• Keith (10/5): Our stay at Kizuna was excellent and we had ample space and amenities to have a successful trip. - Location was tucked away but close to the lifts. It was a central location close to the convenience stores and many restaurants. The gear locker on the first floor made it very convenient to store our gear after a long day on the mountain and everything dried overnight it this space.

• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment with a great view. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Hirafu. The shuttle driver was super nice. He waited for me to get my skis from Yama Sports next to the check-in reception, which was very convenient. We loved our stay. The walk to the Gondola is about 14 min. So not super short but totally doable. After flushing the second bathroom toilet smelled a bit like sulphur.

• Michelle (7/5): Good location, Cosy apartment, but small inside. Nice view, ski storage area without boot dryer. - The apartment is well heated and was cleaned well. It was particularly helpful that Vacation Niseko left some tea, coffee, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder as well as handsoap and sufficient toilet paper. The collection of the keys was not from the reception desk at Kizuna, but instead from the reception of another hotel, which was pretty inconvenient and meant check-in took far longer than expected. The staff at collection were very helpful and friendly and helped moved our luggage from the check-in location to Kizuna. Vacation Niseko sent numerous emails prior to arrival, including pre-check-in email which should have enabled check-in to be a smooth process. When I replied back to the email and tried to take advantage of a few of their offers, it was actually very difficult. The Vacation Niseko team did not help to book any restaurants, including 4 restaurants which did not require credit card for reservations. It was particularly difficult to organize pick-up from our existing accommodation on the day of check-in, stating initially this was the responsibility of the previous accommodation. When we finally got access to the apartment, it was much smaller than expected. The living room was overcrowded with many large sofas that it was difficult to walk around. The master bedroom bathroom is very small and the master bedroom closet cannot be opened with the door open, which sounds like a minor inconvenience, but it's very difficult if there is more than 1 person trying to use the space. For check-out at 1pm we were charged a late check-out fee, which would be understandable, except that Vacation Niseko insisted that we could not check-in before 3pm, therefore it difficult to justify charging people a late-check-out fee.
• Per (10/5): Highly recommendable indeed!! We really enjoyed the stay. - Well equipment. Great Views, Bright. No bread knife. More pillows for the sofa, perhaps.. Not a big problem :-)

• Nge (9/5): Superb - washer/dryer was a life saver! kitchen is fully equipped, ski locker is spacious there’s a faint plumping / sewage smell near the washer / dryer - was better when we closed the closet door containing the washer lights in living room was quite low, kept bumping my head into it!
• KI (2/5): - The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my clothes were still all wet. In addition, i booked the room type photos of which show that it has a bathtub but actually it does not have one. I contacted Expedia and requested the hotel to change the room - As usual no one contacted me about it. The shuttle service was also a night mare, they only provide shuttle service till 11am and refused to drop off at any place other than the lift point. Unlike other hotels, they don’t have a whatsapp number and basically you won’t be able to contact them unless you have a Japanese number. The service was a night mare.
