- Josef (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war herrlich, es gibt noch viel zu sehen, wir werden wiederkommen :-) - Moderne Ausstattung, Gute Lage - Bahnhof ist kein 5 min zu Fuss entfernt.
München ist mit der S-Bahn erreichbar. Pöcking ist ein schöner, gepflegter Ort.

- Karl (9/5): Schöne moderne Wohnung mit optimaler Anbindung nach München - Die Lage nahe des Starnberger Sees ist ansprechend. Vor allem waren es lediglich 400m bis zur S-Bahn Station, die einen in 25 min. nach München bringt. Es gibt viele interessante Ausflugsziele, zB. Roseninsel, Votivkapelle in Berg zur Erinnerung an den bayrischen König Ludwig II, Kloster Andechs am Ammersee mit dem Ort Herrsching.
Der Kontakt zu Frau Jäger war freundlich, lösungsorientiert und wirklich sehr gut. Ich persönlich finde die Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen beim Frühstück (...wir waren zum Glück nur zu zweit...) schwierig, da an der Barküche dann der Platz für die Beine nicht vorhanden ist.
Ein 2. TV in einem der Schlafzimmer wäre schön, da es die in einer FeWo geschätzte Flexibilität von individuellen Vorlieben unterstützt. Die Interessen der Bewohner bei der Programmauswahl gehen manchmal schon etwas auseinander.
Gerade auch deswegen ist dies ein immenser Vorteil gegenüber einem kleinen Hotelzimmer. (insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter).

- Matt (8/5): Starnberger See bood veel minder dan verwacht mede door 4 totaal verregende dagen. - Ruim appartement. Eigenaar reageerde zeer alert op vragen of minder goed functionerende aspecten Parkeren was 150 mrt van locatie nu door erg slecht weer was dat onhandig.
Bed /matras was voor ons niet het juiste.

Ein Vorschlag zur Terrasse: eventuell Pflastersteine bis zum Rand verlegen, damit Rollstuhl Fahrer besser hinten raus fahren können! Die Tassimo Kaffeemaschine war nicht der Hit, obwohl wir Original Tassimo Kapseln verwendet und uns an die Anleitung gehalten haben, war in der Tasse unten immer ein Kaffeesatz. Auch ist der dadurch entstandene Plastikmüll nicht sonderlich umweltfreundlich! Schlussendlich haben wir mit Filtertüten und heißem Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher uns Kaffee aufgebrüht!

- Chitrim (9/5): A rest near the lake - We have travelled with a family during school holidays. The Apartment is very nice, quite big and comfortable for a family of 4 people. The location is good if you want to relax and need a quite place. It is 5 minutes away form the train station and 15 minutes form the lake, the centre of the village and supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available 2 minutes walk form the apartment. The parking near the apartment is charged. Apartment is well equipped. The only thing I missed was washing machine (laundry). But I didn`t ask the hot about it, I am sure there is a solution. Can recommend the apartment for your stay. Nothing

It would be better to have a car though. It is definitely suitable for family. We had a small problem with electricity at night. By just charging the mobile phone, the electricity was down. We called a property and his response was not very professional. However he came over and fixed it, so overall it was fine.

- Robin (8/5): Nice place, good facilities, watch out for price - A nice, modern apartment with good facilities. It is really close to the lake, shops, the train station and other important stuff.
Most things, blinds, lights etc, are ran by a home automation system which is good except the one night where something must have happened to it as all the blinds opened in the early morning, waking the kids up.
A well insulated apartment, which would be great in the winter, but in a hot summer, the air-con (in lounge and one of the bedrooms) struggled to keep the temperature down.
The road outside isn't busy, but has enough traffic, that if you have a window open at night, something big goes past every time you just doze off.
We stayed during summer holidays but there is a school next door, that may mean it can get noisy during the day.
Watch out when booking, the price is per person, so despite being able to sleep 6, unless that is what you put when booking, you'll be charged an extra fee, per person, when you turn up. There is also an odd extra fee of a 9.50 euros per day to park on the site, otherwise you have to park off on a side street. It all seemed safe enough, but I didn't like leaving a hire car down a quiet lane.
