We checked in at 11am, and immediately we were leaving for the day. I informed the front desk we needed a remote control in our room. We got back late but still wanted to watch MARCH MADNESS and had no remote in the room. I would think by giving them 10 hours they would have had one in the room upon our return. They did not, however the front desk manager was very accommodating and gave us the remote from the lobby.

They no showed me cause I wasn’t there on Wednesday. Next time I will book directly through the hotel.

I was told since I was on my way out that house keeper would leave some in there for us. When we return, it was shift change and no fresh towels. If air had of known I would have stopped at the front desk and gotten some. Instead, I had to go up to my room and go back down stairs to request fresh towels.

tammybQ7303AK (8/5): Great value - Nothing fancy but everything needed in a good hotel. The public area and rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are fluffy and comfortable. Sizable room with nice seating, iron and board, extra blanket, microwave, keurig, refrigerator. Breakfast is great for a hotel freebie. On top of that, the nightly rate was low!
Danette (10/5): - We love the updated rooms, but with the bathroom sink and shower we’re separate. It’s so much easier for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are soft. Those will bring us back here again.
ArtandGinnyNY (8/5): Mixed bag - The room was clean, the bed a little too soft and there were plenty of towels. The AC was good, enough outlets, scratchy TP and bitter lobby coffee. The clerk at the desk was more interested in running the area down than our Gold membership or being helpful. Breakfast was typical for a HIE.

Travis (1/5): Bad - The canceled my booking because I arrived in the morning due to a canceled late night flight. They made me rebook at the current rate which was $100.00 more. Front desk late said it was my fault as I didn’t not show up for check in even tho my booking was paid in full on booking.com. First room and a bad ceiling water leak. Floor was wet. They switched us room.
