- Graeme (10/5): - A perfect location on the Picton waterfront with awesome views. Sat on the balcony watching the ferries arrive & depart. Close to all food outlets and tourists boat departure points. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious with 2 large bathrooms (1 ensuite off the main bedroom), very spacious fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

- Jo (8/5): Great facilities, room for customer service improvement. - Facilities were more than adequate. Made it a relaxing albeit brief stay. The check in process was difficult & disappointing. We did not receive any check in instructions, which the person on the end of the emergency phone number advised this was booking.com’s fault. We turned up to the building named on the booking as that’s where my mother in particular really wanted to stay, for its view over the marina. Once we called the emergency number we were advised that our room was 100m away on another st. Once in, we could see the view would still be lovely once the sun came up. Requested possible 11am checkout to enjoy the room but were advised that cleaners had already been booked.

We spent three nights here and it was so difficult to leave such a beautiful place. The location was amazing with easy access to everything we wanted to experience while staying in Picton. Clearer signage to the apartment block - and easier access to the door to Tower 3 - we could not get it to open - even after following the instructions given. A tradie let us in.

Wenn man die Fenster nach vorne raus öffnet riecht die ganze Wohnung binnen 1 Minute nach Fast-Food aus dem Take-Away drunter. Wirklich grenzwertig Teile der Zimmer schauen ebenerdig auf den Parkplatz man kann also nur mit Rollo unten im Zimmer sitzen In der Kueche nur 1 Handtuch/ kein Wäschestaender/ Bettdecken ohne Cover/ Kissen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden Nicht wirklich sauber/ Haar vom Vorgaenger im Bad und am Föhn/ Wasser vom Vorgaenger noch im Trockner / Decko Kissen mit Flecken/ Teppich indiskutabel

Great apartment but starting to need just a little TLC - loose handles on shower door, sticky switch on extractor, bedside light not working. Only small details but for the price should be sorted.

- Dörte (10/5): Immer wieder etwas Besonderes - Wir hatten eigentlich App. 502 gebucht, wurden aber wegen Dacharbeiten (Lärmbelästigung) eine Etage tiefer in App. 403 einquartiert. Dort haben wir 2014 schon einmal gewohnt. An der herausragenden Qualität der Unterkunft hat sich nichts geändert. Ich würde das App. jederzeit wieder buchen. Besonderes Highlight ist der Blick auf den Hafen - vom Bett aus.....

The bathrooms had that orange mould on the shower head and tile grout. When we put the grill on in the oven it was so dirty the apartment filled with smoke! Bit of a stressful moment! Otherwise everything else was great.

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Picton! The bed was too soft for me-other than that is was perfect.

- Colleen (10/5): This property is a WOW! - This property is a WOW! The apartments are an easy walk from the ferry, and communication was great. The pick up of keys from the locked box went smoothly and there was even a lift. The foyer of the apartments is attractive and the instructions to our tower block were easy to follow. When we opened the front door (we had apartment 303) we were first stunned by the breathtaking view. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen and good sized balcony. The apartment is so tastefully decorated, well appointed, with even a washing machine and dryer. We couldn't leave for long, and opted for a stay at home dinner on the glass dining table, overlooking the marina. Honestly, we wished we had more than one night here. It would have been wonderful to have at least three - as Picton is a beautiful place, with lots to do and great eating places to try. I highly recommend this property. In fact we are already talking about how much we would like to go back.

I had to ring the office for information on how to access the building as they hadn’t notified me on arrival. The back two bedrooms had windows that opened up onto a carpark area and there was a car parked only about two metres from the only window. Bedside light’s weren’t working in either of the back bedrooms.

Absolutely lovely to sit out on the verandah with a wine and watch the world go by No staff. Everything was done via email. Bit impersonal but got the job done. Car parking was crowded but workers scaffolding there at the time.

There was scaffolding outside the kitchen window. There were no blinds and workers were walking up and down in the mornings. So view was bad and no privacy in the mornings we were not warned about this and they didn’t consider customer’s privacy.

I would re-write the access instructions - Location and price was excellent I found the instructions very difficult to follow - the roller door was already open so I was looking for another!
