• NURUL SYAFIQAH (3/5): The staff is not friendly & No lift to get us to the hotel at 3rd floor - I like because of the location near to the main station. The staff is so rude. This hotel was our last destination before we’re going back to our country. But, he didn’t let us enter the room that we booked for 2 person, but we’re 3 person at that time. I just ask him if we could just get a shower and clean up and not gonna sleep at that night because we want to check out at 4am in the morning. But, he refused and doesn’t want to tolerate with us.

• John (6/5): Close to Seoul station but also had lots of traffic noise - It was close to the station, ideal for getting ready for early departure to the airport. Road noise was bad due to the large, multiple lane street that is right at front.

• Michael (5/5): If you’re on a budget, this place can work for a short stay. However, if you’re asking whether I wou - The location is perfect—it’s just about a minute’s walk from Seoul Station. However, being so close to the station means you can hear train and car noise from inside the room, which can make it a bit hard to sleep at times. The bathroom was clean, and they provided all the basic amenities. Overall, you get what you pay for, so it’s a reasonable option if you’re looking for budget accommodation. This might be my fault for not checking, but there is no elevator. Carrying three large suitcases up to the 4th floor was very difficult.

• Anthony (7/5): A convenient stay with all the necessary amenities, that is clean. - Convenient access to the train station. Good and generally clean room with very clean bathroom. Very helpful staff. Room was a little loud as facing the highway, and a little difficult to find the property (it is up some flight of stairs). Room could do with some improved painting/decor and lighting.

• SAKAI (2/5): 失敗。 - 良かった点は、二重ロックの仕方を教えてくれたこと。ドアを閉めたあとに、自動でロックされるが、ドアノブあたりボタンがあるので、それを5秒くらい長押しすれば、二重ロックになるので、暗証番号を知っているフロントの人でも、ドアを開けられないようになっている。 部屋を見た瞬間に騙された気分になった。 ・隣の部屋から声は聞こえる。 ・宿泊施設の出入口に1番近い部屋だったこともあり、人の出入りや声が聞こえる。 ・ドライヤー弱い。 ・ベットは寝返りうったら下に落ちる程のシングルベット。 ・シャワーの下は水が滴ったまま。 ・トイレ流れない時があるためか、すっぽんが置いてある。 ・宿泊施設がビルの3階でエレベーターが無いのは知っていたが、タバコの臭いと薄暗さがある。

• Alexandru (3/5): Good location, but very bad room. - The location was good, it was close to the central train station The room was very dirty, stains on the walls. The bed sheets were all ripped and the sink in the bathroom was leaking water so when you would wash your hands you would get your slippers/feet wet.

• Ed (6/5): Location is not pleasant. - It pretty much clean. The provide earplugs. There’s drunk homeless men hanging around the sidewalk in front of the building, possibly because of the two nearby soup kitchens for the homeless. Make sure you bring or ask for earplugs since active train tracks are behind the building.

Clean linen.Thank you! Very noisy for road traffic made it hard to sleep-? no insulation.Hardest bed i ever slept on. So those 2 together meant a restless tiring night.

• shunsaku (5/5): コインランドラリーのアクセスの良さ、レストランなどの豊富さなど把握していれば、ほんとにコスパのいいホテル - ロケーションを考えたら安い。 ソウル駅の13出口まで傘がいらないくらい近い 韓国語使えない人に対するサポートが弱い - エアコンのリモコンが韓国語表示のみだった。あとで英語の説明書があることが分かったがすぐ気づかなかった - 周りのレストランでタブレットで日本語中国語が選べる場所、英語が選べる場所の説明があると行きやすい - コインランドリーが１０分以内のところにあるが、行き方（特にソウル駅の反対側にあるCOIN24への行き方）の説明があるとありがたかったのにと思った。実際は便利ですごく助かったのにと思う。また、コインランドリの使い方tもあると安心しますね。両貝できるのは１００００円札だけだとか。

• Jayke (4/5): Convenient Stay Lacking basic comfort. - The property was in a very good location (5 minute walk from Seoul Station) very good for a young backpacker who wants to easily traverse the city. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, not easy to get a decent sleep in. Also, found it quite a stuffy hotel room.

• Nichaphat (8/5): It's OK - This place is closer to Seoul station that you can walk around 5 min comfortable if you need to get the early morning train or flight. They didn't have elevator , and the hotel is on 3rd floor.

There is no washroom available prior or after check out. There is no breakfast available and the homeless shelter is next store. Also, the mattress is rock hard. Maybe some things to consider when booking here.

