Vera (9/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kulinarischen Highlights und gutem Service, jedoch ohne den erwarteten Wow-Effekt. - Das Frühstück mit frischen Säften (Apfel, Karotte, Ingwer, Orange, Sellerie) war großartig. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr professionell – der Kellner hat mit viel Wissen und Leidenschaft über Wein erzählt. Das Essen war nicht nur lecker, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet. Besonders schön fand ich den Saunaaufguss am Freitag und das moderne, gepflegte Badezimmer. Wir hatten ein älteres Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber, und das Badezimmer war renoviert, wirkte aber insgesamt etwas altmodisch. Etwas umständlich war der Weg zur Sauna und zum Pool – da diese sich in einem anderen Gebäude befinden, musste man mehrere Aufzüge benutzen. Für den Preis hätte ich mir insgesamt etwas mehr „Wow-Effekt“ erwartet.
James (4/5): Moody - Sadly, I have to agree with the low-to-middle reviews here at booking, and other review web-sites: we had a one night stay in the suite at an adjoining building connected via a chaotic maze of floors and sloped tunnels (which I can since say is over-priced), but the main point (value aside) is that this surely is the least welcoming hotel I’ve stayed at. Service with a grimace, checkout without so much as a “thank you for your stay”, or a “how was the stay?”, literally nothing. Zero engagement. Sportalm literally took the ‘hospitality’ out of hospitality, and in this industry - it is all about hospitality! Yikes.
GUY (9/5): Bon séjour dans un hôtel moderne ,superbe emplacement ,vue imprenable .Acces départ glacier à moins de 5 mn en voiture. - La chambre confortable,les repas ,la gentillesse du personnel,la piscine bien chaude avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur le glacier .Très belle salle de sports avec équipements moderne. L’ouverture trop tardive du SPA et piscine à 11h00.Accès au SPA depuis le bâtiment principal ,plusieurs ascenseurs nécessaires pour y accéder .

Alexia (10/5): One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time and I travel a lot, this place is special. - The Sportalm was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, great views, and fantastic food and service. The food is excellent, with breakfast, a 3pm after ski snack, and a 5 course dinner. We loved selecting our dinner each morning, the daily soup is soooo good. The Chestnut soup is a stand out. The service is fast, efficient, but not intrusive. The bar is well designed with very creative drinks. We loved this place, I'd move in if I had the choice. Nice sauna, complete weight and exercise room, 5 min drive to the ski area(s)...if your going to Pitztal, this is the place to stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Alexandra (9/5): Fantastic food, nice and friendly staff, cozy but modern rooms, loved the spa. - The buffet and menu offered was fantastic, the staff nice and friendly and the spa modern and well designed. During the day free drinks and snacks are offered all around the house. Great place we'll come back again. Gym is closed from 14pm till the evening for young adults up to 16, same for the infinity pool that is available for young adults up to 16 only between 11am and 14pm. The family spa on the other hand is open for everybody all day round and therefore the sauna is frequented by naked elderly. ;D That was the only minus point.
Jyri (10/5): Excellent wellness resort in the vicinity of great slopes and other winter activities. - The staff welcomed us with a smile and were always there if we would have needed something. Food had a good and fresh variety of different options. Dinners were amazing and breakfast was all you need for a good start for the day. Not that much to improve. But if I have to add something, there was one person from the staff that seemed to be rather annoyed most of the time. Every one else provided the best customer service possible.

MAIS mauvais accueil dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel : personnel peu aimable au guichet d'accueil et en salle. Jamais un sourire, mis à part les employés de ménage. Depuis 30 ans que je vais au Tirol, je n'ai jamais vu cela : ambiance peu chaleureuse ! Au restaurant, il est impossible d'avoir une carafe d'eau. Par contre le cadeau de départ : 5 bouteilles d'eau ( valeur 1.40 € au supermarché)...sans commentaire !
Allan (10/5): Value for money - Super familiedrevet hotel, med gode faciliteter (spa, pool, massage), godt placeret i forhold til skiområderne. Skibussen går direkte overfor hotellet. Super god forplejning med lækker morgenbuffet, samt 5-6 retters middag hver aften med gode valgmuligheder. Stort vinkort - og generelt en høj kvalitet på både vin og mad.
Linda (10/5): Nice hotel, 5 mins drive to the ski slopes - Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us. Staff also don’t know the prices, on the following night we asked how much the wine costed, we were told 31 euros and it ended up being 44 - again not an issue, but weird going to a restaurant and not knowing how much the bill will be. However, it’s a lovely place, food is good and the rooms are comfortable. Ski slopes are lovely. A lot smaller than the place we normally go in France (Val D’isre) but very well kept, great snow beginning of March and reasonably priced. I would recommend it and would definitely go back.

Axel (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel - Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen Mitte Januar gebucht in der günstigsten Kategorie im Nebenhaus und haben ungefragt ein kostenloses Update auf die höhere Kategorie im Haupthaus bekommen, was wir sehr gut fanden, da das Zimmer sehr groß war. Das Essen war wirklich spitze. Der Wellnessbereich war schön angelegt.

christina (6/5): Wohnen ohne Aufzug im Nebenhaus - Wir wohnten im Nebenhaus welches unterirdisch mit dem Haupthaus verbunden ist. Was wir jedoch nicht wussten das das Nebenhaus über KEINEN Aufzug verfügt. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet. Das Haupthaus ist erneuert worden. Der Weg zwischen den Gebäuden ist sehr lang und kalt ( Pool im Haupthaus).Das Essen war sehr gut.
