• Maria (1/5): Absolutely HORRIBLE - The only thing that I liked was my senses I liked before stepping a foot in that room..I missed my old self. How is this place up and running??? This is by far the most DIRTIEST room I've seen in my entire life. So neglected, patches up and no F's giving staff. The lady at check in was alright. But after that was just legit roaches and crickets. This hotel is a dumpster with all its meaning. We preferred a smoking room so we can just relax and smoke but there's no ventilation, the carpet was mortifying the walls,the ceiling,the bathroom door was broken, the bathtub was a complete wreck,curtain and tiles had mold the vanity light decided to turn on outta nowhere and much much more. The craziest part is the check out process. NOBODY was there. 7.00am on Monday and nobody seemed to think maybe somebody got to go to work. . I waited 15 minutes for someone till I had to shove the keys in a window and call to make sure they saw them after 8 am. The lady was extremely rushed and just said yes I got them and hung up... What a joke of a place. Seriously just pay some extra money and get you a clean room. We had to walk on towels and blankets without touching the carpet as it was seriously the most disgusting thing in the room.

• Jerry H (1/5): Horrible - I told the staff first day the shower was backing up and they needed to switch my room. They said they couldn't do it until the. Next day. I have a medical condition which requires I took a shower in the afternoon and it.flooded the room. They came in and made me pack up things and leave not only the room, but the motel. .y car keys were missing and the car was parked by the laundry room. I had to transport all of my luggage and all of my roommates. It took almost 3 hours and I could barely walk for 2 days

• Olivia (4/5): - Bed was comfortable Pet Friendly Simple things like a not disturbed sign or a simple trash can in your room should be available instead guest, we're taping written notes on the door saying No maid service. And leaving bags off trash outside there door No hot water if I turned the faucet in the shower more then mid way the water would come out cold. You have to pay for wifi No plugs in the room other then one by the dresser and one in the bathroom. You could hear the kids upstairs, running back-and-forth.

No hot drink or breakfast in the morning. It would have been nice if they had a breakfast or hot drink option, especially in the morning.

They took all my private, vety personal belongings out 3 hours after checkout without trying to notify me. They saw all my stuff in my room which any normal person would think somefhing came up, which it did. I left early that morning and my battery died. I thoufht i had made a reservation already.

• Jessica (1/5): Don’t ever stay here! They are known for human trafficking as well! And that’s from locals who stay in the area - Nothing! I didn’t like the game members in the front lobby, just sitting around or the prostitutes from room to room or the filthiness of the room and the bedding and towels seemed like they were never washed, and I didn’t pay for extra visitors(roaches)!!!

• Camille (7/5): - The staff was awesome! Super nice and accommodating. I brought my dog and we were given a room right by the dog facility. Super thoughtful! The room was a little neglected; it needs some fresh paint and a wider vanity for stuff. The beds are a little bumpy as well.

• Bonifacio (2/5): Was terrible overall . - i didn’t like much at all the room had an awful smell , the carpet was dirty and the bed was bad because the mattress was really uncomfortable plus the sheets were smelly , definitely I won’t recommend this place to sleep .

The only issue was the TV: the picture was kind of washed out so it wasn't the best. Overall, it was a positive experience, I would definitely be back! The TV picture.

• Jamie (10/5): Our staycations are always amazing and the prices can’t be beat - We enjoy this hotel so much. My partner and I have lived separately due to family issues outside that needed attention and required us to live separately temporarily. We often come here as a close by quick lil getaway so we can be near family and pets. Every time we stay here the staff is fantastic!!! From housekeeping to front desk to maintenance crew- every single one are most Welcoming and very accommodating in every way. The other guests are wonderful as well; either temporary locals like myself and my partner or visiting from elsewhere-great convo is sure to be had. They aren’t friendly as wel!! I’d give more stars of if I could! Everything!
