• Marco (8/5): Preis - Leistung und die Lage ist in Ordnung - Die Lage ist gut, Metro zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Petersplatz in knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Viertel ist sauber und es gibt ausreichend Restaurants etc. Supermarkt fast neben an, das ist alles gut. Das Standard Doppelzimmer ist schon sehr einfach gestrickt. Das Badezimmer hat eine recht unangenehme Stolperstufe und ist im Verhältnis zum Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sehr groß, bzw. das eigentliche Zimmer im Gegensatz sehr klein. Der Balkon ist winzig und nur alleine nutzbar. Es ist sehr hellhörig und ich hatte extrem laute Nachbarn, das war nicht so schön. Außerdem finde ich es grundsätzlich seltsam, wenn man alles selbst erledigen muss und seinen Gastgeber gar nicht zu Gesicht bekommt. Dieses digitale Zeug in einem Haus, was ansonsten Uralt ist, kommt mir komisch vor.

Тихий район. Зрозумілі відеоінструкціі як попасти в помешкання, активна підтримка персоналу. Шумний насос який вмикається при користуванні водою і погана звукоізоляція.
• Heidi (8/5): Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ruhige Lage, dennoch zentral, Supermarkt und Restaurants ganz nah - Es ist eine ehemalige Altbau-Wohnung in der fußläufigen Gegend um den Vatikan. Die Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich groß. Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer mit einem ca. 1,60 cm breitem Bett. Es ist ein eigenes Bad dabei, das wirklich groß genug ist. Die Küche, die zur Wohnung gehört, ist erstklassig. Man kann etwas kochen, die Topfauswahl ist jedoch überschaubar. Kaffeekapseln sind gratis vorhanden. Auch Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sind da. Supermarkt nur 50 m weiter.Die Putzfrau kam alle 2 Tage, was völlig ausreicht. Mancher Gast hat sein Geschirr leider einfach stehen lassen. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Leider auch kein Geschirrtuch, aber einen Abtropfschrank. Das Bett ist etwas wackelig.

Głośna łazienka - system do przepompowywania wody (ścieków - z uwagi na brak spadku) był bardzo głośny i mało komfortowy. Trochę za ciemno w łazience. Fajnie jakby lodówka była w pokoju, nawet bardzo mała.

• Chris (10/5): Great location, friendly host! We'll gladly re-visit. - I liked the location near the Vatican, a grocery store and parking near by. The host was very friendly and helpful. Questions were answered very fast and the directions for entering the appartment were very clear.

• Lea (3/5): - The air conditioning was not working at first, but Gabrielle came immediately and fixed it quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, which immediately gave a very poor impression of cleanliness. The noise level was unbearable due to thin wooden doors between rooms, making it sound like people were entering our room. The bathroom produced an extremely loud and disturbing noise when flushing the toilet or using the shower, sometimes lasting unusually long. Unfortunately, the price was far too high for what was offered, and due to the constant noise, the stay was very stressful.

• Antonio (4/5): HABITACIÓN BIEN, EL RESTO BASTANTE MEJORABLE. - La habitación en sí está bien, la cama es cómoda y tiene mucha luz. En ningún momento se informa que se entra con una clave. Se les olvidó mandarme la clave, estuve pegando un buen rato y dp llamando por teléfono. Tardaron mucho en atenderme y darme la clave y tuve problemas para llegar a la hora debida a una cita ya establecida. No han aceptado pagarme el coste internacional de la llamada de varios minutos. El segundo día estuvieron arreglando durante la tarde noche una ducha de la habitación contigua con el consiguiente ruido. Y no realizaron limpieza en la habitación hasta el segundo día de estancia. No todo es " excusa, excusa, excusa...".

