Please inform Forest Estate in advance of your expected arrival time at least 3 days in advance. Please also note the following: - The front desk closes at 18:00 between 1 May and 31 October. During this period, late check-in until 19:30 is accepted only if the property is notified in advance. - The front desk is open 24-hours between 1 December and 30 April. Please note that requesting an extra bed costs a different amount in summer and winter. Please contact the property directly for more details. Eco Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days or 7 days. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Tareq (9/5): All you need for a great ski holiday with friends - Great size, beautiful views of Mt Yotei, has all the conveniences for a great ski holiday with friends or family, short walk to bus stop and some nearby restaurants. Have stayed here twice. Heating inside can run a little warm so needed to keep some doors open in the middle of winter. Dining table and chairs could do with an update.

Jane (9/5): Beautiful home located in the heart of Grand Hirafu Niseko - Transport to and from property was difficult to arrange.
Torres-andresen (10/5): the place was perfect for a big group. The place is super clean nice and the beds very comfortable. - clean, it was well equipped, close to the lift area of ski, comfortable for a big group. Maybe it needs additional cleaning gear available for the kitchen and toilet. (Suggestion).
