La ubicación de un hotel que es de 4 estrellas, no debería estar en la mitad del centro donde no hay nada abierto después de las 7 pm. Es un área fea para un lindo hotel. - laura marcela (7/5): - La amabilidad El gimnasio está en mal estado, no había servicio de toallas en la piscina , nos tocó ir hasta la lavandería a pedirlas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, no dejaba cambiar la temperatura, queda fija a 25 grados y fue muy caliente para mi gusto. Adicionalmente, nuestra habitación daba a una Terraza que estaba sucia con botellas y una escoba botada. Las sábanas estaban manchadas.

Que pedi un early check in, y a pesar de mi solicitud, aunque tuviera que pagar, no me lo dieron. Si organizaran primero la limpieza de las habitaciones en las que se pide ese servicio. Si pueden prestarlo y cobrarlo si quieren, porque no todo el mundo al tiempo lo pide. Se notó la falta de gestión y organización de ello.

Solo por mejorar, la ubicación de la nevera estorbaba un poco y el estado de deterioro del sofá. Al igual que el olor a humedad en el Baño por las noches.

Lo que mas me encantó fue despertar a las 5:00 am y tener la atención de un excelente café, muy rico y calientico; de igual manera, feliz con el servicio del desayuno a mi cuarto. Fenomenal! Recomiendo este hotel para un descanso y salir de la monotonía... Como una sugerencia: para ser un hotel tan bueno y con una excelente infraestructura, tiene una piscina mediana y el parqueado también es pequeño.

- Velasquez castañeda (8/5): - Habitación amplia buena ubicación excelente piscina buen desayuno No comprendo como un hotel de esta calidad tiene unas almohadas q parecen una piedra la verdad eso baja todo lo bueno considero q en los hoteles debe primar y ser su principal objetivo y l descanso de sus huéspedes terrible esas almohadas y llame q si tenían otras q no q todas eran iguales, me hospedé en la 406 el aire no enfriaba muy bien se llamó pero no se dio solución no fue un problema por el ventilador pero hay q revisar esos temas estaba haciendo mucho calor

- klausRey (10/5): - Todo muy bien.. buen servicio e instalaciones El restaurante muy delicioso... todo, sin embargo considero que deberían tener otra opción para quien no consume huevos.. ya que solicitamos otra opción como queso o algo y simplemente dijeron que no.. y termino solo con café y pan.. es una sugerencia, de resto todo bien