• Long Yat Sunny (2/5): - 基本上是一間賓館。此住宿並沒有電梯，需要行兩層至3樓才能到達住宿reception, 並需要走到走廊最尾處打開一對小門再走一層樓梯才到被編配的房間。所有樓梯均有異味，並且有小昆蟲飛來飛去。 4樓的飲水機也有蒼蠅伏在出水處，旁邊的垃圾桶亦不是每日會有人清理，會有垃圾堆積。 酒店房間也有小昆蟲，床舖尚算整潔，廁所不是乾濕分離，部份地方亦有霉菌滋生。最大問題是窗簾完全不能遮光，基本上早上六時天開始光，整個房間都是光燦燦的。 而且房間牆壁很薄很應聲，外邊的車聲及人聲都聽得很清楚。而且我住的整整四晚完全沒有人執拾房間。 基本上是一個極度差的住宿體驗。 我訂的時候需要五百多港元一個晚上。我上網查看最便宜的時候也需要三百多港元一晚，這個價錢我也覺得非常不值得。

• Alva (6/5): - The hotel is located starting on the 3rd floor of a building that has no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights. My plastic bathroom shower curtain was moldy, and not just a little. There were the same trash bags on the third floor landing outside the hotel entrance for the entirety of my 3 day stay. There are many unhoused people who sleep around and on the stairs of the building entrance. They use a room freshener that is too strong, so I had to keep the windows open. The staff was friendly and the room bedding was clean.

Bunk bed had screws missing and ladder could legit be unhooked and removed with screws sticking out. No lift which wasn’t awful just annoying.

Also, I arrived very late at night so I couldn't get help as staff had gone off shift. Ended up having to carry my heavy luggage up few flights of stairs alone.

Thoroughly clean - bathroom was spotless. Had all the amenities of a modern hotel. Yes bathroom floor gets wet but they provide footwear so your feet don't get wet.Yes it is smallish but there's room for everything. There are two short flights of stairs up to reception (not climbing Mt Everest)- contrary to reports well lit & roomy. People just need to get over themselves. Very well priced & so close to Seoul Station. An excellent place to stay - highly recommended.

• TOMOMI (4/5): キャリーケースがある方注意 - ホテルフロントが3階でエレベーターがなく、大変というは口コミをみて知りましたが、私が指定された部屋が4階でフロントから廊下を歩き奥の非常階段のような狭く薄暗い階段をあがり部屋にたどり着く感じでした。非常に不便。チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預ける事もできましたが、フロントスタッフの方がこちらの名前を聞く事もなく、フロント後ろのスペースに置いといてと言われるだけで、スタッフが触ることもなく、無くなっても自己責任感があり、とても不安でした。夜戻ってきて無事ありましたが。この対応は初めてで驚きました。トイレとシャワーの間にカーテンは無くびしょ濡れになります。エアコンの排水がトイレの横にあるので常に濡れていました。ベッドは綺麗で問題なく使えました。ネトフリも見れました

• Elsa (4/5): Not my cup of tea - I picked the hotel for the strategic position since I needed to take a train, so I'd say that's a good part. The bad was comfortable and the room was fair, I just realized I needed more comfort after a +25h of travel There's mold in some parts of the bathroom, and to be honest the shower was different from the picture I saw of the single room while booking. No cover on windows, meaning you'll get kissed by the light at any given time. Dirty and stinky stairs to get to the hostel's floor, plus some drunk people roaming around the main entrance at night.

• kimi (4/5): - 1人での宿泊でした 良い部分は、部屋は広く感じました。 あとはトイレとシャワーの距離があったので、シャワーしてもトイレがすごい濡れることはなかったです。

It's a stone throw away from Seoul metro station Exit 13, but it's more straight forward to come direct from the Seoul Station (KTX) without having to walk a long way underground and dragging your luggage up endless stairs. The hotel lobby is at third level without elevator. While there is a hair dryer in the room, they only provide one sachet of body wash and shampoo on top of a tiny soap bar. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toiletries if you need to shower twice a day. The toilet floor was wet probably after cleaning but it will remain wet till the next morning without strong exhaustion fan.

There was also no elevator in this building at all.
• Emi (6/5): - 他の方もおっしゃっていた通りホテル入口(フロント)が階段で３階に上がった所なので、荷物が多い方や重い方は不便かも。ちょっと前に膝を痛めた私としてはなかなかしんどかったです。 お部屋はそれなりにキレイにしてあり、最低限度の設備はあるかなって所ですね。 日本のビジネスホテルほどの設備やサービスは無いのでこの値段かなぁと思います。 朝食付きったありましたが、無かったです。冷蔵庫に２本の水は入ってました。 クーラーから出る水がトイレ＆お風呂に流すようになっていたため水浸しでビックリしめした。 ワイドパンツの人は気をつけましょう。 他の人のドアの開け閉めがバタンバタンしてうるさいかな。

Nearby all public transportation stations (city bus, KTX, subway, intercity buses). Pre-check in luggage storage provided. Quite noisy, windows don’t block much light. Bathroom smelled like damp.
