E' mancato totalmente il rapporto con il gestore, tutto è stato fatto tramite messaggi e filmati illustrativi (comunque molto chiari). All'interno della struttura era presente un profumatore molto intenso che poteva risultare un po' fastidioso.

- SARAH (8/5): Can't beat the location of this place! - Can't fault the location, great base for roaming round Rome, easily accessible to the tubes and also all the shops, near one of the most buzzing streets via del corso and not far from the spanish steps. The apartment is spacious, light and a quirky design. Mario the host was attentive and helpful and really quick to respond if i ever messaged him. We had a constant issue with the water temperature. The shower didn't seem to maintain hot water, So one person took a nice hot shower and the rest of us either had a freezing cold one or small spurts of warm water for about 30 seconds, it was far from ideal with 4 of us staying. There is a bath but we didn't even try and use it as presumably the water wouldn't even stay hot to fill it. The bathroom could do with a bit of a revamp tbh. I get it's a damp room but there is a lot of mould on n the silicone and it doesn't really look great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so lots of steps - there is a small lift - i mean small! The mattresses are pretty hard, and the pillows too which i find quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful stay Checking in was difficult with no clear instructions given prior to us arriving. Full information should have been given before we got here. But staff were very helpful once we reached out to them.
- Yara (1/5): Completo engaño e incumplimiento de contrato - Es un engaño, NO cumplen con lo descrito. En la descripción del apartamento estándar NO informan en ningún momento que hay zonas comunes. La cocina está fuera del apartamento (es independiente). A pesar de ser información relevante la omiten y no se informa de esto, te lo encuentras cuando llegas allí. Lo peor de todo es que informas a Booking de que están omitiendo información relevante y el apartamento es sustancialmente distinto de la realidad y no hacen absolutamente nada. La descripción sigue siendo la misma por lo que continúan engañando a la gente. Si te paras a verlo después, compruebas que hay más comentarios en los que se indica esto pero en ningún momento el alojamiento ni Booking informan en la descripción sobre esto al contrario, lo venden como “apartamento entero” cuando compartes espacios con otros huéspedes. Si no quieres sentirte estafado encontrándote algo distinto a lo que se anuncia NO reserves en este alojamiento. Por supuesto, las vistas a “lugares de interés” que indican tampoco las hay, si te asomas a la ventana das con un edificio. Otro engaño más. Por último, las camas no podían ser más incómodas, se notaban los muelles y se te clavaban. Sin duda es la peor experiencia que he tenido en Booking. Jamás repetiríamos. Por supuesto, reclamación oficial que presentaré en consumo junto a todas las pruebas ante la pasividad y engaño tanto por parte de Booking y como del alojamiento.

- Mary Ann (8/5): If you want a clean, spacious apartment in a safe shopping area, this apartment is probably what you’ll need. - The apartment is in a safe area. It’s near a Carrefour Express convenient store & has lots of local and international retails shops nearby. Almost everything is within walking distance & bus stops are a few steps away. Mario, the caretaker, was very helpful & can easily be contacted. The unit was clean, newly renovated & has the important amenities. We rented the 2 units in Ripetta & it comfortably fits a family of 5. We had some trouble with the water pressure & heating, especially at night. Be careful when using the elevator since it’s quite finicky to use.

- Giada (1/5): Struttura SPORCA - Buona posizione Quasi tutte le attrazioni principali raggiungibili a piedi per una media di 30 minuti di camminata A 1 minuto a piedi da piazza del Popolo Struttura SPORCHISSIMA, polvere e capelli ovunque, bagno sporco e calcareo, frigorifero appiccicoso, microonde mai pulito, lenzuola e materassi di una sporcizia incredibile (allego foto del sotto rete materasso) Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini piccoli ed è stata una tragedia non poterli far appoggiare da nessuna parte. Il piccolo che gattona è dovuto rimanere tutto il tempo nel passeggino SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

- Александра (10/5): Отличная квартира в центре города со всем необходимым - Отличная квартира, в которую помещаются 4 человека. Мы жили вдвоем и 2 ванные комнаты на двоих было привилегией по сравнению с другими квартирами. Чисто, много места, чтобы и отдохнуть, и выпить вина. Местоположение отличное, до площади Popolo — 1 минута, до площади испании — около 10 минут, рядом много магазинов. Большим преимуществом является лифт, что редкость для Италии. Милый хозяин квартиры, который готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Есть все необходимое: стиралка, свч, чайник, сейф, кофеварка, два фена, гель для душа и шампунь. Очень рекомендуем пребывание в этой квартире. Из минусов можно выделить только , что собственная кухня, которая находится в общем коридоре, но к этому быстро привыкаешь.

