- Julie (6/5): very helpful staff, but poor breakfast. - staff were very helpful when my husband left some clothing behind. the hotel was clean and staff pleasant. breakfast was poor. not great quality and items were cold when they should have been hot. some itewms were very unappetising. the hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment.

- Martha (10/5): Comfortable, well-located, and great value hotel in Donggang. - This was one of our favorite hotels in Taiwan! The room was very spacious, with plenty of extra seating and tables, and the shower and bathroom were very clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was also very nice, in a well-lighted, open room and with lots of choices. Even a washer and dryer on the premises to use. Also good location, walking distance to ferry pier and other sights and restaurants. Everything was great.

- MIAO JUNG (3/5): 這次住宿經驗不佳，如果飯店要提升品質，員工教育訓練需要再多加強。早餐非常棒，比之前多了許多品項，早餐負責的小姐非常盡責並且餐枱整理很乾淨。 - 這次沒有滿意的地方，唯一滿意是，退房時主管幫我解決問題。 主管的處理方式非常合宜，但是員工的教育需要多多加強。 幾乎每年都會來住宿，也都會給高分，但這次住宿經驗非常糟糕，以致於整夜未眠。 總之909房是個糟糕的房間，廁所無法正常使用、地板破損，床頭燈壞掉（員工說剛要修理） 、冰箱有未喝完的水。 因為我長途旅行肚子不舒服先上了廁所才發現這些問題，員工說不准換房，所以我只好當場又定了一間房（ 818房 ）來住，等於付了兩個房間卻只使用一個房間，員工處理的方式非常不合理且態度不佳（男員工），並且處理當中有侵權事宜。 退房時主管聽完敍述後，發現飯店方不合理，退了款項給我，很感謝主管明理並解決問題。
