- José (6/5): Hotel Simples, razoável custo-benefício. - Localização afastada do centro de Serra Negra, porém de acesso razoável. Manutenção ventilador de teto (ruído alto), frigobar nos quartos faltante não é o principal porém falta menu nos quartos de condições gerais da hospedagem, preço das bebidas que estão na recepção, com notação de silencio após 22 hs pois um quarto ao lado estava falando alto a partir das 5:30 hs (a.m), regras gerais.
- Jefferson (6/5): É uma boa pousada simples, que pode ser melhor. - Estive na pousada de quinta a domingo. Quartos simples, sem cabideiros ou guarda-roupa. Só recebi toalhas e sabonete, não foi dado shampoo e nem condicionador. O pior foi saber que no site Hoteis.com tem um endereço errado, ou seja, não é o que mostra! Fica a 12 minutos do da cidade, que de carro não é problema, mas é chato pegar a estrada à noite, pois a expectativa não era aquela.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pousada Villa Três - Pousada aconchegante com ótimo café da manhã próxima do centro de Serra Negra. O custo beneficio valeu a pena. Tenho apenas uma reclamação referente a maçaneta da porta do banheiro que estava quebrada.
- Flavio (4/5): Hotel barato mas com risco de má gestão Administ. - A janela de nosso quarto ficava bem no corredor de passagem para os hóspedes e bem perto da piscina (muito barulho à tarde). Tivemos a impressão que houve um sério erro; pois pela foto, e o que havíamos fechado, era um quarto para três pessoas, e contudo só havia uma cama de casal. Este ponto relevamos pois seria só uma noite. Mas o final foi demais; foi cobrado o custo de hospedagem que eu já havia pago antes da viagem - como eu estava distraído, acabei pagando e constatando o erro logo em seguida. Apesar de toda educação da recepção, não é que o gerente, pelo telefone, me questiona "por que eu paguei novamente a estadia?". Retruquei: porque vocês estão cobrando duas vezes a estadia?... No final foi estornado, mas senti falta de preparo da gerência, muito amadora.
- Alessandra (6/5): custo benefício - Eu gostei da pousada, só o meu quarto que estava sujo. Quando liguei o ventilador caiu um tufo de pó lá de cima, e o banheiro também não estava tão limpo quanto deve ser. Mas o quarto estava pintado recentemente, o wi-fi pega no quarto que fiquei e a pousada é bonita. O café da manhã também foi bom!
