• Rasheen (10/5): Really nice place to stay - Very well cleaned and home feel. Price was really reasonable and in a good location It had all amenities as a regular apartment
• Jeffrey (7/5): Nice but probably won’t be back - The location was great It didn’t seem like a good value for the money. It was modest. But it was clean. I knew there were no housekeeping services for a short stay. The person who checked us in reminded us but suggested asking for new towels and linens as we needed them. Two days later (different person) told us there would be a charge and that we had to go get our own toilet paper. And the next day the original person made sure we had it along with fresh towels and linens.

• Joseph (8/5): - It was a well equipped unit with a king bed, large bathroom with a walkin shower, laundry in unit, full kitchen, and close to everything in the romantic zone with a small rooftop pool. The living room area was tiny with a small TV and worn sofa that was probably a sleeper. The area has many hills with few sidewalks and would be prohibitive for anyone needing accessibility accommodations.
• Geraldine (10/5): - Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, upgraded (remodeled) and the hotel was safe. It’s fairly close to the beach and main street for eating. It’s up a hill, on cobble street, so be ready for that.

• Todd (8/5): - We normally stay at a full service resort, and tried this option this visit. It was great. Smaller, quieter and more flexible for a longer stay. The rooftop made you feel you had a private pool and BBQ area all to yourself. Would definitely recommend. The only downside was not having full service. Would definitely recommend.

Would come back but book directly and bring up these complaints that can be fixed easily. - Location, the actual condo, washer, dryer and iron with iron board, having a decent size kitchen, decent cleanliness. It was advertised as a courtyard view. There was no courtyard, we were on the first floor facing the narrow opening to the street and on the other side, a big wall. So, we ended up sitting by the big wall as the other one side had no privacy, whatsoever. The TV had only public channels (very limited) and the first one had to be completely replaced. The kitchen didn’t have a frying pan and, upon request, we were provided with a very old, beat up one. The second cleaning was so, so… These are all small details, but considering the price and fabulous pictures, should be better.
• Rodolfo Jr (4/5): - Great location, very near the beachfront and great restaurants but not in the middle of the action so relatively quiet-er. Room was rather cramped if more than 2 pax are staying, and some features could be better (bed was rather too firm and hard, pillows too soft and hollow). WIFI in my room wasn't activated/working during my entire 6 days stay, though they tried to have it fixed but on a day that I had a scheduled tour - so was just asked to connect to adjacent room's WIFI. Streaming/Netflix WASN'T AVAILABLE during 6 days and was told that the TV in my room wasnt compatible, so was forced to spend as much time outside the room since you couldn't do much inside without streaming service/netflix. For the nightly price they charge, room cleaning should have already been included and issues resolved timely and appropriately.

• Alex (10/5): Roomy, modern, comfortable stay in Zona Romantica, right near the beach. - We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was so comfortable and roomy. Everything looks brand new. The patio and ocean view from the room was a treat. We loved the location - right in Zona Romantica but just a block or two away where it was quiet. It’s also just a block over from the southern end of Los Muertos beach. We would highly recommend! Nothing.

I set it up for the second day and expected it to be charged to my room. When i came back they demanded a cash payment which luckily had on me. They should be clear you must pay cash at the time of service not ambush me in the lobby.

• Tracy (10/5): - This little condo has everything you need. Even a washing machine and dryer (pack light as You can wash clothes as needed). Full fridge, stove, kitchen accessories, separate bedroom and pull out sofa if needed. Two large screen TVs if you want to chill and a little rooftop patio. There is no view from the outside balcony however the win from this is how quiet it is for sleeping which is what we actually wanted From our space. There is a direct staircase across the street down to the “blue chairs” beach if you want to access there and main area if old town is a 5 minute walk. It’s everything we wanted and more from our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Great location if you like to get out and walk and see things. Mini-super close by and everything you could need in a kitchen. Love the washer and dryer!

• Susan (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - We loved being close enough to restaurants and the beach but far enough from the traffic noise. Very peaceful sitting on the balcony. Staff was great!! We would have liked finding some coffee/cream/ sugar, which there was none of and some hand soap in the kitchen. For the price we paid this should have been supplied especially since there was a coffee maker in the kitchen.

• Lijen (9/5): Lovely villa on the south end of Zona Romantica - Great location, close to everything in Zona Romantica, but just slightly away from the busiest area so we got a sense of being outside of the chaos while still being a very short walk away. The view from our balcony was stunning as was the view from the rooftop. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The pool was lovely though more of a small soaking pool that could only accommodate a 4-5 people at a time.

Staff was nice, it's convenient, and quality property. - Convenience, the shower (shower fixture, water pressure, water temperature), view, the daytime reception woman (so nice and helpful ) (give her a raise) Water! Each unit should have one of the water dispenser that you put the big bottle on. We had to go buy a 10 liter jug and Haul it over from the grocery mart. TV remotes were a little confusing notebook referred to one as larger and one as smaller, and they seemed about the same size. The dipping pool was nice, glad it was heated but it's so small it would be better if it was just a hot tub.

