- Yurika (8/5): Good value, convenient location, friendly staff! - We had a nice stay at Santika Radial hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast selections were VERY extensive and nicely presented. The hotel was conveniently located, with lots of establishment nearby. Parking spots were limited but we never had a problem finding a spot for both of our cars during our stay. Oh, and the welcome drink by the front desk was a nice bonus! The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but we were well informed in advance, so we knew we won't be able to use it.

- SOEHARIJANTO (8/5): Hotel is OK, the staff is very friendly, Room is OK, but the bath Towels looks dirty and coloured - The Hotel is good. the room was ok , breakfast menu is good. The towel looks dirty and coloured, also towel floor is not proper, and never change to the new one. The bath towel looks the same with floor cleaning towel. I never use it. should change with another new one.

- Timon (3/5): I would never choose this hotel again - It is a nice hotel in a good location The booking process through booking.com was terrible: After I had made the reservation, I was asked to make the payment upfront (otherwise the room would be cancelled) - this was not possible through booking.com. So I was asked to send credit card details via WhatsApp (which gives a high risk to fraud). The employees appologised offered to make it up by giving me an extra nice room - factually, I got a room with is directly facing a concrete wall. On check-out it was not possible to give me a proper receit.

Breakfast meals options were poor, I had stayed in other Santikas and this one was way inferior compare to other Santika premises

Extra charges on small things that’ not suppose to. Extra charges for extra towel (asked for 1 more), room card key only given 1 although 2 ppl stayed, and have charges if want 1 more. 2 hours earlier ( at 12pm) check in also will be charge’s even though checked out 4 hours earlier (at 8am).

Overall the hotel looks new, clean and close to a couple of brand new shopping center. The breakfast buffet was also quite good with a lot of different food to choose from. The pickup from the airport was okay but a bit pricey, should've went for online transportation instead.
- Sofiar (8/5): Nice hotel - Hotel is good, staff friendly, room is comfort and clean. The location is very good. In front of hotel is transmart, one of the biggest hypermart in indonesia. You can buy anything there. A lot of restaurant around this hotel. The unfortunate thing is gym only have a little bit gym equipment.

The room it self was clean, restaurant taste are 5 stars. Great services as well from their staff. The most great was its wifi is super duper fast.

Overall beds were amazing, it is really value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palembang
