Soldan (4/5): Sagt nicht was es verspricht - Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut. Handtücher waren am Pool vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Von 5 Sternen war hier leider nichts zu sehen. Das Zimmer war ok, aber die Dusche hatte Kalk und Wasserflecken. An den Vorhängen waren Stockflecken und im Zimmer war ein muffiger Geruch, wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht auf 20 Grad runtergekühlt hat.

marygracec647 (8/5): Nice location away from the city - Nice location away from the city—I had a pleasant and relaxing stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt safe throughout my stay. My only issue was with housekeeping: cleaning was either not done properly or not done at all, as it seemed like only towels and water were being replaced, while areas like the sink were not wiped. There was also an instance where no new towels or water were provided—they appeared to have completely forgotten. The fridge was also not working, though it wasn’t a major issue for me at the time. That said, considering the very reasonable price, I’m not really complaining. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a safe and relaxing place to stay.

Albert & Roslyn (10/5): - Very nice and spacious studio, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good affordable restaurant on the premises. We stayed one day extra because we liked it so much. The gym was basically nonfunctional, the manager told me a renovation is planned. The location is a little bit remote, that was no problem for us, but it's best to be aware of it.

Paula (10/5): Gerne immer wieder - Alle Mitarbeitenden sind wahnsinnig nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt! An einigen Stellen im Hotel wird gearbeitet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Man muss wissen, dass die Wellen sehr hoch sind und man die Bewegungen in einigen Zimmern spürt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agung (9/5): - At the beginning, we had small issue due to room type, but it quickly resolved by the lovely Ibu Novi which is the MOD at that time. She is very attentive and very helpful to ensure me and my family getting the best experienced with Wyndham Tamansari Jivva. Our new assigned room by Novi was amazing with private pool and view of green rice fields.

Arabtofu (10/5): 2nd stay here - I stayed here because I had to attend a ceremony in Klungkung, and the hotel is only about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. It was a last-minute booking, so we had to wait a bit for the room to be ready, but that was reasonable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the main pool near the beach because it was closed for a private event, which was disappointing. Other than that, I really liked the stay—the room and the bed were very comfortable.
scottmP3786KO (6/5): Not as expected for a resort - Overall not a bad place, it caims to be a resort, however if they spent as much time cleaning the main pool as they do with manicuring the gardens it would be more pleasurable. Balcony room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. The resort is on the coast but the ocean is dirty, black soil and unswimable due to large swell and current.

Nadine (8/5): Schönes, sauberes Zimmer in ruhiger Strandlage, etwas abgewohnt. Guter Service. Spa enttäuschend. - Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit Balkon und hatte teilweisen Meerblick. Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unmittelbar am Strand (obwohl man dort nicht im Meer schwimmen kann). Das war toll! Ich fand es auch gut, dass es einen Fitnessraum gab. Den habe ich gern genutzt. Die Lage ist relativ abgelegen, aber zum Abschalten sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstattung war teilweise bereits abgenutzt, aber so lang es sauber ist, stört mich das nicht. Was mir am wenigsten gefallen hat: eine gebuchte 90-minütige Massage in der hauseigenen Spa wurde lustlos durchgeführt und war 15 Minuten kürzer! Bei dem Preis kann man wirklich etwas anderes erwarten. Als ich das erwähnte, bekam ich nur ein Lächeln.

alramadhani (1/5): A completely ruined trip disguised as a ‘private’ getaway - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I booked this villa specifically for privacy ,which is exactly what was advertised , but what I got was the complete opposite. Let me be very clear: there is absolutely nothing private about these “private” pools. My entire villa was visible from the neighboring units, and anyone passing by could look straight into my pool and bedroom. The worst part? A group of NAKED MEN were standing right in front of my villa, staring directly at us. When I complained, the manager casually said, “The river is public and don’t worry they are from the locals” and that there was nothing they could do about people looking inside my room and pool. So much for “privacy.” The villa itself felt abandoned and completely open to the jungle. From the moment I walked in, insects, lizards, and all kinds of creatures were already inside. A frog literally jumped on me while I was on the bed. That was the final straw. I left within two hours of arriving , and I had booked for three nights. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing and unacceptable stays I’ve ever experienced. Nothing here matched what was advertised. If you value privacy, comfort, or even basic cleanliness, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely.

Wander67429346809 (10/5): Beautiful Resort! - The resort really beautiful. I had a room with ocean view and it was amazing. Room is spacious and spotless. All staff member very friendly and helpful.
Svetlana (5/5): Location, beach and vibes were perfect. Hotel buildings condition thou was pretty bad - Location and the design It is in a bad wear and tear condition. Some rooms are out of service and partially some buildings look abandoned. Hotel clearly needs major maintenance and renovation

Jordi (4/5): Molt decebedor, preu car - L’habitació confortable El manteniment general de l’habitació i els exteriors de l’hotel és zero. Algunes zones l’hotel cau a trossos, rajoles, sostres cauen. La nevera de l’habitació no funcionava. L’aigua de la piscina molt bruta.