We were declined and extra towel when we asked; the plastic card key was in my back pocket and broke, we were told replacement keys were not possible, only two keys per room; rooms are to be cleaned every 7 days, we were there 8 days and room was never cleaned.
• Chad (5/5): Do not stay here!! - Location fabulous 👌, check in staff great,room ???🤔terrible!!!it was so dark and depressing i was so greatful we were only staying 3 nights.One window in tge living room facing a wall,the widow in tge kitchen faces tge other condo so we never had it open would have not mattered no light around.When tge check in guy took us to the room I was excited to see the garden view patio....😆😅more like a very tiny boxed in room with the tiniest of Skyview.you have no idea what time of day it is in this place...now for tge rooftop pool.....😆our hotub at home is close to the size of this "pool" .The topper for us was at check out...we left our luggage with the front desk as we could not check in to our new place till later soooo that gave time for house keeping to go and clean our room...we came back to get our luggage and the girl told us there was a problem with how the room was left.We were like what???we did the dishes ,tidyed up and left it the way we check in ....She said there were some items broken. Here we go!!!we were ok what is broken?Well a can opener which was probably 10 years old she showed us that the handel was broken,and the tissue holder was broken.We looked at each other and said we never had any cans to open and the tissue holder was broken when we checked in.My husband told me that later.We are not tge type of people that would break something and not tell them. We were so mad because clearly they were doing this for more $.we refused to pay and said bring housekeeping here I want her to show us the can we opened.....in the end we did not pay ...we told another lovely couple to check their c.c fir bogus charges .will never stay here again!But we did meet 4 lovely couples though !!And our check in guy was great!!And our new condo was amazing, bright and had a fabulous balcony!

• Javier (8/5): - I enjoyed the property and the location. It is located in the heart of PV's gay zone. Guest policy is strict so if you plan to bring guests regularly, this place may not be for you. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay.

• Stephen (10/5): Fantastic modern place in perfect location - Nicely kept place in great location of Zona Romantica. Easy access to beach (1 block away) and quick walk to the main downtown area. Also good restaurants around, as well as a mini market which sells many things at a decent price. The unit is clean and modern, with a full kitchen and bathroom that is sizable. Washer and dryer in unit which is a huge plus. The rooftop has a small pool that faces the ocean and we spent a lot of time there. The front desk staff Caroline is very nice and accommodating. The only down side of the place is they only provide house keeping service once a week (unless if you are willing to pay 250 pesos for additional ones ) but they are willing to exchange towels for free on request.

When we asked them to Do it they told us they only have that service when you stay more than 7 nights but it was not mention when we book or when we checked in. The guy in the check in desk was kinda rude also when we asked for a late check out, was mad about it and he did not even talked to us when we left and said have a nice day. That guy has an atitude problem and completely ruined our day.

There’s a full kitchen and other bigger balcony on the other side near living area. Great layout for a couple. The rooftop pool is small but amazing view of the bay. And the prices are great as well.
• Hal (10/5): - Our favorite place to stay in PV. Located behind Blue Chairs, just a few blocks down a flight of stairs to the beach. Building is new and clean. AC works great and washer and drier in every suite is a huge plus.

I didn’t mind paying the “luxury” price tag when it felt boutique and they provided a seamless experience but not anymore. While we didn’t do much cooking it was really great having a kitchen to make cocktails and reheat leftover food from restaurants. We also stocked up the fridge with bottled water and basic goods from the local market. the location was great. walkable to everything. Unfortunately the level we were on had no view. Any kind of view would have been a plus.

The view was excellent and the facilities on the roof were very nice. Deli/market about a block away on Amapas. Great pre made deli sandwiches and everything you might need. Close to many restaurants. The steepness of Amapas road is bad. If you are older or have mobility issues, this may not be the right location. Wish our patio had a view of the ocean but you could go to the roof.

• Megan (10/5): Would stay again in a heartbeat! - The small quiet hotel is in a great location in Old Town / Romantica Zone, with very easy access to the beach, the delicious food carts, restaurants and bars, while being very peaceful. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony and also from the rooftop pool. Our apartment had everything you could need and was very spacious. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Really, everything was perfect.

In the living room and kitchen there was one small window that looked out to nothing and you could barely open it- unit was very dark with no access to natural light Very disappointing

The suites are fabulous, and the rooftop pool & common area are fantastic. So nice to be in a small building, adults only. • Torsten (7/5): nice apartment hotel in great location - great location, spacious rooms, well equipped with a nice view from the balcony. Front staff was not consistent in guest service. During my 4 days stay, there was no room service. I was not aware that you have to pay extra for room service (in a serviced apartment). A 1-hour late checkout was first agreed upon and then withdrawn by the manager on my last day. I later found out that my room had a cancellation and I could have stayed till 1 pm to get ready for my flight back to Europe.
