Joanne (8/5): - If you are looking for something "Rustic" this is a great place. We brought our 2 labs and had a great dogcation here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the night. We dined at a local spot called the "dragon Cafe" just 10 minutes down the road were the food is amazing. Had a campfire by the water and enjoyed the fall colours. Everyone was extremely friendly and we would go back again.
Allister (8/5): - The cabin is in a lovely setting, the owner was friendly, and all the basic hotel-style room amenities were provided (unless you want a TV for some reason). Definitely a good, affordable place to stop.
Peisen (8/5): Traditional house inn - It's the cabin we stayed in. Feel like a cottage but with beddings. Breakfast served in the main house which showed on the picture by a very friendly lady. Chat with other guests who come almost every year. It's old traditional house. If you are looking for modern comfort, it may not be the right place. My kid likes the stay in the cabin. There is lots of fishes by the dock which keeps my kid busy. Also can swim by the dock. We would come back again.
Jonathan (10/5): Wonderful Stay - The Inn was a beautiful and quiet escape to a natural wonderland. It's a simple place with an old feel and charm to it.
KenBrooks (2/5): - We were terribly disappointed to say the least. We were directed to an old house across the street for our accommodation and we would not put a foot inside for fear the building would fall down. This property should be dropped from your ad as an Expedia listing. I would be ashamed to offer it to anyone. If this is a taste of what you offer where are your scouts? I am sorry I and my wife had this experience. The picture was not recent at all as to the shape the buildings were in.
Michele (2/5): - They didnt get our reservation so they refused to let us stay. the place is looking run down and the pictures art better than the place.
Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel cancel reservation on the day of arrival - First, the resort tried to move me to a smaller older cottage, which I refused. Then, on the day of arrival they told me that my reservation is cancelled because the pipe burst in the cottage I booked and no other cottages are available. They did apologize but I was hugely upset. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends as it seems to be totally unreliable place.
