- 梁 (9/5): 很不错的酒店😊 - 酒店在半山上风景很美，面向大海可以看到天使之路，有一条小步道可以近距离下到公路上。但酒店进来了都不想出去，里面很多东西玩。酒店提供了很多饮食服务，全天供应咖啡软饮，下午 3 点到 6 点各类日本酒免费喝，提供各类好吃的甜品。我订的 一泊二食餐食还不错，宵夜免费的茶泡饭，所以即便不订晚餐也不会饿着，这个酒店我是在 booking 订的，温泉是真的，泡汤时泉水里的小泡泡会围在你皮肤上泡后滑滑的。房间也不错，房间很大 ，有一个面向大海的阳台，洗手间也很大，我都奇怪为什么这么大的洗手间不做三分离。酒店早上有送往土庄港的班车，但 3 点钟才有接到酒店的车，如果早去的话 土庄港打车到酒店是 950。然后真的很建议大家用支付宝租电助力单车游玩小豆岛啊 如果浴室是三分离就更好了。

- Angus (10/5): - 酒店位處於山上，酒店設有小巴接送，自駕的話有免費車位停泊，房間方面，面向著名景點天使之路的海景真的無敵(尤其日落時份)，房間整潔，明亮，落地大玻璃，坐在房中的窗邊位置真的可以放空大半天。但如果要步行去天使之路的話就要有心理準備要步行一段樓梯或一段長斜車路，附近有少量食店，但本身身酒店的善食已經很好，有welcome drink，晚餐後有甜點放題，接著還有茶漬飯，溫泉後還有雪條放題。還有小玩意可以借用，一家人在房到玩樂。溫泉水略為唔夠熱.........浴場整潔，有一點我是首次在酒店見到的，就是房間會有女性衛生用品提供，這一點可能對女仕來說是貼心的服務。 酒店員工可以用英語溝通，全都好有禮很樂意幫助旅客，唯獨早上有一位餐飲的服務員，我家人想要一杯熱水，他竟然叫我們自己出去大堂的welcome drink位置自己裝水.........我再向另一位日籍的女服務員，她很貼心地馬上送上熱水，這位服務員真的值得一讚！ 整體而言，這酒店值得推薦，日後有機會再去小豆島定必再次入住。 只是略為上酒店的山路有點遠，如果你進酒店後不打算再出去的話，這條斜路就不是問題了！

The water temperature in the outdoor onsen pool is not high, I expect it should be higher than the indoor onsen pool.

- Traci (8/5): - The hotel offers a free shuttle that can pick you up from the ferry terminal when you arrive (between 2pm and 6pm) if you call. They arrived promptly to the lot outside the tourism center marked for hotel shuttle pickup. Based on the ride, I think it would be difficult to walk to the hotel, so this was appreciated. The shuttle also departs from the hotel at scheduled times in the morning (about every half hour) to take guests to the terminal. Although my Japanese is limited, the staff were patient and helpful. The view from the lobby is very nice, as you can see the sea and Angel Road through large windows. There is a stairway that leads down to the street near the entrance to Angel Road just outside the lobby. You can also walk a short distance from there into the town. The refreshment drinks in the lobby had surprising variety and were really nice on a hot day. The view from our window (mountain view) just had a couple meters before a cliff wall, so set expectations accordingly. It was nice to have the paths leading down to the town, but they are steep and unlit at night, so it would be nice if there were some lights. The futons could have been thicker. I didn't have a problem sleeping, but one of my group did.

I came out here to do a Takagi-san anime pilgrimage and it was a decent location for such a feat. Absolutely amazing stay for a solo traveler. Got a perfect view of Angel Road and the island. The hotel is located in such a location that the day time sun hits the hotel at all the right angles and everything inside lights up beautifully. The lobby is crazy nice and calming; they offer free drinks for most of the day and free ice-cream at night. The lobby is honestly a perfect place to relax and to conduct business. The view of the terrace was excellent and you can see everything and out to the sea. The staff was excellent, they speak English and Japanese and were very accommodating in every way. They offer morning private shuttles starting from 8AM to 10AM (occurring every half hour) that take you directly to Tonosho Port, for easy access back to any major mainland (Takamatsu for me). The price was very good as well. I booked thru Booking.com so maybe I just found a decent deal, but I found the price (less than 10k yen a night) to be extremely reasonable for my accommodation. Even though I had a private bathroom, I did make use of their hot springs. It's well-maintained and generally pretty clean. The water pressure at this place is amazing and I had no problems getting extremely hot water. The private bathroom that I had included a bidet, I didn't make use of it, but I'm sure some people would enjoy this. For the most part of the room was really clean, and they provided extra futons and pillows. The pictures that you see displayed are exactly what the hotel looks like. You may think it looks photoshopped, but the hotel and the rooms actually do look as nice as they seem. WIFI Speeds were good. I did a speed test on my Macbook Pro M1, and I got roughly 150Mbps/160Mbps. I was able to VPN tunnel back home and got 60/70Mbps. I don't have too many complaints, but the only thing that I didn't like about this hotel was it's location. It's tucked away on top of the hill in such a way, that pedestrian access to the hotel is difficult as you need to climb a winding set of stairs and a really rusted staircase to get to the hotel from Route 436. If you don't have sure footing, you might end up slipping. Just be careful. Renting a car or a small electric moped is most likely the ideal type of transportation for this hotel. While walking is definitely possible and easy enough for anyone who can climbs stairs, it's definitely not as convenient as the Shodoshima International Hotel, which is located directly on the main road. While this hotel is very nice, you can tell that the hotel (pretty much every other property on this island) is a bit dated. The carpets are stained in several areas and haven't been replaced. I am a pretty big clean freak, but its just clear the hotel has seen the times and has aged a bit. It would need a heavy face-lit and refurbishing to bring it back up to 100% freshness. My last concern was the WIFI security. It seems the WIFI at this property runs with zero security? No WPA password or anything. No connection gate or anything. Just connect to the WIFI and you're on. Slightly concerning as people could easily sniff all traffic from anyone else connected. Hopefully they fix this in the future.
