Ingrid and the girls that work there are so sweet, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with eggs. Room is spacious with big bed, couch and kitchen. Fridge to store drinks and food. Pool is beautiful even though it was too hot to be outside. Also warm shower, something most dont have it. They accept credit cards, most hotels dont. The pool can get noisy with kids early morning, but that's something that nobody can control. The location is good, not excellent cause it is not in the main square or La Calzada, but you can walk everywhere. Bring eye shades cause the room gets super bright early morning.

Unfortunately the facilities were quite run down and several things in our room were broken, including the bathroom tap. It didn't affect our stay too much, but the place needs a bit of love.

Goede airco, een koelkast en een ruime kamer voor 2 personen. De kamer en het zwembad konden wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken maar het was niet heel storend. De douchekop stond op een vervelende manier afgesteld waardoor het moeilijk was om goed je haren uit te spoelen (met lange haren).

L"ensemble est un peu vieillot mais très confortable. Le seul défaut, des moustiques et pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres, donc climatisation obligatoire.Ce qui est dommage car les nuits sont agréables et pas chaudes. Robinetterie un peu vieille mais c est pas grave. J ai adoré de toute façon !

- Leon (1/5): Robo de articulo - A la amistad con la que andábamos se le perdió la billetera dentro del hotel, la misma tenía un Airtag(GPS), el cual nos dirigía al primer cubículo, el cual no tenía numeración de nada por lo que no era una habitación de alquiler, sino de uso del hotel y se les dijo que el dispositivo nos dirigía ahí y no nos quisieron abrir y para terminar de confirmar la información al día siguiente qué ya no estábamos en Nicaragua, trataron de pasar una de las tarjetas en uno de los locales qué están por el hotel. La billetera tenía suficiente dinero en efectivo y supongo que ese fue el motivo por el cual no quisieron buscarla.

La ragazza con i capelli più chiati, ogni mattina mi salutava con il mio nome, sembra una cosa da poco, ma il suo sorriso enorne era molto bello. Camera grande e oerfetta, super pulita, con frigorifero (fondamentale per una città calda come Granata). - Adrian (5/5): En general, fue una buena estadía y un lugar con mucho potencial. No le daría cinco estrellas, pero sí alrededor de tres - El lugar es realmente muy bonito y acogedor. El personal fue sumamente amable, especialmente la persona que me atendió en recepción, quien fue excepcionalmente atenta y cordial en todo momento. La comida estaba deliciosa y fue uno de los puntos más destacados de la estadía. La ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que se puede caminar fácilmente al parque central y a otros lugares de interés, lo cual hace la experiencia mucho más práctica y agradable. La piscina, el ambiente general y la atención del personal hacen que el lugar tenga mucho encanto. El principal inconveniente fue que el alojamiento no coincide del todo con lo que se muestra en el listing. Por ejemplo, el horario de salida indicaba que era a las 12:00 pm, pero en realidad fue a las 11:00 am. En cuanto a los amenities, únicamente había dos jabones pequeños, lo cual resulta limitado. Además, al llegar encontré que había un pelo en la cama que no era nuestro, situación incómoda que no pude documentar con fotos. Otro punto fue que, según el listing, la habitación contaba con refrigeradora, pero esta no estaba disponible. Tampoco correspondía al tipo de habitación descrito, ya que no era de una sola cama, sino que tenía una cama individual y una doble. Asimismo, al momento del pago, se solicitó efectivo cuando yo esperaba pagar con tarjeta de crédito; por suerte contaba con efectivo, pero considero que esto debería aclararse en el listing para evitar situaciones incómodas o falsas expectativas. Por último, el agua caliente funcionaba de forma limitada, lo que hizo un poco incómodo el uso de la ducha.

- Camara (9/5): Que bonito es Granada. - El hotel tiene un encanto especial, el estilo colonial, la vegetación hace una combinación preciosa. En general era adecuado todo, si que como mejora pondría algo en las ventanas para tapar más luz.