Robert (9/5): Gehobener Standard, sehr guter Service aber Gebäude mit baulichen Mängel - Hotel direkt am schwarzen Strand. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen war gut jedoch ein bisschen teurer als auf Bali üblich. Dennoch war unser Gesamteindruck sehr gut. Zimmer waren bisschen hellhörig. Konnten unsere Nachbarn gut hören. Die Hotelanlage selbst ist nicht so gepflegt. Im Pool fehlen ein paar Fliesen und an der Hauswand fällt auch die ein oder andere Fassade ab. Würden aber trotzdem das Hotel wieder buchen, da der Gesamteindruck zählt.
Jonatan (3/5): Hotel Horrible - La verdad es que poco nos gustó de alojamiento , lo único el personal de hotel que era amable con nosotros Este hotel acabará cerrando en un tiempo , las fotos del anuncio serán de cuando se inauguró , ya que está todo que se cae a pedazos . No lo aconsejo para nada . No se por dónde empezar …. Los techos del edificio se están cayendo y puedes matar a cualquier persona , la piscina le falta un montón de manidas del suelo y te puedes cortar un pie , las paredes del edificio están llenas de humedad y falta de pintura . Nosotros cogimos la habitación que tenía una pequeña piscina en la terraza , pues bien esta habitación la tuvimos que cambiar , porque la piscina estaba súper sucia y no nos podíamos bañar , las sábanas de camas estaban mojadas y no salía agua caliente . Cuando nos dieron otra habitación , nos dieron otra de clase más baja , sin compensación económica, y encima si llenabas la bañera , se salía el agua por bajo , inundando todo el cuarto de baño . Podría enumerar mas cosas , pero en difinitva no aconsejo para nada este hotel por el dinero que vale .
C5451GEyvonned (8/5): Great if your looking for somewhere quiet - Beautiful Balinese style reception. Welcoming staff at front desk. Hotel room was huge and very well appointed. Plenty wardrobe space large sitting area and big bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Not so sure about the pool on the balcony ( we were 2nd floor) nowhere to put a chair on the balcony to sit . Main pool area had comfortable sunbeds, is right by the sea but the area is in need of maintenance. Restaurant food was great( no Bali belly all holiday) we had the buffet breakfast ievery morning and a la cart at evening meal. Staff in the restaurant were so lovely the food service was excellent and they coped with shortages of alcoho Beer and wine) l and even going to local shops to top up on one occasion. Would like to know how they work out supplies of this? Special thanks to Awik for really looking after us, but also to Antara; Ariani,Gekari, Frida Saskia and Sudiarsa for their attention too. Our negatives about 1 No stock of beer and wine, ran out more tgan once during our weeks stay. 2 Some rooms in the complex are empty with no locks on door. We wondered if it is getting renovated or is it winding down to close? 3 The hotel is quite a bit away from most attractions on the Island , being situated a good bit East of Denpasar. You need to get taxis or tours to most places. Nowhere within walking distance. .
Dunny6189 (4/5): Would not recommend - Very strange place. First of all it’s in the middle of nowhere, however this isn’t a major problem as taxi’s extremely cheap. We stayed for a week, hotel very quiet other than at night when they have external party bookings just across from the restaurant. This involved screeching karaoke, whilst we were trying to eat. This noise from private parties cut our nights short twice. Furthermore the latest drink you can get onsite is 22:45 and there is only one bar, very quiet and no entertainment. Service is good unless you are sat in smoking area, then you are not seen and have to ask for everything. Food at night was generally good and well priced, however we only had breakfast once as it was all cold. The hotel itself is in serious need of some TLC, there is damp and mould on the exterior and bits of the ceiling missing. All the staff are very nice, contributing to 2 stars rather than 1, although one night I was woken up at 1am by a member of staff banging on the door mistakenly offering me a duvet cover. Bali itself is a great place and so cheap to get around, but I recommend avoiding this hotel as there has to be better options.
Rebecca (8/5): Great - I only stayed here for one night as I was doing a long day trip. It was really lovely and away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely being in a hotel with the beach at your door step practically. I didn’t have long enough time to find out.
Culture41417380721 (8/5): Solo trip - Great getaway but beware: you can't swim in the beach. Just sit on the lawn, drink your drinks and listen to the waves. No stores nearby so transpo is necessary, but the hotel can arrange that for you.

Mary (2/5): Don't do it - The staff were usually friendly. Although sometimes not attentive, I.e we had to collect the menus when ordering, rather than wait another 10minutes but were scalded for doing so. Most of the rooms were unoccupied and in various states of disrepair. The whole building shook when the wind picked up or the waves hit the shoreline, meaning the balcony door rattled, the large glass panel in the bathroom rumbled and the whole room literally felt like we were experiencing and earthquake
Sandra (2/5): Crumbling Ruin - The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The gardens are well-maintained. The whole hotel is run down and crumbling. Quite a lot of rooms are permanently closed and unusable. A very very substantial investment needs to be made in this property to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Permanently closed lifts and rusting fire services are a safety concern. Leaking showers, shaking floors, beds and rattling windows made it difficult to sleep.

hanchengy2025 (10/5): Best hotel in this price range. Perfect for Padang bai boat transtering - Best hotel of this price range. Great ocean views big big waves. Extremely big room with jacuzzi in balcony. Very nice staff, very friendly. Fantastic breakfast with great Benedict eggs.
