• wolfe (7/5): Friendly staff. Clean room - The updated carpet and a firm mattress. The clothing rack is to close to the vanity. You don't notice that because you are reaching for the coffee maker, then BONK. OUCHEE!!! I am not the only one. There were screw holes in the wall where other folks have hit it too.

• Teresa (9/5): I always enjoy staying at this motel. - Staff is so welcoming and the room fit my need more lighting would be better
• Trey (2/5): Just not great at all - The location to where I needed to be. The paint was peeling, there was bugs, there was MOLD, stains all over the walls, broken AC, broken shower head.

• Alan (9/5): Pleasant stay, decent value, good location. - The location was idea. The property was up kept pretty well. The office voice mail has a message that it hasn't been setup or it isn't working. That's not helpful.

• Charles (5/5): - It was a basic motel and decent value for the price paid. I was charged at checkin even though I'd already paid on booking.com When I explained I'd already paid, he explained that it hadn't been paid but was just a hold. I went ahead and paid and then located my receipt which proved I had already paid. Then he refunded my money. Not a huge issue but I was already checking in late so it just added to what was already a long day. Also had to have room key reset on 2nd day.

• Netra (8/5): - Very quiet, comfortable and clean The 2 episodes of the housekeeper knocking continously even though I said no thank you and I've already paid. The front desk knocking even though I paid the night before. I was in desperate need of the 6 hours of sleep before I went back to work. I let the front desk clerk know that I was here working and I worked late hours and knocked anyway. This broke my sleep and made the stay very good instead of exceptional. It was very irritating and I was modest with my rating. Im sure there was an excuse but honestly the bottom line was that I paid. Which is why I will drive home tonight after my shift rather than stay again. I won't get the sleep I need anyway.

• Scottie (10/5): - Nice location, close to stores and gas stations but not too close. The price was reasonable. The pillows were too soft for us. Had to buy firmer pillows at the Dollar Store a little further into town. Overall, we would stay here again.

• Debra (2/5): - Convenience to the location we were in the area for. Strong and I mean strong chemical or some kind of smell in the room. Not sure what it was. When we left all of our clothes and luggage smelled like it. Very disappointed. Our adult kids room smelled the same. Not sure what it was. If we were staying longer than that night we would have complained and asked to move.

• Jennifer (10/5): Can’t ask for anything more for the price. - I broke down on the way to Austin and this was my only option. The hotel was clean and seems like it was recently updated. There are no frills or amenities, but it was very affordable and I wasn’t afraid to take my shoes off or take a shower.

• White (9/5): It was comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced. - I did not know there was a breakfast offered. We had a handicap room. Our expectation of a handicapped room is one that has a walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head and a chair.

• Edward (2/5): Never again - Disgusting. I will never stay there again. Red stains on the floor that are either blood or wine. A huge spider came down on me in the bed while trying to sleep. I had to fix the toilet when it wouldn’t flush. Also, the check in lobby is a smell of an experience. You get what you pay for.

• Jerry (10/5): I had a good stay and would stay there again. - The location was perfect for visiting family and attending the Livestock Show. The room was neat and clean, and everything worked well. The water pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. I was grateful that they didn't use any highly fragranced cleaning products, as I have sensitivities to fragrances. There was no odor at all, just clean air. I also appreciate that they don't allow pets. There is nothing I was unhappy with.

• Gary (10/5): Decent place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. - Was more than we expected for the price. We needed a place to stay for the night not far from our event. Real nice atmosphere in the court outside the room. Close to restaurants and everything we needed. Nothing, but we only spent the night.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms are very loud. I can hear everything from walking and talking to takong shoes off from thr upstairs and on both sides of my room. The hotel staff, the Father and Daughter are nice and pleasent. The Mother who runs the front desk is very judgemental and rude. They do not come by my room or knock on the door in the mornings to clean or take my trash or towels. The dryer is RIDICULOUS! $0.25 FOR 5 Minutes Of dry time. $4.00 to wash a load of laundry. They do not offer anything food and drink wise. The only thing that is on the property is a Coke Machine. The shampoo and conditioner is gross and comes in a sealed baggie.

• Judi (8/5): - The staff was great. I stayed here last year also.. It is clean, comfortable and the price is right. The problem, both of my stays there, was lack of audio on some the TV channels. I'm not convinced it was the motel’s problem. Could very well have been the infamous cable provider, Suddenlink. Definitely a problem that needs to be addressed by someone. There was a year between my stays.....and it was still going on?????

• Alberto (2/5): - I had booked this for our employees. The pictures are deceiving. There were lots of flies in the room. There was rolling chair that was broken and had a lot of white stains all over it. The walls had holes where there was previous damage. The beds were filled with yellow stains. Horrible place to stay in. We are going to be looking into getting a refund. Our guys ended up staying somewhere else for the night.

Only other complaint people above us started partying bout 7:30 we were trying to relax n get some sleep bcuz we were planning on heading out to our next destination at 4 am so not much sleep at all.

• Debbie (10/5): - Front desk personnel was so helpful and nice. Room was clean. TV. Fridge. Microwave. Bathroom needed updating. Lots of bad plastering. One strange thing... I've never stayed in a hotel where the room didn't have a phone.

• Hughes (5/5): Passable - The location was central to where we needed to travel. The front office gave a key to another guest to our room which we were not there. So thankful the other guests were honest and had them re-assign them another room.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Think twice ,no just don’t - Upon arrival they tried to change the agreed cost of the stay. The room wreaked of moth balls, smell was very overwhelming. The sheets were stained. The pillows must have been left over from 1963. No hot shower, after allowing the water to run for 15 minutes, I still took a cold shower. The only reason I didn’t check out the very same day was no other hotels in the area and I needed to complete my duties for my employer.

• Keith (1/5): They put a family with kids in the room above us that kept jumping up and down on the floor at2am. - Nothing at all! They had No Breakfast! The Room was nasty, not clean! Found pubic hairs in the tub! Snot on the bathroom ceiling! Very thin bed spread that smelt like it hadn’t been washed in weeks! Front desk morning manager was rude when I complained, she said Ok then walked away! The photos shows the bathroom ceiling, bottom of tub and side, totally disgusting!
