- Garcia (9/5): The location is prime as it is close to the places we like to visit, around 15-20mins to SM seaside mall thru car and se - The property has free parking which we used during our stay, the were very accomodating with the parking space as well as our room needs. Kudos to the staff. The room is overall good but maybe due to us being in a big group in a room, the airconditioning is not strong enough (the lowest it could go is at 24*). Though the 2 other rooms we booked their airconditioning is in good condition.

- Verified traveler (4/5): I expected more - Ok so I know that this is a cheap place to live at but I don’t know… I expected more from the photos. Me and my partner lived at the first floor and the bedroom was spacious and looked ok if you are looking for a simple room. But our bathroom flooded during the night and was filled with water. They fixed it no problem but we still didn’t ever feel satisfied. We realised it wasn’t fully clean, kinda old and our room didn’t have any fresh air. It was so bad air in our room! The location is central and very close to Robinson mall and the big square which we liked but just be a little bit careful during the nights on this specific street it’s located on, because it felt a bit sketchy.

- RTA (2/5): - タオル等の交換がなされず、毎日、トイレットペーパーの補充と、ばうタオルの交換を依頼しなくてはならなかった。トイレの窓が壊れており、段ボールで補充されていた。ベットに虫がいたらしく、さされて皮膚が無ずぶ暮れになった。

- ありちゃん (10/5): 綺麗で安い - 一本裏通りなので夜の出入りは少し治安面で不安になるところにありますが、静かなところで家族的な雰囲気、きれいでした。何度かセブ市内に行ってますがお湯がちゃんと出たのはここだけです。また行こうと思います。
- Iris (8/5): Pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood - We only stayed 1 night at RF Suites but had a really comfortable stay. They have really nice, modern rooms, and Wifi worked really well in the rooms. The location is a bit farther out on one of the side streets, but the area is really quiet. It’s easy enough to take a taxi or a Grab car from here to anywhere in Cebu City. When we arrived in Cebu City, we really needed to do laundry so it was convenient that there was a laundry shop just a few steps away from RF suites, and the people there were very kind and helpful. There’s also a 7-11 convenience store about 5mins walk out to the main street, just across the Diplomat Hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent value for money in central Cebu - This place has a lot going for it. It is located in a quiet street in a central location near eateries, malls and nightlife. The rooms are well-equiped with a desk, two single beds, AC, a tv, plenty of power outlets and a bathroom that offers enough space to take a shower in a normal way. Water pressure is also fine. The matrasses on the beds are not hotel quality but still offer enough comfort to guarantee a good sleep. You can however hear sounds from the hallway easily and usually there are noises from the hallway relatively early in the morning. So you might wake up earlier than planned when you stay here. It didn't bother me much though, stayed here twice.

- Korean Dude (10/5): Five star accomodation for a two star price. - What else can I say? It was a terrific experience. Why stay at a five star hotel when you can stay at this hotel with the same luxuries for 1/20th the cost? Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
