- fira2007 (10/5): Decent hotel for a short layover - I stayed one night here during a layover. No complaints--there's a 7-Eleven, mini mart, 24-hour cafe and other restaurants, massage place all in the vicinity. So it's very convenient if you're on a short layover in BKK. If you have heavy luggage though, you can ask for a room with elevator access. My room was in the wing with no elevator. But it was just a couple flights of stairs and hotel staff helped with my suitcase. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. They also have free shuttle to the airport.
- leighdermick (6/5): False pictures - This hotel is rated as 4 star .. however I have to disagree with the rating.. this is a MOTEL that is 3 stars at best!!!! When our taxi dropped us off we actually thought we were in the wrong place!!! The lobby looks NOTHING like the pictures provided online by your site it super misleading. The bed is very uncomfortable and the rooms walls are paper thin you hear all sounds from rooms all around. Plus planes constantly flying above and there is NO sound proofing. The staff are kind but room is not at all luxurious like you expect in a 4 star hotel. Sorry but it needs to be said that the many reviews on here are misleading this is NOT a modern 4 star it is more a faulty towers motel with false pictures of lobby, rooms and fitness center.
- 619jodyp (10/5): Perfect and inexpensive - This hotel was perfect to regroup on arrival from a long trip to Thailand. Only minutes from the airport via shuttle (100baht for 2). Beautiful pool and the sky roof restaurant was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable. Upon departure at 6am, I left my Kobo in the room. While we were waiting for the shuttle, an employee had entered our room and found it, called reception, and we got it back within 5 minutes of leaving the room. Amazing service!
- Rajeh4 (2/5): Bad visit and no respecting to the age and illness . - The front desk , I came by the hotel transfer bus and they asked me to pay the transfer fee which was free and they didn't appreciate my situation when I came by wheelchair and send me to anther building , I will not stay in this hotel and do not recommend it to any traveler .

- Jennifer (10/5): - This is my second stay at this hotel. I love the convenience to the airport. Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet. The swimming pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant is good value for money. They offer a nice buffet breakfast (150 baht as of October 2025). I would not consider staying at any other hotel near the airport.

- urside (2/5): They state cancellation and then do not honor it. - I booked this hotel through Agoda and it stated and still states that it has a refund policy. I booked because it stated that I could change the dates or cancel as my travel plans were subject to change. When I tried to cancel they said that a cancellation was not possible. Be careful if you book this hotel and need to make an amendment. Check carefully prior to booking that they do actually have a cancellation policy.

- Russell (8/5): - I try to stay at this hotel on the first and last night of my holidays. You make your way to door 4 in the arrival hall. Where a rep will arrange transportation. (200) baht return. Two options to eat either in the sky bar or at the hotels entrance. Beading clean shower and bathroom clean. Most people use it for a very short period before they move on. It’s extremely close to the airport and now that Bangkok airport has a new runway. Aircraft pass extremely low over the sky at. Good value for money.

Listen I can’t make this up I went to get food at the hotels resteraunt. I left the food on the counter in the room because I didn’t want it to get cold in the fridge because the room didn’t have a microwave. I went out shopping for a few hours and came back little black ants were all in my food, on the table on my suitcase I had a fitttr.. after 30 min of explaining the situation they switched my room and replaced the food that I spent 900baht on and had the food remade and provided free shuttle to the airport.. I raised hell of course to get this but.. I wouldn’t stay here again I’m glad I didn’t sleep there I probably would of got bed bugs.. literally just stored luggage and took a shower after a long rainy day of Exploring and excursions.

- COYS2019 (10/5): Incredible Value - I have stayed a few times now as a stopover between Europe and Australia. It may not be quite as fancy as the high-end hotels in the city, but is very good and only a 5 minute local taxi ride from the airport (also has cheap shuttle bus every half hour). Rooms are clean and secure, many helpful young staff and although not spectacular, the pool and fitness area serve the purpose. The S64 rooftop bar is a novelty, but if you want a cracking Thai meal head to Par Pao (although close by, I recommend calling a Grab as during the walk beneath the underpass I was unnerved by the stray dogs)