• Milena (10/5): Great relax - Dzięki pobytowi w apartamencie mogliśmy się naprawdę zrelaksować. Przewspaniały Gabriele, który był bardzo miły i pomocny. Szybkie zakwaterowanie. Bardzo ładny pokój z balkonem, na którym mogliśmy jeść śniadania. Współdzielona kuchnia również czysta, zawierająca wszystkie potrzebne elementy, a nawet więcej, bo był dostępny ekspres do pysznej kawy ☕️. Zarówno kuchnia jak i pokój były regularnie sprzątane przez miły personel. Serdecznie polecamy! ❤️

• Sidnie (5/5): For one night ok, but not the best. - I liked that it had an elevator and the instructions to get here were very very detailed and I loved that very much. The host was very communicative and answered all of our questions right away. I had a few concerns. When we first arrived I thought we had the whole place to ourselves. That was wrong. We had a very very small bedroom with a bathroom and there was a common area for the living room/kitchen and 3 other rooms. It was very noisy from guests coming in at 2-3 am and every time a toilet would flush anywhere you would hear it in the walls right by the bed. It was clean but we did find a lot of black hairs everywhere.
• Vlad (9/5): Superb - It is a great option for traveling as a couple. The room is not big but it has everything you need. Common areas are clean, there is coffee/tea, juice, fridge and you can make your own breakfast. Very nice location, quiet, with developed infrastructure - shops, cafes, laundry. Metro 5-7 minutes on foot. Excellent accompaniment by the manager (Gabriele is the best). All questions were solved as quickly as possible. Will definitely consider this place to stay at next time The balcony in this type of accommodation (double room basic) is extremely problematic to use - very small for two people and dirty. It looks much nicer on the photo)

Good value for money too Its just noisy when someone is using water in the toilet, and a very tight lift, Maybe remind guest to not cook something very smelly so the smell wont bother the other guest at night or open the windows while cooking.

Vatican is 12 mins walk and there is a metro at 9 mins walking to take you to city center. - the area also has plenty of restaurants and supermarket option - Accessible to lot of places - Did not help us with transfer to the airport on a timely manner leaving us in a hassled situation - Room did not match images, much smaller in reality. There’s just enough space for one person to walk.
• Aleksandra (10/5): perfect stay!! - The location of the apartment was great, a few minutes walk to the metro station Ottaviano, but also a walking distancie from the city center. The room was nice and clean and we could use a well equiped kitchen even with the coffee machine. The contact with owner was perfect - we got all the information needed in a very clean way.
• Richard (9/5): Happy to stay there again. - This was a good location for our requirements. Gabriel was very helpful and it was very much appreciated. We stayed four nights and all went well apart from plumbing noise during bathroom use.

• Xiaorun (4/5): bad - The location is not bad 1, the elevator is broken for two consecutive days, the staff is not in the morning and night, so we have to carry the suitcase up to the sixth floor. 2. No disposable toothbrushes or even bottled water.

• Amina (7/5): Good - Location was amazing. People who met us were very welcoming and nice. Be aware of the noisy drain in the building. It is very noisy. Especially it was noisy in deluxe room. Ear plugs are highly recommended.

• Bogdan (4/5): Disappointing - veery small room, misleading photos, not soundproofed at all - Its conveniently located with big supermarket and laundry just in the same building Walking 10 minutes distance to Vatican 40 minutes walking distance to center AC in the room Comfortable bed Room service Veeeery small room where it was hard to move around when two persons were inside. Quite dirty bathroom Pictures in the booking completely don't reflect how the room looks like and the view from windows is much different Not enough space to unpack stuff and stay comfortably for a week Kitchen is shared while from pictures you can assume its part of the room Apartment has form of bunch of rooms used by other stayers plus kitchen. Walls and doors are completely not soundproofed and you would literally hear every step of neighbours
• Marouane (7/5): It was over all good. We liked a lot the location and the cleanliness of the property. - The location and the hospitality of Gabriele Toilet flush is too noisy.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Very clean, excellent safe location very close to ottaviano metro. Very good restaurant nearby. Laundry services just next door. Recommend. The bathroom was too small. Not easy to get in the shower.
• Gizaw (7/5): Good - The location is quite close to Vatican St. Peter Basilica. There are many restaurants and supermarkets. On the booking it says check in from 15 with no limitations. When we reach around 11:30 there the place was closed and we supposed to wait almost an hour on the street until the person (Di Gilio) came and open the door from somewhere else. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that we faced, we were just asked to pay additional fees for late check in - as if everything was normal.

• Ben (10/5): Wonderful, lovely apartment in safe area. 10 min walk to metro - Very clean and well equipped facilities. One room with an en suite and a shared communal area Toilet flush is loud haha

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location to the Vatican and Metro. The high ceilings and air conditioning made the room very cool even though the temperature was hot outside.
