XMFM (2/5): - The owner is a racist. She smokes and the entire house smells of cigarettes. The bathroom had putrid water sitting in the bathtub. She gave us the wrong keys and would not help us when we could not open the door. Her housekeeper came and confirmed that the keys were wrong. She insisted that we HAD NOT paid, even while we showed her the receipt from Expedia. She wanted us to pay her in cash. If you are a dark skinned person... Beware, she will treat you like garbage the way she treated us. We were in Mexico City for a conference at the Museum of Contemporary Art... The owner was absolutely awful

Jasten (10/5): Great Spot! - My stay here this past new year's was so great! The owner is friendly and uninvasive. The home his beautiful and located close to many interesting businesses. I took (cheap) ubers around or walked to the metro.

Verified traveler (10/5): Good cozy b&b in a great location - Great space, nice location, Patti was super nice and helpful. The place has been created with very good taste. The only thing that didn't suit us and is best suited for people that don't mind the smell of smoke or that themselves smoke.
Jason (4/5): - The breakfast was not very good just mostly some toast and old coffe. The beds here are awful. The walls and door are super thin so you can hear everything.

Både hunde og røg giver kolorit og stemning og Rossi (som er i hjemmet i modsætning til Patricia som man skriver med) er helt fantastisk at samtale med. Tæt på alt og et hyggeligt ophold for et par nætter
Mimy-Louise (8/5): Homestay - men et venligt et - Kan se de andre anmeldelser har skrevet om røg og hunde, og det er korrekt at der er begge dele, men ikke nok til at genere synes jeg. Rossi er super venlig og meget hjælpsom og jeg følte det ligesom at besøge et familiemedlem. Der er wc og brus på gangen mellem de to værelser der kan bebos af gæster men det er ikke noget problem at dele.
Valerie (10/5): Functional, ideally located. - Very nice place, ideally located on the heart of La Condesa. Warm welcome from Patricia, and discreet support throughout the stay. Place is clean and functional, with a cute 70’s charm to it. Simple continental breakfast, perfect before starting the day and overdoing on amazing Mexican food.
Paty (8/5): - I love that fact that is a dog-friendly place. I love that fact that we could walk to restaurants, bars, and parks. Love the neighboorhood. Very safe!
Schmelix (8/5): Nice discreet room with the essential necessities. - Patricia welcomed us into her BnB very graciously. Everything was provided and easily accessible. Would likely stay here again if I come back to Mexico City. If you're looking for a quick and easy stay, this is the place. No fuss, a shared bathroom that is always clean, a set of keys to enter the house and room, and very little noise from your surroundings.
Verified traveler (2/5): DESAGRADABLE ESTANCIA - La estancia en este B&B fue de lo más desagradable, el lugar no esta limpio huele a tabaco de manera muy intensa, esta lleno de perros que no paran de ladrar y cuando abres la puerta de la entrada se lanzan a ladrando, otro detalle es que yo tenia el desayuno incluido pero la señora lo negaba diciéndome que era un dinero extra, conseguí convencerla y hacedio a ofrecerme el desayuno por el cual me quería cobrar una cantidad desorbitada, pero cundo lo vi constaba de un vaso pequeño de jugo, 2 rebanadas de pan y un poco de fruta y cafe, un despropósito, también piden dinero a modo de propina por la limpieza de la habitación como si no estuviera ya incluido en el precio, bueno que jamas volveré a este sitio por que no reúne las condiciones por el precio que cobrar por no hablar del cuarto de baño, que mejor no lo voy a hacer para ahorrar la desagradable experiencia.

Adel (10/5): Una noche tranquila en condesa - Un lugar magico, para quedarse en condesa, un lugar con paz y limpieza. Si quieres privacidad, la tienes. Si quieres sentirte en familia, también. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. sin duda regresare al mismo lugar cuando vaya.
