- Heng Ching (6/5): Condo need to improve guest experience. - Location is fantastic. Very convenient for food and transport 1. I rented a four-room apartment for 3 couples with young children. On checkin, I requested just ONE more additional room card so as to facilitate couples going out and returning at different timing. This was outright rejected from reception staff stating it's policy to issue only one access card. Imagine the inconvenience and frustration for a large group waiting for the card holder. Management should relook at your accommodation policy. 2. I used Touch n Go to pay for my security deposit. At checkout, one helpful staff assist me to submit the particulars needed for refund. I informed Condo that there was no refund after a week. I enquired and was told the particular given was not acceptable and wanted me to provide a local bank account. Eventually, almost 2 weeks, I received a refund through Touch n Go, after many frustrating exchanges on WhatsApp. 3. We stayed for 6 days. There was only I broom and no dust pan. The Condo should provide a vacuum cleaner so we can do self cleaning. Condo should also provide sufficient toilet papers and tissues for a week stay. Anyway. We bought our own toiletries.

- Guido (1/5): Finger weg! Hier werden Sie beschissen. - Die Wohnungen liegen direkt über einem Einkaufszentrum. Bis zum Nightmarket (wirklich sehenswert) sind es ca 10 min zu Fuss. Herrausragend ist der grosse Pool, den wir alleine geniessen konnten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht wie angegeben; so fehlten z.B. die grundlegende Küchenutensilien wie Geschirr oder Besteck, oder auch eine "Schallisolierung" (sprich, schliessende Fenster). Das ist relevant, da die Wohnungen direkt in der Einflugschneisse des Flughafens liegen, so dass zwischen 7 und 1 Uhr alle paar Minuten ein Flieger ca. 100 Meter über die Köpfe donnert. Grundsätzlich ist sie in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eher das Gegenteil von "Deluxe". Der absolute Abschuss ist aber eine Strafe, die einem unter einem Vorwand aufgedrückt wird, nachdem man ausgecheckt hat. In unserem Fall wegen "Rauchens in der Wohnung". Wir sind alle Nichtraucher und hätten es mit Sicherheit festgestellt, wenn die Wohnung (bei Betreten oder Verlassen) nach Rauch gerochen hätte. Sieht nach systematischen Betrug aus. Einen Mitarbeitenden sieht man übrigens nie; das Ganze läuft über Nummercodes und Schlüsselboxen, die einem per WhatApp zugeschickt werden.

One of the bed’s mattress had faulty springs which collapses when you laid or sat on it. The aircons needs to be serviced as the blower looks dirty & gave a musty smell & one was noisy. TV & LongTV device was painfully slow. Location was noisy as there was construction going on below the balcony & the outside corridor was noisy from passersby as it was conveniently close to the lift.

The stove was a major reason for us to choose the apartment as we wanted to cook. It did not work even after complaining to the hotline. The maintenance team came to check but didn't resolve the issue. Which was a major bummer. The living room area could improve also with better furniture. The airconds across the rooms were also old and probably not maintained well.

- NICOLE (2/5): - This place has horrible maintenance, the air condition seems to be a waterfall after only turning them on for half an hour, there is no lock available for the glass door, just literally anyone that comes from the balcony from the other side could go into the apartment, while sleeping or while you are out, I get it will not be an issue if it’s higher up but this property is on the 4th floor, literally everything is broken, the sofa, tiles, switch panel, there is water marks and mold with yellow patch literally just right in front of the entrance door, just an fyi, if u booked the 3 bedroom with sea view just do yourself a favour and cancel them before you get further disappointment
