• Matthew (3/5): Disappointing, would not stay again. - Fantastic location. Some nice period features. Poor communication. Had to pay upfront. Had to pay extra €54 just to get access codes. When I book two double rooms then I’d expect 4 people to be able to sleep there- especially at this price. Host would not answer the phone and left us stood outside for 30 mins. Apartment 101 was quite dirty and in need of repair and a good clean. Garden was overgrown with weeds everywhere. Also woke up to dozens of flying ants crawling all over me. I cannot upload videos to show. Shower head did not even have a wall mount so had to shower one handed. Black mould on doors and damp on walls. At €140 per couple for one night I believe this was very bad value, and we feel we were not treated correctly. I have never had to wait 30minutes at the roadside ever before.

• Sophie (7/5): Excellent location - Location is hard to beat if you want to explore the old town - the funicular is about 30 seconds away which leads you up there. There is a small car park which was ideal for us, opening the gate is simple enough. Spacious room. The office for the apartment owners is right outside, though we didn't need to speak to anyone to check in. Staff very helpful, we noticed the battery for our door lock was low and after messaging them it was changed while we were out in the evening. Quite basic, no windows with a view for our room. There is a door to a small outdoor terrace, in the shadows and not ideal for relaxing outside. We took a chair and sat overlooking the car park area instead. Fine for a brief stay.

• Julia (9/5): Muito bom - Ótimo quarto, localização muito boa para Città alta. Atendimento simpático e prestativo Um pouco barulhento, nao percebi bem do que era o barulho, mas foi praticamente a noite toda. Mas no geral tudo estava ótimo, principalmente comparado ao valor.

• Nigel (8/5): Fine for a one night stay. - It is very convenient for the funicular and the airport bus. It is a beautiful building. We were in the basement with not much light. It was ok for 1 night but not great for longer. The facilities are limited to those one would expect in a budget hotel. There were no staff there to talk to.

No había personal para nuestras dudas , no disponíamos del pin para las puertas de entrada , tanto a la casa ,como la entrada al portal , la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, muy inseguro..

Quando ligamos enviaram-nos um e-mail com um link para fazer checkin( atenção só porque telefonamos)Tivemos de fazer o check-in na estrada com o carro parado à frente do portão. Esperamos cerca de uma hora para nos abrirem o portão, pois o código enviado não correspondia. O quarto estava frio e encontrava-se nos fundos da casa, só tinha uma janela na casa de banho(não corresponde a foto que está na Booking)…A funcionária não parecia trabalhar de maneira muito eficiente, pois não demonstrou muita compreensão e não parecia muito disposta a ajudar. Tivemos de pagar o parque do carro e a taxa de sogiorno quando fizemos o checkin(na estrada em frente ao portão). Tudo isto se tivesse sido comunicado na Booking, certamente não escolheríamos este hotel pois estávamos a chegar de uma viagem e precisávamos descansar…por isso falta transparência

Comodissimo il parcheggio anche se a pagamento ma comunque ottimo per la qualità / prezzo Quando torneremo a Bergamo sarà sicuramente la prima struttura che prenderemo in considerazione C’era un piccolo problema con il frigorifero ( vuoto ) troppo rumoroso abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina per spegnerlo

• Smita (9/5): Excellent stay, value for money - Big and clean room. Everything was good. Especially the ladies at the reception were super good. They allowed me to sit for couple of hrs after check out to attend some work meetings. Their gesture is much appreciated. It was a bit confusing for me to identify the pedestrian gate but found it eventually. Also had some issues getting the door code on mail. Had to call them and then again message on whats app to get the code.

• Tarja (9/5): - Tilava huoneisto erittäin hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla lähellä funicolaria. Siivooja kävi joka päivä. Sänky hyvä. Huoneisto melko niukasti kalustettu. Tuoleja voisi olla useampi. Eteinen iso mutta siellä ei edes kaappia tai naulakkoa.

• Elena (8/5): Интересное впечатление - пожить в старинном здании у стен Верхнего города - Замечательное местоположение недалеко от фуникулера в Верхний город. Старинное здание - было интересно пожить в таком. Пошли на встречу с парковкой. Из-за того, что здание старинное - хорошая слышимость. Соседи пришли ночью - слышала каждый их шаг. Еще очень «разговорчивый» холодильник. Много раз просыпалась ночью, когда он включался. Используйте беруши. Еще маленькая просьба/замечание: добавить вешалку в коридор, хотя бы самую простую (приходилось класть вещи на пол, когда разувалась), поставить чайник в добавление к кофе-машине, которая была в номере, многоразовые чашки и стаканчик для зубных щеток в ванной

Communication with the facility owner was just about to get the city tax, no further query was timely managed. Some of the issues were addressed after I got home. Wr have faced issues with getting out the main entrance, there was a "hidden" button somewhere which I didn't saw at all, strange was that it was so hidden that facility owner wasn't able to specify its location on the videos provided, too. Worst part was that after quite a long day, there was no hot water in the facility - not in the evening nor in the morning

Doar ca nu am rezervat aceasta camera...:( singurul lucru dezamagitor.... Camera nu era nici pe departe ce am rezervat eu. Nu am vazut nicio poza pe booking sa apartina acestei camere. Camera era la subsol, intrai direct in camera de afara , nu aveam fereastra decat usa la intrare... si era un pic sinistra vila. AM POSTAT SI CATEVA POZE... REPET A FOST FOARTE CURAT IN CAMERA!!

Appreciated the self check-in available 24/7 We paid for a Superior suite, but unfortunately the pictures did not correspond with the reality. Unfortunately the room was located on the lower floor, where the sewage kinda smelled. Due to the lower floor we could not open the window, as it would not be safe. In the bathroom we only had one towel, others have been hidden in the bedroom drawers.

• Irina (10/5): - Die Villa,das Zimmer, die Lage und es gibt Parkplätze. Das Übergeben von Code für das Zimmer war sehr kompliziert. Wegen fehlenden Angaben konnten wir lange nicht ins Zimmer und wir waren sehr müde.Diese notwendige Angaben muss man noch bei Buchung erledigen und nicht später.Noch dazu hat Personal gefehlt. Ein Nachbar hat uns die Tür zum Parkplatz geöffnet und das war auch Glück.Man konnte das Personal telefonisch lange nicht erreichen. Also in dieser Richtung kann man einiges verbessern. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

• Magali (8/5): O quarto não foi o mesmo que escolhi na reserva, apesar de ser bastante grande, e ainda confortável, não era o que eu es - Bonito, confortável, renovado, limpo Vazamento na torneira do banheiro molhava toda pia. Chuveiro em mal estado vazava e molhava o cabelo. Não havia touca descartável pra banho. Descarga da sanita travava e ficava vazando água o que fazia um barulho muito alto. Durante a noite ouvia-se barulho vindo das paredes , penso ser encanamento antigo. Estávamos em 2 pessoas e só havia 1 toalha de banho e 1 de rosto.

Abbiamo contattato l hotel telefonicamente, gentili e cordiali Certo che offrono prezzi bassi e la gente subito ci casca Alla fine abbiamo optato per un altro albergol
