• Helmut (7/5): Lage prima, Zimmer okay, Preis etwas grenzwertig. - Zuallererst die Lage. Direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt "Rato" (mit Metro), gleichzeitig die Innenstadt und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fußreichweite. Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen ansprechend, das Bett sehr bequem. Außerdem war es wirklich angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war allenfalls durchschnittlich und sollte für die Zimmerpreise eigentlich etwas mehr bieten. Die Schiebetüren der Duschkabine waren schwer zu bedienen. Das sollte mal wieder der Haustechniker vorbeischauen. Alles in allem fand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerade noch akzeptabel.

• Yei (9/5): Amabilidad y servicio 100% - Llegamos y para nuestra suerte la habitación estaba lista, Rudy nos recibió de maravilla un chico muy amable, servicial, atento se nota que le gusta su trabajo y eso se agradece muchísimo, en general el staff muy amable. Nos encantó el trato mi amiga y yo muy satisfechas. Muchas gracias nos faltaron ganchos para colgar las toallas de baño.

• Eden (8/5): Not the best hotel but definitely worth the price for the location and relative comfort. - A decent hotel. The location is really good. The water pressure is AMAZING. Beds are pretty comfy. Good value for money It's a little noisy if you're facing the street. Also the bathroom smelled a little funky when i entered the room, but it went away after "letting the room breath". Breakfast was not super exciting.

• Nancy (7/5): Aanrader als je voor een leuk bedrag op een goede locatie wil zitten. - Het personeel is echt heel erg vriendelijk! De staat van de kamer was niet super. Airco werkte redelijk, douche werkte niet goed maar daar kwam binnen 10 minuten iemand naar kijken.

• Monika (4/5): - Lage Erstes Zimmer: Fenster defekt konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Zimmertausch Zweites Zimmer: Ablauf der Dusche verstopft. Duschen für max. 2min möglich, dann lief Wasser aus der Dusche. Seufenhalter in Dusche defekt, Seife konnte nicht entnommen werden. Übler Geruch im Kühlschrank, konnte nicht genutzt werden. Fernseher abends nicht nutzbar, WLAN war vermutlich überlastet.
• Georgas (8/5): A great stay - Great breakfast and very spacious, clean room. Perfect for my needs and location great to get to my brother’s apartment in Amoreiras. I was given a quiet room but due to mayday celebrations there were people up very late in an apartment outside my window, staff had not explained how the air con worked when I arrived and no instructions so my first night was too hot but I asked at reception the next morning. Maybe a welcome pack explaining air con and a map of the city would be helpful for guests.

• KM (6/5): A nice little clean hotel with room for improvement - The room was always kept clean and quiet The fact that there is only 1 lift for 8 floors and it is also used by the staff made it impossible some times to wait for the lift because it took too long to arrive besides the showers are too small

• PARASKEVI (7/5): - Βρίσκεται σε καλό σημείο στην πόλη, κοντά σε λεωφορεία και μετρό. Πολύ καλό πρωινό. Άνετο κρεβάτι. Καλή ηχομόνωση. Το δωμάτιο των 14τετραγωνικών ήταν τελικά πάρα πολύ μικρό. Το μπάνιο χωριζόταν από το υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο με ένα τζάμι το οποίο ήταν κάπως "άβολο". Βρεθήκαμε σε δύσκολη θέση καθώς υπήρχε ένα υδραυλικό πρόβλημα στο μπάνιο (πλημύριζε το πάτωμα μετά την χρήση του νιπτήρα) και το οποίο επιλύθηκε μετά από 2 ημέρες. Θεωρώ ότι το σωστό ήταν να μας προτείνουν να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο.

• Moulin (9/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour ! - La situation de l’hôtel était parfaite, le calme de notre chambre la nuit était très appréciable! Et le petit déjeuner était super bon! La salle de bain… la parois de douche fuyait le sol à dû prendre plusieurs fois l’eau et il était gondolé… ça ne faisait pas très propre.

• Jo (8/5): Safe, clean, good breakfasts - Very nice, clean and safe as a single traveller. Wonderful breakfast. I did not need lunch! More information could be made for tourists of area. Ie, you are here, metro is 800 metres up road and what lunes needed for tourist areas. Staff were helpful, but more could have been put on and out to ensure tourists were looked after. Ie, places to eat in evening, etc. Yes, we can all use Google, but more could be out in hotel. First day in a new area ,country and city sometimes needs a bit more information ,openly available.

• Francine (10/5): Love everything about this hotel. It’s located on a very busy street. But we got used to it. - The kindness of the staff, good breakfast. Always someone to help out. The room was cleaned and very confortable. Lovely breakfast and accessibility to the coffee machine.

• Anniek (6/5): Okay stay - Location was good, comfortable bed and shower. Breakfast was very basic. Got sick also after one of the breakfasts, but can’t 100% prove it’s because of that. Room could be cleaner, dirty stains on the lampshades. Ventilation was very loud and on almost all day, without the possibility to turn it off yourself, which made the room too cold.

• Cindy (8/5): Nice hotel - Good value for money hotel with a great location. Close to both the subway and buses. Within walking distance of several attractions, which we really appreciated. The room was a good size. The beds were a bit too firm, and we would have preferred separate single duvets instead of one large one. But otherwise, nothing major to complain about.

• Sousa (8/5): Boa localização, quarto limpo e sossegado. - A localização e a simpatia de quem nos recebeu. Uma vez que dividi quarto com uma colega de trabalho, o facto da casa de banho ser em vidro fosco, põe a privacidade em risco. O tamanho do quarto: para uma pessoa seria óptimo, para duas pessoas torna-se pequeno. A distância entre o roupeiro e a cama era muito pequena, havendo a necessidade de esperar que uma pessoa passasse para o lado da casa de banho para que a outra pudesse chegar ao roupeiro do outro lado.

• Manuel (6/5): Buena ubicación pero horrible desayuno buffet - La ubicación, está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno era realmente malo y el calor estaba bastante pesado dentro de las habitaciones, porque solo tienen la opción de calefacción por estas épocas de primavera.

• Tatjana (6/5): Good for a short stay if you only need a place to sleep overnight. - I chose this hotel because of its close location to the place I had to work at. It’s a relatively nice hotel; however, a lot depends on the room you get. I asked for a quiet room and ended up with one facing the inner courtyard, where a dozen air conditioners were buzzing quite loudly and the view is something you really don’t even want to talk about. The cleaning staff made my bed every day, but I would have preferred if they focused more on washing the floor. When you check in, there are two coffee capsules on the table, but they were never replenished, which I find strange considering there’s a coffee machine in the room.
