• Eva Maria (8/5): - El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy bien ubicado hay muy buenos restaurantes, farmacias y cerca. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del personal fue buena, fueron muy amables y atentos. La habitación 208 le falla en ocasiones el calentador de agua del baño y el tv solo tenia decodificador, no era smart tv entonces limitaba un poco la experiencia de ver algún contenido de entretenimiento, del resto todo muy bien

Hair on the floor in the bathroom and in bed, between the bedsheets. In the morning the water in the shower was cold.

Overall good for what u pay for - Location was amazing, the hotel staff super nice, i like the lady of the kitchen super kind, the attention that the hotel gives u is really good, i liked also the gym was amazing they missed out things like water bottles in the rooms, the room was in deed a bit small, breakfast was good but too many options to choose from is just yogurt, eggs, bread and ham, coffee, tea and a natural juice, i have had better buffees.

• Frank (5/5): Paying for the location, not the tiny room. - Solid location. 15-20 minute walk to the TransMillenio. Not in the heart of the Zona G but close with some walking. Some stores / eatery but more as you go north. Gym is a pass from the front desk to the gym across the street, which was solid though some equipment broken. Breakfast with custom eggs, empanadas and limited hot items, coffee, bread, fruits, and other basics. Great hot water though hard to control at times. Worst thing was availability of the front desk. Whether it's for a gym pass or simply to be let into the front door during off-peak hours (or anytime at night). You might be waiting 10 minutes or more to be let in. There is an roof over the front area and a place to sit outside while you wait to be let in. This is problematic if you go out for a dinner or anything past 7pm really. The rooms are small and definitely worn with damaged bathroom doors. There is extremely poor air circulation, so the room feels damp after a shower. No sound insulation from the door; you will hear everyone who talks in the lobby. Not the best cleaning with leftover dust.

• stephanie (7/5): Good location but a uncomfortable disappointment. - Property was in a good location. Nosiy. My room only had an internal window that opened to the reception area and the breakfast area. It was constantly noisy with the reception talking (all night) and watching tv and then the staff setting up breakfast at 5:00 am. I asked if they had a hairdryer and they laughed and hung up the phone on me. Didn’t seem like a ridiculous request from a 4-star hotel.
• Sebastian (8/5): Good option in a safe area - Good location in a safe neighbourhood with countless eating options nearby. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff - I was given early breakfast when checking out. Thin walls - or maybe my neighbours where just enjoying themselves too much.

• Malgorzata (9/5): Good value hotel - It is a basic hotel but it is very clean and the staff is really nice. It has a great location. Great value for money. We would return here. We could hear a neighbor watching tv next door. For Colombia, they could get much better coffee.

• Hunor (10/5): - Wir haben im Hotel Scala 68 die letzten zwei Nächte unserer vierwöchigen Reise verbracht und hätten uns dafür keinen besseren Ort aussuchen können. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Chapinero in Bogotá, einer der schönsten und sichersten Gegenden der Stadt. Auch abends kann man hier entspannt spazieren gehen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Gleichzeitig sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und andere Stadtteile schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Taxi oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und ruhig, sodass wir uns nach den vielen Reiseeindrücken gut erholen konnten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das reichhaltige und liebevoll vorbereitete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Bogotá!

• Molina Altuve (9/5): Comodo, tranquilo y bueno! - La tranquilidad, la comida y por supuesto la calidad de descanso. Todo estuvo rico pero tambien comodo poder llegar y sentirse tan comodo. Recomiendo el hotel 100%. Podrian mejorar algunas cosas, como la relacion precio. El precio esta acorde a un poco mas de comodidades. El televisor solo presenta cable no es una opcion tener un smart TV, cosa que estos dias es escencial. Tampoco pude trancar mi habitacion con seguro mientras estuve alli. Pero cero inconvenientes gracias a Dios.
