U sobi je bilo veoma čisto, a čišćenje se obavljalo svakog dana. Ukusan doručak i veoma gostoprimljivi domaćini. Hvala puno, vratićemo se ponovo! Svima preporučujemo.

- Крисияна (10/5): - The hotel is very charming and truly captures the authentic Turkish vibe, making you feel right at home. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, although it was quite similar each day. The bed was made daily and fresh towels were provided, although the room itself was not fully cleaned every day. It was also very quiet at night, which helped for a relaxing stay. Daily cleaning was limited, as the room was not fully cleaned every day and only the bed was made.

Was die Umgebung betrifft, man ist eben in der Altstadt, wir fanden es passend. Das Beste sind die Gastgeber. Freundlich, charmant und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Die besten Türken die ich kenne und ich kenne einige. In den Zimmern fehlen trotz Enge einige Haken, z.B. für Handtücher. Ein klein wenig abwechslungsreicher hätte das Frühstück sein können.

- Sergio (10/5): - The exceptional value of Otantik Guesthouse lies in its staff, always willing to help you, even when it comes to organizing your excursions around the city. Other positive points: a plentiful and delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and proximity to a PPT ATM and the Beyazit tram station, which is a great hub for getting around the city. If you don’t mind walking, the main historical area is easily reachable on foot.

We enjoyed our delicious breakfast every morning and so appreciated that the staff was able to accommodate our request to move to another room opposite the road! Our flight out was cancelled and we had to book a new one, and they were very flexible with providing a new airport transfer for us. The building is on the older side, so the soundproofing is not great. Also, the bathrooms are a bit small.

- Jitka (10/5): - Jedná se o malý rodinný hotel v klidné lokalitě,která je ale zároveň blízko většině památek. Na MHD 5 minut pesky. V blizkosti je spousta restaraci, kde jsou přiznive ceny. Majitelé jsou velmi milí lide. Pokoje byly čisté,každý den se zde uklizelo. Snídaně byly vynikajici. Moc jsme si to zde užili.Doporucuji využít odvoz z a na letiště za 35 Eur za auto. Schody do patra jsou strmější,ale nám to nevadilo. Navíc nám majitele kufry vynesli.

El desayuno que sirven todos los días típico turco nos ha encantado! La ubicación del hotel también es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos del Gran Bazar y unos 20 minutos de las mezquitas de Santa Sofía y Sultanahmet. 100% recomendable! Todo fue genial

Nous sommes tombé au moment de travaux dans l’hôtel donc des bruits dérangeants et une coupure d’eau le dernier jour qui a duré une bonne partie de la journée sans que nous soyons prévenus par le personnel.

- Inzilbet (8/5): - Номер маленький, но уютный. Потрясающий персонал. Небольшой, но приятный завтрак. Отель очень красивый. Было холодно в конце ноября. Нам на двоих было выделено только одно дополнительное одеяло. Под вторым спал сотрудник на ресепшене. В номере было очень сыро и промозгло.

- Katarzyna (9/5): Bardzo udane zwiedzanie Stambułu - Śniadanie wyśmienite, podawane przez właściciela obiektu. Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko od kolejki z jednej strony i tramwaju z drugiej. Obiekt ma własny transport, tańszy niż taksówka na lotnisko. Miła, domowa atmosfera. Trafiliśmy na ostatnie piętro, ale gospodarz wniósł nam bagaż ;-)

- Sofija (9/5): Πολύ καλή - Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, το κατάλυμα είναι ένας οικογενειακός ξενώνας σε καλή τοποθεσία λίγο πιο έξω απτο κέντρο αλλά πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα μέσα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εγκάρδιοι και φιλόξενοι. Λόγω παλαιότητας υπήρχαν κάποιες φθορές

- Federica (9/5): Il posto perfetto dove alloggiare a Istanbul - L’hotel è situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona di Sultanahmet, una posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città, a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Il personale è gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Possibilità di transfer in aeroporto a un prezzo competitivo. Stanza non molto grande ma confortevole, dotata di aria condizionata, frigorifero e phon per capelli. Ottima la colazione turca servita al mattino. È stato veramente un piacere soggiornare qui! niente in particolare. Segnalo solo l’assenza di ascensore: noi eravamo a un piano basso e non abbiamo avuto problemi (anche perché il personale è stato molto gentile e ha portato su le valigie per noi), ma potrebbe essere un limite per persone con difficoltà motorie.

