• Tom (8/5): The "boss" and I appreciated the clean property and enjoyed our stay. - Overall, the breakfast was fine, The attendant kept things clean and orderly. However, the sausage patty was too spicy, and the bacon is served in clumps, which can be wasteful if someone only wanted a couple of slices. Consider making some salt/pepper/sugar packets available for guests who take food back to their rooms. The shower curtain is too short, and the bathroom floor gets wet when running the shower with the curtain closed, of course.. The soap gets stuck to the soap dish which makes it hard to use without getting soap under your fingernails when prying the soap out of the dish..Consider putting a hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang a robe, etc.

• Maree (10/5): - Check in was quick, staff were kind. Our room was spacious, clean, cold and loved that the bathroom had a glass enclosure and no shower curtain. The pool was closed during our time but that was okay. Also, the pillows were so uncomfy, lumpy and firm. Wouldn’t deter me from staying there but would note to bring your own pillow maybe.
• KIMBERLY (8/5): - The room was wiped over, the toilet had hair on it I so lysoled it. But for an older hotel the grounds were well maintained. I was not impressed with front desk staff.

• Tanisha (10/5): - I experienced an exceptional stay, and the lady at check-in was extremely welcoming. She made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. The children had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent.

There was a total of 12 people staying in the accessible room aross from my room. 4 adults and 8 children ranging from 15-4 years of age. This is not safe and the noise level was too high all hours of the night.

Even my husband noticed it and he rarely notices this kind of thing. I have allergies and asthma. It was a miserable 3 nights. I had to take Benadryl every night just to manage the symptoms.

• Taylor (3/5): Disappointed! - The staff at front desk were nice. We have stayed at this hotel in other locations and been quite pleased. This facility was old and run down. Our refridgerator was broken for the duration of our stay. Probably wont stay at Home2 Suites again.

• Shellie (8/5): Very good - Location was convenient to restaurants and the airport. I wasn't able to have breakfast because they didn't have it out early enough before my flight. They should offer at least a grab and go option for early birds.
• Mark (8/5): Comfortable room, poor Wi-Fi. - The room was very comfortable. I rather liked the trendy layout of the room and use of curtains instead of solid barriers. The hotel leans toward the young and fit lifestyle with a prominent fitness center and healthy dietary choices in the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the in-room Wi-Fi was horrible to the point I was unable to get a connection at all. I was able to connect to the Ethernet port in the room but my wireless devices were useless.

• Kathryn (10/5): - We visit Houston quite often. We have tried different hotels and they have all had issues. This one was great! Fantastic breakfast, nice rooms, nice and cool in all areas of the building and great staff.

• James (8/5): Room Reservation Drama - The only negative was that we booked a king suite room and when we got there, they did not have any of these rooms available! We were put in a double queen suite room. After going back down to the check-in desk, we were initially told there absolutely was not a king suite room available and that they are saved for Hilton rewards members! After I pointed to their sign that states if you are not satisfied with your stay, the night would be on Hilton, the manager found us a King suite room like we had booked! Other that this slight haste in the beginning, our stay was very comfortable and the staff is very courteous!

• Andressa (10/5): - We stayed at the hotel as a group. Prior to check in we called and requested adjoining rooms. We were told they could oblige and the changes were made to our reservation. When we checked in we were informed that we were not staying in adjoining rooms. Lilly moved heaven and hell to make it happen for us. She could have easily said it was impossibly and we would have been none the wiser. She took extremely great care of my family through the chaos of our large crew with screaming kids and held down the front desk like a champ!
• Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant - Home2 Suites has always been my favorite Hotel never had any complaints about it, but this July 2 to the 5th it wasn't as pleasant as always, first problem was, ( and this was Booking.com fault) the hotel wanted me to pay for my reservation after I had pay everything thru the bookin.com app, apparently the app didn't send the payment notice to the hotel, I spend 2 hours on front desk while they fix that problem, after all that was fix and they gave me my room the facility had a strong smell like humidity I told the front desk lady but all they did was to send the maid to clean I had to buy Frebeeze to get rid of the smell, the morning front desk lady was always in a bad mood I didn't like her attitude, usually all front desk people before her would take care of you with a smile, and would do anything to make your stay pleasant this new lady can't be in a costumer service area, this is the first time after many years that I didn't like or enjoy my stay now the night shift lady's were very helpful and pacient to fix the mess bookin.com did with .y payment. morning shift front desk lady

• Kerry (10/5): Great Hotel Near Space Center - The hotel was modern and attractive. Our room was very large and comfortable for a family of four. It was very clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The little pool was never crowded. The only negative is that the bathroom had the lowest toilet. It was like a toilet that belongs in an elementary school. They really should replace with a normal height toilet.

• Kevalkumar (6/5): In a nutshell, overall experience is good but not a worthy. - Hotel have good cleaniness and hygenic. Room is also quite good in terms of space and Bed is great & Comfy. They have a limited choise in breakfast (no any good breakfast option for Vegeterian & Vegan person). Along with that customer service is quite okay.
• Paula (2/5): Horrible experience - The room was dirty. Found two hairs that weren’t mine. One popped out of Kleenex box where they fanned a Kleenex bottle make it cute and the other was in the sink. There was no mattress skirt and you could see a coffee or soda stain on the box springs. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. Man at front desk at check in mumbled and you couldn’t understand him. Lady at checkout was wonderful and apologetic for the conditions.
• Valerie (2/5): - This hotel charged my card $25 without explanation because i booked thru a third party. I can't reach this hotel by phone so I have no way of getting my money back. The hotel phone number I found online doesn't connect. Don't stay at this hotel if you want to have your credit card kept safe.

• Dwight (7/5): Good - The staff was lovely, and property was conveniently located. The hotel squeaked. When laying in bed we could hear people walking from all sides of the hotel. Walls were very thin. We were woken up out of our sleep multiple times just from the room shaking and floor squeaking from people walking.
