• David (10/5): Service top!!! - We had an excellent stay. The service was outstanding and they truly make you feel at home, always being very kind and even offering breakfast. The facilities are very good and, especially for travelers, I want to highlight that this was the only hostel that allowed me to check in at 5:30 AM when I arrived by bus. Every other place refused to help, even when I offered to pay extra. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience.
• Reyes Cubas (8/5): Muy buena estadia - Nuestra estadia de una noche fue buena. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y ayudaron a hacer early check-in ya que llegamos como a las 6am a Puno. Las camas son muy comodas y las habitaciones estaban limpias. El desayuno estuvo espectacular. Definitivamente lo recomendariamos y volveriamos a este hotel. La television funcionaba pero no habia senal para poder ver algun programa.

• Joseph (1/5): Disgraceful customer service - Nothing as we didn’t get an opportunity to stay there as they constantly tried to cancel our booking. The fact that booked the accomodation in early November and then shortly after trying to get us to cancel the booking. We travelled from Australia to Peru and when we arrived to the motel in advance a few days to confirm our booking the lady at reception was rude to my partner and completely lied saying they tried to contact us to cancel. Disgraceful behaviour.

Malgré que si l'hotel se situe à 10 min à pied du centre , le lieu est très calme et le cadre très apaisant. La propriétaire est adorable et est au petits soin, elle vous prépare des petits déjeuner copieux :) à 10 min à pied du centre ville

• Eloise (1/5): Hôtel non fiable, annulation sans prévenir - J’avais réservé une chambre depuis quatre mois dans cet hôtel. La veille de mon arrivée, la réservation est toujours affichée comme confirmée, mais quand j’arrive en pleine nuit, on me dit qu’il n’y pas de chambre de disponible. On me demande si je n’ai pas reçu de message d’annulation, effectivement j’ai reçu un message privé de l’établissement dans la messagerie, me demandant d’annuler « moi même » ma réservation. Je n’ai pas vu le message, noyé dans mes multiples réservations sur Booking, et comme la réservation affichait toujours confirmée je ne me suis pas posée de question avant mon arrivée. Je soupçonne l’établissement de procéder ainsi pour éviter d’annuler eux mêmes et pour pouvoir relouer plus chères les chambres en raison de la période de forte affluence (Candelería de la Virgen, début février). Un autre client a eu exactement le même souci la veille. Je me suis donc retrouvée sans solution de logement en pleine nuit et seule pour mon premier soir au Pérou. La demande pour les logements étant extrêmement élevée, les prix étaient 5 à 6 fois plus élevés que quand j’avais réservé. Le personnel de l’auberge me propose de me laisser dormir « sur le sol » pour 40 soles, c’est inacceptable. J’ai finalement heureusement trouvé un autre hébergement, un lit dans un dortoir d’auberge qui n’était pas du tout ce que je souhaitais à la base (une chambre avec salle de bain privative) L’établissement ne s’est jamais excusé.

• Martin (8/5): An ideal flexible place to stay in Puno. - Nancy was so helpful and so flexible. She checked us in at 0500. She let us leave baggage when we went away for two days. Her service really made the stay so easy. Thank you. And accommodation was fine - clean, modern and central to Puno.

• Julie (10/5): Great stay in Puno. - The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. She was always available for any advice, especially when my partner was suffering from altitude sickness. Location is about 10mins from the main square. Would highly recommend. Everything was perfect.

• Daniel (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit toller Gastgeberin in Puno - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und gut organisiert. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und gut zusammengestellt. Nancy macht den Unterschied! Ihr Englisch ist gut und sie ist so hilfsbereit. (Zb Wäsche, Übersetzung, Taxi, Bus) Sie brachte uns sogar zum Bus für die Weiterreise, weil wir nicht so gut Spanisch sprechen.
• Lina (5/5): - Very cute looking BnB, good location. The host lady was friendly and spoke English, tho kept trying to sell me private transfers to Juliaca. The hot water was pretty much non-existent. It was mentioned that hot water might take a few minutes to arrive. I waited 10min before jumping into the shower and the water was loup warm, half an hour later when I finished showering the water was still barely warm. The room didn't have any heating and the nights get quite cold. So taking a cold shower is definitely what I paid my money for. Breakfast was decent, however you have to arrange the exact time you want your breakfast to be served. But even then it might be half an hour late.

