• Laura (7/5): Would recommend if looking for cheap hotel in old town. - It was right in the old town and a nice walk to everything. The room is really big and the beds are comfortable. Staff left snacks everyday. There was a lot of construction going on under the room and it went on right into the middle of the night which kept us up. This isn’t the hotels issue it’s just something to be mindful about.
• Saurabh (8/5): Great Stay in Phuket - The location and the people, rooms were good enough simple yet working AC was actually very good bed was comfy as well. Toilets were good as well. Cleanliness was good. the best part was you'll have to take out the shoes outside. Common area was good relaxing and comfy. They give the breakfast which is normal, just a banana, some bread and jam, but it works. The bathrooms were at the 3rd floor, somit really a big pain to go up in the night or in the morning. you'll have to pay for the towel

It wasn’t the most memorable hotel I’ve stayed at, but it was comfortable and everything worked well. Would consider staying again.

• Emily (8/5): Good overall - Very good location. Property met our needs for a couple nights stay in Phuket. We booked a room with no window (all that was left at time of booking) and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable so not the easiest nights sleep but everything else was fine.

Typical Thai bed (harder) but no issues for me as I like it like that. The receptionist waited for me to check late after 10pm, thanks for that. Wall socket a bit flimsy when plugging in the lamps or phone charger.

• Séverine (8/5): Very good - The very spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The tea/coffee, biscuits/bananas available for free everyday at reception. The exterior noises from the room with street view but as per our request they gently changed us to another room (without window) and it was ok. The fact that it was at us to bring our luggages to our rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors without lift. Should be done by hotel staff, not by customers.

The space was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, making our stay feel more like a cozy apartment than a typical hostel. It was super cheap and offered amazing value for money. The staff were really nice and helpful. They even assisted us with booking boats to different places, which made our trip so much easier. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for budget-friendly accommodations without sacrificing comfort or convenience!

The room was spotlessly clean. In fact, the whole hotel was immaculately clean and smelled fresh. Thank you to the cleaner, great job. And thanks to all the other staff that were very friendly and helpful (informing me of things happening locally). Would prefer a kettle in the room.
• Gemma (5/5): Good location but very basic - Good location. Lots of restaurants around and a short 10 minute drive to the port. Theres a noodle restaurant nearby called 10000009 Thai Noodles which is amazing and very cheap. Rooms are big with chairs. The smell of damp in the room. Old bathroom with no ventilation which also smelt bad. Towels had stains on. Cleaner woke us up at 9am by entering our room without knocking! Fine for one night.

Great value for money! ) - Great hotel with a great value for money! 🤩👌 The family-owners were very welcoming, helpful and kind, especially the father who was simply charming! )) 🤩 The room exceeded our expectations: it was VERY spacious with huge bathroom, large bed, good furniture and very comfortable arm-chairs! 🤩👌There was a large balcony too. The room was cleaned every day with free water provided. WI-FI in the room was pretty fast too! A counter with free coffee, tea, snacks and fruits is provided daily for all hotel guests. 😊 Not to mention that this hotel is located in the VERY CENTER of Phuket Old Town, close to all the main attractions! 🤩 We could also rent a motorbike from the owners for 250 baht per day - it was very convenient. So very good value for money and the best location possible! 🤩👌 Only the paint on the walls was peeling in some places, but it didn't bother us, considering the price we paid. ) 👌

• María (10/5): Perfect stay in Phuket - The location, very near to the old town. The owners were so nice. I also had a problem and had to leave earlier and they helped me with everything. The room was very spacious as well, and they provide of coffee, tea and snacks everyday!!! All good!

• Ville (7/5): Quite good value option except for the rock hard bed - The room was nice, clean and spacious. AC efficient and fairly quiet. Location is great, just off the main streets of the Old town. I have to say that the bed was extremely hard. There was no mattress topper at all and I could feel all the springs boring in to my back and pelvis. I only spent there one night so obviously I would have asked for one had I stayed longer. Dont't know if it's normal or just a mistake. You might need earplugs too, ss the walls are thin. Although that's what one should expect at this price range, so no complaints about that!

• Susannah (9/5): Perfect location in Phuket Town - I stayed here several times on a trip to Phuket in October 2024. This will now be my go-to hotel in Phuket Town! The location is excellent, right near Surin Circle and within easy reach of shops, cafes, pharmacies etc. I stayed here during Vegetarian Festival (a must-see) and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. All the action was happening just downstairs, and I could also watch from my balcony. The room was large and clean, the price was very affordable, and the staff were absolutely lovely. And their cat is adorable :) Looking forward to my next stay! (PS - there isn’t a lift in the building, so keep this in mind if you have any mobility restrictions.)
