Gathering space, usually for Breakfast, was used in afternoon & evening by our group. Very accommodating. Pool is small but worked for the few children.

Also the gathering space, generally for breakfast, was large and flexible with many & different sizes of tables. It was perfect for our family gathering as weather outside was not great. We were able to bring in food - excellent pizza right next door - and avoid the noise and limitations of a restaurant. Not much - it would be nice to have a hook for you towel right next to the shower :)

The free breakfast was very good, but the coffee wasn't good at all. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice and the training room was nice. Prices were very reasonable. My only complaint would be the coffee and when the staff brought in clean towels, they did not take the used ones away. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel.

Room was great after it aired out for a few hours while we were at a concert down the road at Blossom.

• Jill (6/5): Noisy room - We are light sleepers and requested a room away from the elevator and ice machine… the room did meet this description HOWEVER on the 4th floor there was some kind of loud mechanical noise that kicked on every couple of minutes for varying lengths of time. No idea what it was ( no, not our a/c unit or anyone else’s). This noise continued all night until the early morning, was quiet for maybe an hour then started up again. We found this noise very disturbing. I would ask the manager to spend an evening in room 418 to better understand the situation

• 537aus (10/5): Quick turnaround (2 nights) driving from Boston and back - Two night stay to visit with family. Booked here based on other reviews and want to share our experience. There is much to say about how clean our room was. It felt not new, but almost new. Like maybe the whole place was renovated in recent years. Had booked two queens. One was surprisingly lumpy. I mean - it had visible lumps under the covers, so we chose to use the other. Bathroom and shower spotless. And bonus - a shower head I could easily stand under and not bend. For those who are height challenged, maybe not so much a bonus. Shower also had four settings easy to adjust. If I had to be really picky - please take down the three soap and shampoo dispensers on the shower wall. Makes it impossible to turn around without banging into them. Apart from the room, the front lobby clean and welcoming. My only (sort of) negative would be the breakfast area. While there is plenty of seating, the four different stations were so close to each other that there seemed to be traffic jams of folks trying to make a waffle or toast a bagel. To be fair, there's little they can do, and everyone seemed to get it and helped each other out reaching for things. Although I didn't use either, they have a generous sized pool and gym both on the main floor that seemed to always be in use. Location is also a plus. Just a minute off the highway with a good sized restaurant/bar a minute walk and a coffee shop and gas station all right there. Since we were driving from Boston and back, all of these were welcome extras. From our short stay, I can say there were really no significant strikes against, and much to appreciate for its condition and location that I would certainly stay here again.

• Arica (6/5): Pleasant - Bed was comfortable, spacious room. Hotel needed an updated card because I accidentally used the wrong one. When I was arrived, they said they had canceled my reservation. They were able to still get me in a room. However, they claimed they had send 2 emails requesting updated card info. No emails had been sent to me other than an email offering advanced check in. I checked all of my email inboxes, and nothing was sent regarding needing a different card. The staff was very condescending regarding this matter.

• MattK342 (10/5): Great place to stay! - I stayed here after a concert at Blossom Music Center and was very impressed by the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my checking in earlier. And helped me get a late check-out the next day. I thought the rooms were very nice and well-appointed. It's clear they have remodeled recently. Would absolutely stay here again!