• Antoine (8/5): Agréable B&B à proximité du centre historique - Le logement est situé plutôt dans un endroit calme ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Puno. La vue depuis la coursive au levé et coucher du soleil est top. La dame qui s'est occupée de moi était adorable! Possibilité d'utiliser un service de pressing. La chambre était communicante avec la chambre voisine et la porte mitoyenne était mal isolée donc j'entendais les voisins parler.
• Maree (8/5): Nice find - Breakfast was simple but tasty and they had it ready for us early. Felt very secure. Rooms were nice and shower was good pressure. It is very close to the busy area and the square and about 25 mins downhill walk to the port. Seemed to be overpriced compared to other places we'd stayed. Bit of confusion over how to pay as it doesn't go through booking.com and it was in usd. Eventually the exchange rate was improved and all was well. It's a bit creepy at night walking back to the house.
• Maree (9/5): Oasis of Calm - The beautiful gardens and many seating areas made this place a little oasis of calm. It was very close to the main square and safe enough to walk during busy hours. Next door was a restaurant and in the street were a couple of small stores for basic supplies. Wonderful hot powerful shower. Breakfast was good. The staff were really helpful. Minor things, hairdryer was missing from the holder and like most places the lighting was dim. There were instructions for the safe but they were wrong.

No hay calefacción pero no importa por qué las mantas son muy buenas. Si tuviera que decir algo sería los enchufes que no habían al lado de las camas.

Ci ha aiutati a riservare il servizio per l'aeroporto della vicina Juliaca e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di effettuare un cambio è stata super pronta ad aiutarci nuovamente. Colazione buonissima e abbondante. Davvero consigliato!

Ela é muito gentil. Não tem tomada perto da cama. Não avisaram com antecedência que cobram uma porcentagem a mais se pagar com cartão.

• Julia (6/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin :) Super kleines Zimmer. Die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer konnten das Licht in meinem Zimmer steuern. Und es gab eine Tür nach nebenan, die mit einem Vorhängeschloss verschlossen war. Man hat von nebenan jedes Wort gehört. Auf den Bildern sag die Unterkunft etwas neuer und hochwertiger aus.

• delia (10/5): Une bonne étape reposante avant les îles - Lieu très agréable et très bien tenu. L'accueil a été très agréable et flexible . Aucun bruit si ce n'est les chiens qui aboient parfois dans la nuit. La Plaza de armas est à 10 minutes à pied environ.

Nancy a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable et même organisé des réservations de billets de bus touristique pour Cusco. Juste l’éclairage extérieur qui illumine la chambre lorsqu’il déclenche pendant la nuit.

• M.Vega (6/5): Sencillo - El desayuno es muy bueno, así como el trato con la cocinera. Un día tuvimos que salir antes de la apertura del desayuno y nos lo adelantaron para podernos ir desayunados. Es muy sencillo, pero cómodo, aunque parecía mejor en las fotos. Está a unos 12 minutos de la plaza de Armas, pero nos dijeron que no es una zona conflictiva. No tiene calefacción ni aire acondicionado así que no sé en épocas de invierno si hará mucho frío. Recordar llevar efectivo porque el pago con tarjeta tiene un suplemento de entre el 5-7%.

Ci hanno accolto alle 5 della mattina per lasciare i bagagli e hanno sempre risposto con prontezza a tutte le nostre esigenze. La signora dello staff ci ha riservato due stanze comunicanti con due bagni anche se ne avevamo prenotata una. La struttura offre docce calde. Colazione inclusa ottima. Muffa sui muri, coperte pulite ma macchiate.