- Magdalena (6/5): - Pobyt w apartamencie Deluxe oceniam raczej przeciętnie. Byliśmy w 6 osób i mieliśmy do dyspozycji 4 dwuosobowe łóżka, ale do jednej kanapy w ogóle nie było przygotowanego kompletu pościeli, co było kłopotliwe. Podłoga niestety była brudna, więc na początku trzeba było trochę ogarnąć. Wanna wyglądała ładnie, ale była mało praktyczna – brak słuchawki prysznicowej utrudniał normalne umycie włosów, a ciśnienie w deszczownicy nad wanną było bardzo słabe. Materace w łóżkach dość twarde, więc komfort spania przeciętny. Na plus na pewno świetna lokalizacja i dobry kontakt z właścicielem – szybka reakcja i uprzejmość.

L'appartamento si è rivelato un po' rumoroso, si sentiva tutto al passaggio degli ospiti dell'alloggio adiacente, l'angolo cottura un piccolo e quindi scomodo

Ho apprezzato il fatto che, essendo in quattro, c'era un doppio bagno. Se proprio devo trovare una cosa da migliorare, la possibilità di aprire la finestra anche al piano soppalcato superiore.

- Giovanni (6/5): il terzo incomodo - l'appartamento si presenta senza nessun tipo di confort - la doccia è senza tenda, box o qualsivoglia elemento che possa evitare di creare un lago in bagno - agli ospiti non è fornita alcuna comodità: no acqua potabile, no caffè, no necessario per il bagno - la prenotazione era per 3, era stato specificato che fosse un viaggio di lavoro. Risultato: due letti erano stati fatti, ma per i due divani letto presenti in casa non sono state nemmeno lasciate le lenzuola nell'armadio.

- carlos (1/5): Vergonzoso. Estafa - Nada Se inundó la habitación cada vez que los vecinos del piso de al lado se duchaban o hacían uso del w.c. Con el consiguiente mal olor que dejaba. Lo intentaron solucionar con cinta adhesiva. El agua se salía por una tubería que había dentro del armario!!! Se ve que han hecho una chapuza de reforma para que aparente lo que no es. En el anuncio mienten: Cocina fuera del apartamento, pueden entrar los inquilinos del apartamento de al lado.(la cocina no es privada como anuncian) Colchón terrorífico, muy antiguo, de muelles que están rotos. Imposible descansar así Muy poca luz y ventilación. Huele mal. El edificio se cae a pedazos. El ascensor es vergonzoso, apenas cabe un adulto con una maleta. Lo desaconsejo totalmente. Con la cantidad de opciones que hay en Roma, está me parece la peor

For sure not what I paid for. - The location of the apartment is at the center so it comes very handy. Poor poor cleaning, and the shower does not have a door so all the water goes out. The kitchen area is very small.
- Maria (9/5): High quality apartment in a great location - Very good location, quite area, nice building with lift. Clean, pleasant and comfortable apartment with 1 big bed and 1 sofa which can be easily turned into a bed. So 2 pairs (4 people) can sleep. You need to request extra linen and blanket in advance. Electric tea pot, dishes, iron, washing machine are available. It would be convenient to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival and a piece of coffee for the coffeemaker to understand what type of coffee to use in it. Also would be good to have washing liquid to wash dishes as no reason to buy the full bottle for just couple of days.
- Justin (9/5): Clean and roomy apartment just around the corner from Popolo. - Excellent location, very clean and roomy, had all we needed. Other than a little more toilet paper needed (we were a group of 6 people!) my only concern was that we shared a hallway with another room and the tenants felt that the hallway as well was theirs. They left their door open, smoked (my kids have asthma) and left their bags out, filling the hall. I also had a little trouble staying connected to the internet.

- Michela (1/5): Wouldn't reccomend - When we arrived towels in the bathroom were dirty, there was not enough soap for the length of our stay, the utensils in the kitchen were dirty. On the last day while we were packing we were gathering all our belongings. We used the safe provided which had a malfunction so it didn't open and the host was not around Rome to open it. I had to organize on my expense a car to pick him up from a city outside Naples to get the safe open with my pasport inside in time for me to get to the airport. That was definitely less expensive than to get new flights and loosing the opportunity of a new customer meeting i had the next day. Worse experience i ever had so far.

- Carlos (8/5): Perfecta ubicación en Roma - Recomendaría este apartamento, fundamentalmente por su magnífica ubicación. Está en una zona bien conectada y desde donde es fácil empezar muchas de las visitas turísticas obligadas de la ciudad. En cuanto al servicio, hemos de destacar el excelente comportamiento y trato recibido por parte de la persona que vino a recibirnos y nos entregó las llaves el día de nuestra entrada (Lorenzo). La experiencia siempre está basada en cómo te tratan las personas que te reciben y atienden tus necesidades y sin duda esta persona representa la voluntad de la empresa de ofrecer una muy buena atención a sus clientes. Mi comentario no sería el mismo si quien nos hubiera atendido fuera otra persona a la que sólo conocemos vía telefónica y muy alejada de mi anterior comentario.
- vicky (8/5): great location - Apartment is in a great location and surprisingly quiet. Initially a little cold but thankfully heating worked well. V spacious but only two cups and two glasses!