- Guljas (1/5): Izuzetno smo razočarani ponašanjem vlasnika smeštaja, koji je lagao i nije se pridržavao dogovora. - Dana 11. januara oko 14:00 časova napustili smo smeštaj. Nije bilo moguće ostati bez struje i vode, u hladnoj sobi. Dogovor sa vlasnikom smeštaja bio je da, kada kontaktira Booking, jasno navede da smo smeštaj napustili 11. januara umesto 15. januara zbog navedenih uslova. Nažalost, vlasnik se tog dogovora nije pridržavao. Stigli smo 10. januara u 13:00 časova. U tom trenutku nije bilo struje. Struja je došla oko 17:00 časova, ali je ponovo nestala oko 02:00. Ponovo je uključena tek 11. januara oko 14:00 časova. Takođe nismo imali internet. Soba je bila hladna i u mraku.

- Mohammed (10/5): Volvería a reservar - El alojamiento muy acogedor, el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo y fueron muy atentos. En cuanto a la limpieza, no hay ninguna queja, todo estaba muy limpio. Es para repetir 😊 No hemos tenido ningún problema con el alojamiento todo estaba correcto.

- Karolina (6/5): - We liked the location. By walking and public transport we could get everywhere we wanted. It is in less touristic area so there are many local restaurants/cafes with cheaper prices nearby. The breakfast was simple but ok: fried egg, 2 types of cheese, ham, tomato cucumber, olives, bread, jam, honey, tea or coffee. The room was moldy and smelly. Just when you opened the door, you were „attacked” by the smell. I don’t understand such a high rating of this property. It was very cold, we had to keep heating on almost all the time. The windows are very old so you cannot keep the room warm. We stayed only for 1 night so we accepted it as it was but I would deffinitely not rent it for more nights. The room we got was far different than the one in pictures.

Ma ho cercato di contattarli nel momento esatto in cui ho effettuato la prenotazione, chiedendo molto cortesemente se potessero venirmi incontro con la cancellazione gratuita. Non mi hanno mai risposto e hanno segnalato a booking il nostro mancato arrivo. Quindi assistenza al cliente e comunicazione direi pari a zero. Mi dispiace perchè la struttura sembra ottima.

- Magdalena (10/5): Wonderful location, staff and breakfast - It's a lovely truly Turkish budget hotel, with fantastic team managing it, always willing to help and provide advice. Excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town, very safe, monitored 24/7, a wonderful traditional breakfast. We also used the affordable airport transfer offered by the hotel, it was very convenient. I liked everything, but bear in mind there are quite steep stairs to the rooms and thin walls but all the guests were respectful and we didn't have any issues.

- Benjamin (8/5): Great value for money with very friendly staff - They went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed, from carrying our bags upstairs to organising airport shuttles, to booking transport, and sightseeing recommendations, and lending us an umbrella on a rainy day. The breakfast was simple but very fresh and delicious. The room is small and very simple. The bathroom is old but clean. The stairs are steep.

We truly enjoyed the excellent tea at the reception on the day of our arrival, the breakfasts every morning (special thanks for accommodating them to our needs), the Istanbul transport card kindly shared with us, and the airport transfer on the day of our departure, which saved us a lot of time and trouble. - Arianna (8/5): Grazie! - Ció che rende questo luogo magico è la famiglia che gestisce il tutto! Accoglienza, ospitalità, gentilezza.. non ci sono altre parole per descrivere il modo in cui riescono a farti sentire a casa. La colazione, fatta da loro e tipica turca, dove non vi aspettate croissant o biscotti ma sicuramente ricca. (Una bevanda a scelta, uova, formaggio, salumi, brioche, marmellata, sempre un frutto e un dolcino). La posizione è molto comoda per il centro storico e tranquilla. La struttura ha scale per salire nella stanza, molto umile ma con ció che è necessario. Bagno piccolino.
