- Renée (6/5): Thank you for making my stay pleasant - The staff is very friendly, tries to attend to all wishes. The hotel is clean, the service (laundry) is extremely fast. Food is okay. The sanitary facilities were not that great - the water from the browse came out everywhere except where it should. Didn't quite trust the carpet. The location of the hotel... it is extremely loud especially when people are having fun in the garden terrace.

- Sara (7/5): Good value for money, but poor breakfast and overstretched or undertrained staff. - We were given a spontaneous free upgrade to the Mercure Hotel, so cannot comment on the IBIS. The room was large and very comfortable and also very quiet. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the riverfront. The reception staff were helpful when we were checking out. It took 20 minutes to check in as the receptionist was also covering the hotel over the road when we arrived. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as the food wasn’t replenished when fruit salad etc. and other parts were used up. The breakfast staff team seemed a bit lost.

However at some point the water in the bathroom was smelling kinda bad and I don’t know but I figured it was a general problem with water infrastructure rather than a problem in the room. - Radu (8/5): Pleasant stay - Hotelul este situat chiar în centrul orașului. Camera este suficient de spațioasă. Dulciurile de bun venit pe care le găsești în cameră fac o impresie plăcută. Personalul e discret și amabil. Baia e minimalist echipată și ușor înghesuită. Din păcate, hotelul nu are parcare proprie, cea din fața hotelului e parcare publică, dar prețul e rezonabil - 15 lei/zi.

- Andriy (7/5): Хороший отель, неудачный номер. - Хороший завтрак, расположение отеля. Персонал. На одном из полотенец было пятно. При попытке включить прикроватный светильник он отвалился от крепления стены, как оказалось он был не прикручен так же как и светильник с другой стороны кровати. В комнате был запах как в пепельнице, хотя просил номер для не курящих. Под утро из душевой начало вонять из канализации.
