- geo352 (10/5): Nice hotel! - Stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. King bed with sleep sofa, and a kitchenette that was stocked with plates, cutlery, etc, and a dishwasher. Room itself was little pricey, but it was also graduation weekend for a college in town.....could have gotten something cheaper farther from away, but I wanted a short drive to the activity that we were in town for. They had a pool (we didn't use) which looked clean, and a nice gym area. Breakfast was your typical hotel food, but it was good. They have a little snack and beverage area to purchase items. Overpriced but didn't stop me from grabbing a little bottle of wine and some snacks after a long day. Young lady at check in and the young man at check out were nice. Would stay here again if we get back out that way.

- Lisa (9/5): All in all was a good place to stay during the power outage - Location was great, pool was great Found a dirty washcloth hanging on top of shower curtain but no huge deal. This morning tho my friends and i went to the pool and a male worker was in there. He had a squirrel gun and he found and was playing around with my kids. But then my kids had enough and kept asking him to stop and he just laughed and kept doing it, pissing them off more. Was just super uncomfortable
- MMD67523 (4/5): Unfortunate - This was not a good experience for us. We were just staying one night on 2/15/26 thankfully. Check-in was not friendly or welcoming, but the desk attendant did help find my Bonvoy rewards member number, which I did appreciate that. Since she did not have it with the original booking (through Delta) we were put on a low floor. The room had an odor, cleanliness issues (hair in bathroom) and a broken pull-out sofa that we had to use as one of the beds. We called from the room to report but it was just received with more unfriendliness. If we ever have to return to the Grove City/Mercer area we will try to find a better place to stay.

- Lindsay (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - It’s quiet. The room was dirty upon arrival. Luckily I always bring my anti-back wipes and spray. There were fingerprints all over everything and it honestly smelled like someone went to the restroom before we walked in. To be clear I’ve never had this experience with this hotel. I even lived in this hotel for two weeks while I was getting a new apartment and everything was fantastic.

Then when we asked her for extra blankets she huffed at us and was just so ignorant. She literally turned me off from the hotel from the start. The breakfast is the same every morning. Not one time did anyone come change our garbage or give us new towels. I prefer the other hotels in the area to this one

Cleaning service doesn't come till you spend 7 nights. Elevator alarms loudly when you reach floor. Not end gluten free food for breakfast. The bed was hard and the pillows were nothing but fluff.

We enjoyed swimming and spending time in the room. We could come and go easily. The free breakfast was amazing. We used the kitchen in the room. The breakfast could be extended to 9:30 or 10:00 for guests who are relaxing and not on a mission to get out first thing in the morning.
- sr70 (8/5): Nice hotel, convenient stop - This was a good travel stop on our drive home. While our hotel bathroom had maintenance issues, the property is clean and the room is well organized. It’s right next to the outlet mall and some restaurants. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom tub faucet was loose but the shower worked and it had good water pressure.

- Tony (8/5): - First off the hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly, accommodating to your needs. With that being said the rooms are much smaller than they appear online, I booked a king suite and it is the size of a normal twin room. The hotel serves breakfast everyday from 6am to 9am daily but once service is over there is no coffee, no tea, no hot water available in the lobby until the next day. As a coffee drinker I don’t feel that I should constantly have to run to the front desk and ask for coffee for my room, especially when I paid $1K for a six day stay.
