Well I will recommend to replace the sheets from the bed and from the pillows.We stay 3 or 4 days and they make the bed with the same sheets.please this is something that the only reason that I say is for you guys to be better.We love the location and the staff is great and I will recommend to our family and friends not doubt about it.

Gregory (9/5): Great triple room - We stayed in a triple room with our adult daughter. This was so perfect because it had a separate door to her space that had a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom all for her. Our bathroom was spotless, shower was excellent and it had a separate toilet room which is always appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in the main shopping area of the city (have to walk from the street a bit) but it was quiet. Close to Flamenco Seville and many restaurants. They stored our luggage after check out. Nothing

The staff were amazing, professional, and exceptionally kind, and I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Kristina, who was very polite and welcoming. The owner was available to us at all times via WhatsApp and replied to messages extremely quickly. The apartment itself was in an excellent location, with all the important attractions and places just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel was incredibly quiet, which allowed us to sleep very well without hearing any noise at all. Cleanliness was maintained at a very high standard throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very well equipped, featuring a large and comfortable bed, a spacious living room with everything we needed, and even two bathrooms.

Gonzalez (4/5): Deficiente - La situación donde se encuentra y que es muy nuevo. Nos alojamos en la suite y estaban las paredes llenas de mocos y guarrerías varias. El sofá cama era extremadamente fino el colchón y las sábanas pequeñas… bastante lamentable.

El edifico es nuevo y tiene ascensor Nos hospedamos en suite superior y el colchón estaba vencido, terribles nuestras noches al momento del descanso. La primer noche hicimos el comentario y solo dieron vuelta el colchón porque no tenían más disponibles. Además el edifico es MUY ruidoso. No hay un sistema de aislamiento de sonidos potente.

Access to rubbish bin under sink. Constantly having to move stools away from the door to access it. Space around toilet in smaller bathroom was quite restrictive.

Double vitrage atténuant bien le bruit et double climatisation, dans le salon et dans l'espace chambre. Le personnel est très gentil, prêt à rendre service. il n'y a qu'un four à micro-ondes pour cuisiner, il manque un grand saladier pour faire des salades. Les rideaux occultants sont trop clairs ils laissent passer trop de luminosité à mon goût.

Alejandra (5/5): Unbixacion buena pero e para ducharte y dorms un hotel - Ubicación Calidad / precio mal. Hay oferta mucho mejor por poco más de precio eso sí sin cancelación gratuita. Hubiese pagado sin cancelaciones gratuita y tener un hotel mucho mejor. Al ser boutique hotel no es un hotel, no Tienes espacios comunes ni restaurante, es una chica en recepción y accedo a habitaciones pequeñas con unas 5escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones . Limpieza muy buena. Atención al cliente normal, llegamos pronto quedaron en llamarnos para el cheking antes de las 14:00 pero nunca llamaron aunque el check out es a las 11:00. No repetiremos .

El apartamento está fenomenal, cama grande y cómoda, amplios ventanales por donde entraba la luz a raudales (tercer piso). Baño amplio y ducha con muy buena presión. Cocina americana con todo nuevo. La iluminación del baño. Para maquillarte no hay suficiente luz, hace falta poner un foco justo encima del espejo. "Amenities" esenciales. Tráete de casa el gorro para la ducha, jabón y champú de mejor calidad y crema corporal.

No hay nada de accesorios de higiene. Champú y gel. Por el precio que tienen las habitaciones es mejorable.

Paul (4/5): Right hotel, wrong room! - Excellent location, welcoming, informative and helpful staff. Where to start. The reviews were glowing and we thought how could we go wrong. It would have been better to say “sounds too good to be true” but we’ve generally found the reviews helpful and accurate. Our room was so disappointing. The wallpaper was the same but even for a basic hotel there’s no excuse for the condition of the room. The room was so worn…the walls scuffed with black marks, there was rust in the bathroom all around the base of the shower and on the toilet fastenings, a splintered door frame and a door pull that kept falling out of the sliding bathroom door. The upholstery on the two chairs was badly stained. To be clear the room itself was spotlessly clean, if you didn’t look to closely at the built up grime on the base boards or the unsettling black stuff that along with the rust, was all around the bottom of the shower. We did ask to be moved, the screaming (likely teething) baby in the room above us our first night was a major motivator but they told us they were sold out. Not at all what we expected. What should have been a nice, basic comfortable room….Sigh!

Estar en plena calle Sierpes es un lujo, con todo a mano: tiendas, restaurantes y los principales puntos de interés de Sevilla a pocos pasos. Perfecto para moverse caminando y empaparse del ambiente de la ciudad. Habitación: Muy cómoda y cuidada al detalle. Espaciosa, bien equipada y con una cama especialmente confortable que asegura un buen descanso tras un día recorriendo la ciudad. Baño: Moderno y limpio, con buenos acabados y todo lo necesario.
