the street. It was called Cafe Barro Alti. Service was super friendly and they have bounce (you can leave your luggage there for storage if you want). It cost around 15€ and it was smooth. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to any travelers! There was both we didn’t like.

The location was perfect and our room was kept perfectly clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was well organised and presented very well. We had a really lively stay!

Entweder gab es nur mäßig warmes Wasser, oder eben nur für kürzere Zeit Wasser, aber wenn man es dann einmal weiß, muss man sich einfach beeilen mit dem duschen…

• Maria (10/5): Excellent stay in a great location - The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was generous. The staff were friendly and communication before and during the stay was clear and efficient. Breakfast times very flexible. Highly recommended. A couple of minor points that could be improved: the shower is a bit small and the water flow could be better. It would also be nice to have some fruit available at breakfast. Other than that, we give it a 10.

It’s very clean and staff are amazing, especially in the little shop downstairs, where you can grab a coffee and snakes. I would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you need for a great stay. No english TV channel

• Federica (9/5): - La posizione dell'hotel è comoda al centro sia che ci si sposti a piedi che usando la metro (la fermata museo linea 1 è a pochi passi). La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e curata nei dettagli nonché silenziosa. Non mi sembra fosse specificato che la colazione fosse servita in camera con cibo e orario concordato il giorno prima. In ogni caso viene portata dal bar convenzionato ed è di buona qualità.

The traffic was noisy but I suppose that is inevitable with a central location. Serena was excellent -helpful in every way. The staff in the breakfast cafe were also friendly and keen to please. • Charlotte (9/5): A very comfortable stay, through very large doors in an excellent location in Naples. - Fantastic location. Good check-in instructions and very friendly welcome. Comfortable room. Good breakfast choices to select from, delivered to room at time of choice. Also just around the corner from the excellent Osteria Carmela! The shower head probably needs an upgrade. Everything else good.

Serena outlined the main tourist spots and where to go for food, drink etc We will definitely come back to Dimora delle Arti when we return to Naples and would recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Siamo stati accolti da Serena si è messa a disposizione per il check-in e poi era sempre presente sia in struttura che al telefono. La colazione è servita da un bar vicino alla struttura sono sempre stati puntuali Lo stesso bar con due euro a valigia ci ha tenuto le valigie un comodo servizio clienti. Grazie Purtroppo la posizione in una via trafficata e romurosa. Si può migliorare con infissi insonorizzati quelli attuali non lo sono purtroppo. Consiglierei un angolo più comodo per la colazione .

No tienen, al menos en invierno (desconozco en verano), servicio de recepción 24 hs, pero tienen concertado con los propietarios del bar/cafeteria vecino al hotel, la custodia del equipaje si llegas antes del check-in o cuándo realizas la salida. Y son muy amables! Da a una calle ruidosa

• Elisabetta (4/5): - Qualità pessima. Cappuccino servito in bicchieri di carta e cannuccia, in un bar molto piccolo all’interno e con tre tavolini stretti di Ikea all’esterno. L'opzione sarebbe stata quella di servire la colazione in camera, che, visto l’ambiente, avrebbe avuto più che l’eleganza suite, l’atmosfera di una serena e tranquilla camera di ospedale o casa di cura, non certo di un albergo. Ho pagato all’arrivo in struttura e non ho avuto una ricevuta e non sono neanche stato avvisato che mi era stato addebitato l’importo. All’arrivo le camere erano fredde, non era stato acceso il riscaldamento. Se si decide di fare del proprio lavoro un’attività di ricezione turistica bisogna imparare, studiare, non improvvisarsi

• Amy (8/5): Great location to explore naples - Breakfast in bed was very nice and served at the time you request and hot too! Chose the location based on proximity to the port and airport and were glad we chose it over locations nearer to Napoli central station. In the evenings it gave us easy access to various food places and always felt safe. When checking in you are unable to access the building and have to wait out the front door for someone to meet you - however this wasn’t explained and they were running slightly, causing some anxiety.

• Holger (10/5): Grossartige Unterkunft und perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. - Aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Die Hosts waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Metrostation war in unmittelbarer Nähe,womit man zügig die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erkunden konnte. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig, wobei der Kaffee trotzdem sehr lecker war.

• Ines (10/5): Sehr netter und hilfreicher Empfang! - Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Neapel. Wir haben jeden Abend unseren Tag an der Piazza Bellini beendet, um die Ecke und mit trubeligen sowie ruhigen Bars.
• Daniela (8/5): - Ottima posizione per girare il centro a piedi. Staff molto gentile e pronto a consigliare luoghi, posti, strade e ristoranti. Ci torneremo sicuramente Unica pecca il rumore proveniente dalla strada ma non è una colpa della struttura
