Michiko (10/5): スタッフの接客スキルが最高！ - スタッフのホスピタリティーが素晴らしい。翌日の夕食の予約をお願いしたら、快く電話してもらい、出発の時に、これから夕食のレストラン？と声をかけてもらい、迎えの車にレストランの説明もしてくださった男性スタッフの方にお世話になりました。最終日もフロントの女性の方にお願い事をしたら快くお手伝いいただき、助かりました。お部屋も清潔でロケーションも良いです。設備も問題なく快適でした。また、利用したいホテルです。タオルが前日のものを畳んだだけかな？という日があり少し気になりましたが、これは最近のECOを意識してだと思いますので、仕方ないですね。

Colin (10/5): It was only a short stopover between flights but the location is great. - Location was amazing, staff were extremely friendly (like everyone in Vietnam) but a special mention to Hang (English name Jenny, but her name is Hang, so I'll call her Hang) The rooftop bar is cool, great views and it was a shame I only had a short time there. The fact that I was only there for one night!
Nina (9/5): Great value for money for travellers who expect cleanliness and good location - Air in the room was crisp and clean, A/C was fresh, not musty as in other hotels (speaking from experience). Very clean room overall. Staff at the reception was extremely helpful, especially Lily, who helped us even with things she did not have to at all. They even stored our baggage while we went to Ha Giang loop. Breakfast had a variety of foods, all delicious, lots of fresh fruit as well. Location of the hotel was good, very close to Hoan Kiem lake, in walking distance. Quite a small number of hooks/hangers/storage for your clothes in the room. Hotel bar closes quite early - 11pm and the little restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel was closed completely. However, the bartender at the bar was very kind and the views from the rooftop are beautiful - definitely worth visiting.

Staff were very helpful when I told them I am vegetarian and got me oat milk for my coffee and the chef made me veggie noodles for breakfast - really appreciated this. Also the welcome gift on departure was a nice touch and all staff at reception were more than happy to help if asked.

A szoba nagy, kényelmes ágyakkal, nagy fürdőszobával. Naponta takarítottak, mindig tisztaság fogadott a szobánkban. A reggeli bőséges és választékos ajánlani tudom!! Ilyen nincs !!

Dominic (5/5): The stay was OK. The hotel is 3.5 star at best. - The location was ok. My room was quite dated and didn’t match the pictures as advertised. I had lost my room key and they wanted to charge me to have it replaced. Only after I expressed dissatisfaction did they not charge me. Street noise was present till late at night and started early morning again. It’s a bit of a walk to Beer Street.

Helen (8/5): Great Location for a Short Stay in a Busy City! - Great location right in the centre of the old town, room was slightly small but very comfortable and clean. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel so expect noise from the road outside but you are in a busy city! Breakfast was not the best, we only went once and did not bother to go for the rest of our stay.

Adriana (8/5): Un séjour paisible et magnifique - Chambres propres, emplacement idéal et calme à proximité immédiate des sites emblématiques, ce qui permet de faire les parcours à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de grande qualité. Dès la réservation, pensez à demander une chambre avec vue, surtout si vous appréciez la lumière naturelle.

Martina (9/5): Comfortable hotel in a great location - Exactly what we needed! They also have rooms with a bathtub. Highly recommended! The reception were also helpful to organise a tour for us They have a voyeur window where you can watch someone on the toilet from the bathroom. Seems to be common in Vietnam for some reason…

Comfortable room although a little small. Great location and lovely breakfast. Room a little small and could have done with more storage space.
