DO NOT STAY HERE. 280 dollars a night for a hotel room that was covered in black mold, hairs in the shower, and a stained brown toilet? Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, hazardous, and unacceptable. Booking.com does not disclose pet fee which I will show in the photos. Manager tried to say they do. Michelle Newberry the manager is unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue in any way. I will be letting all my 1,500 follows on Instagram know as well how horrifyingly foul this hotel is. We got sick from the black mold in the room and suffered headaches and nausea our drive back.

• 398travelf (10/5): Nice restful stay - Nice restful stay. Tucked in away from the road so it’s quiet even through it’s next to a Home Depot, Qdoba, and there’s a Sam’s Club up the street. Appreciated and recognized my status with a little room upgrade, which was much appreciated. Nice hot breakfast with egg and cheese sandwiches, sausage, eggs, soufflés, oatmeal, bagels, toast, waffles, and lots of condiments. Pets welcome but a little pricey at $100 Will for sure look to stay again next time in Casper!

The swivel TV with smart features was great. The outdoor patio with fire pit looked nice, but its was raining while we were there. Breakfast included hot items. Staff was helpful, although we encountered a snark because their credit card system was only semi-functional (swipe only available, tap and Apple Pay were "down").

• 848irap (4/5): Beware of Appearances - Nice Looking Hotel but Poor Housekeeping - What started out as a positive experience rapidly went down hill. Kudos to Jessica at the front desk for her welcoming attitude upon check-in and eagernes to help when upon arriving at our roon, we discovered the door ajar and the room itself having an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. Jessica attributed the odor to an over zealous cleaner and offered to change our room. Unfortunately, the adjacent rooms also had the same odor and there were no other rooms avaiable. Being tired from a 5 hour drive, we decided not to check-out. That proved to be a mistake. Upon Jessica's recommendation, we opened the windows to air out the room. That helped a bit but the strong odor returned during the middle of the night. The icing on the cake was discovering the shower gel dispensor empty once I was in the shower. Procedures need to be implemeneted for staff to check rooms after houskeeping and before releasing them to guests. The odor, no shower gel, and burnt-out lightbulbs earned this stay a poor review.

While the front desk worked to clean and told me they had taken pictures and informed the manager, after traveling 4 hours, this is not what I wanted to see. This is not the cheapest hotel in this area so it was very disappointing.

• roamnbears (10/5): Best choice for a Casper stay - Comfortable, clean, great breakfast. Well located to retail and restaurants. Even though close to the freeway, was not noisy. Staff was very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We were there two nights.

The breakfast was very good, so much so that my husband gave the breakfast team a $20 tip. Well located, and even though we were close to the freeway, it was pretty quiet. We did smell cooking odor from another room…wouldn’t have been an issue but it started at 6AM and was so strong I was unable to go back to sleep.

Coordinated back-to-back reservations when we added an extra night, in the busiest time of year, without a hitch and always with a smile. The rest of the staff too was already ready to help, with a smile. Spacious, clean room and the kitchen is a great to have. The best breakfast at a mid-range hotel we have seen.

Hotel offers grocery runs for the guests, which I thought was a very nice touch. Beware of those floodlights shining up on the building and maybe right in front of your bedroom if you are on the ground floor. Your bedroom will light up like a stadium.

• Angela (8/5): - It was nice and quiet and easy places to go eat if needed and to entertainment. You can tell the building has lots of visitors and has some wear and tear. The housekeeping could have been as we found food in the pullout bed and the bathroom could have used more attention.

• Inez (10/5): Excellent little stayover - This hotel was quiet, clean, and near everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again without question.

• Audrey (6/5): - This hotel was ice cold, like shockingly cold. The bathrooms in the rooms don't have heat sources or vents and when I arrived the tile was so cold it hurt my feet so I couldn't shower. I blasted the heat at 80 degrees and the room wasn't even close to warm until 6 hours later, almost midnight. Opening the door gives a blast of cold air from the hallway. I put my hand up to a vent in the hallway and cold air was dumping out of it. I called the front desk to ask if there were rooms that had better heat or heat sources in the bathrooms and was told no, and she hung up before I finished asking questions. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. My husband stayed here a week before I did and when I called him he said oh yeah, the freezing cold hotel, why did you stay there? Oh well.
