• Andysprod (10/5): Exceptional - We were quite tired, sweaty and probably smelly after a long cycle ride up to here. Despite our unpleasant presence Luigi and his Mama made us feel 100% welcome. We were given a lovely quiet room, away from the party that was planned in the restaurant that evening. The views across the hills were stunning. We had the most delicious and filling meal to help us build our strength up for the next day's ride. We were made to feel part of the family during our entire stay, from "Ciao" to "Arrivederci" Thank you Luigi and everyone at Villa Tre Colli All good. Nothing not to like

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - The room was well appointed. The location for our family reunion in Ariano was perfect. The view overlooking the countryside was lovely. The hosts were very welcoming.

The view of the lush valley and hillside were a pleasure to wake up to. Moveable Glass enclosed patio for the restaurant is well done. The restaurant served well prepared (albeit a bit salty for my taste) foods. The B&B rooms need updates. Shower tiny and rusted, mattress needs replacing. The restaurant is very popular with the locals as a party room. We were there during first communion time and it was very lively (loud noise until 2:00 am). Antonella realized this and kindly moved us to their newer B&B a short distance away. This unit was well done, smaller but comfortable. In the morning Coffee and coronet breakfast back at the restaurant.
